To investigate whether accelerated blood clearance (ABC) phenomenon could be induced after repeated injection of mitoxantrone thermosensitive liposomes, LC-MS/MS and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to measure the concentration of mitoxantrone and the anti-polyethylene glycol (PEG) IgM levels in rat plasma, separately. The drug was rapidly cleared away after the second administration. The anti-PEG IgM was detected after the first dose which was neutralized quickly after the second dose. It is proved that repeated administration of mitoxantrone thermosensitive liposomes in rat caused the ABC phenomenon.

75dB SPL or no response. RESULTS The individual differences of CM absolute amplitudes among the normal hearing ones at different frequencies are distinct, but bilateral CM amplitudes in same person are almost uniform and stable. Enlargedand prolongated CM was found in ears with loudness recruitment .Of 104 cases with unilateral hearing loss, CM were enlarged and prolongated at corresponding frequencies with loudness recruitment in 95 cases(91.3 %).The prognosis of cases with CM type Ⅰ was better than those with types Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The effective rates of treatment were 78.19 % in type Ⅰ , 2.5 % in type Ⅱ, and none in type Ⅲ. There were significant differences among them. CM was slightly enlarged during sleep, and the detected threshold of CM is less than that of the awake condition. CONCLUSION CM offers the reliable information for the mechanism of loudness recruitment and is also useful for understanding the relationship among loudness recruitment, cochlear microphonics and prognosis. CM may be taken as a valuable parameter for evaluating prognosis.

Web technologies, such as search engines and social media, have provided an opportunity for the management of user generated data in real time. Through the analysis of these web-based data, people can understand the health issues of concern, which can be used for the prediction of the epidemic of infectious diseases and the monitoring of chronic non-communicable diseases. The emergence of Infodemiology, also known as Information Epidemiology, aims to study the occurrence, distribution and influencing factors of health information from electronic medium, so as to raise awareness of disease and health problems among people, and provide the basis for the formulation of disease prevention and control strategies. This review summarizes the research progress in Infodemiology.

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of tunneled subcutaneous pedicle flaps in the repair of ipsilateral nasal alar defects. Methods:A total of 20 patients with nasal alar defects after excision of basal cell carcinoma, which were repaired with ipsilateral tunneled subcutaneous pedicle flaps, were retrospectively collected from January 2018 to January 2020. There were 11 male patients and 9 female patients, with an average age of 60.6 years (range, 48 - 76 years) . According to clinical manifestations, the basal cell carcinoma lesions could be classified into 3 types: nodular-ulcerative type (13 cases) , superficial type (4 cases) and pigmented type (3 cases) , and the skin lesions varied from 0.4 cm × 0.5 cm to 0.9 cm × 1.1 cm in size. All the patients received extended surgical resection of basal cell carcinoma, and nasal alar defects were repaired with tunneled subcutaneous pedicle flaps, with the size of flaps ranging from 0.7 cm × 0.8 cm to 1.2 cm × 1.4 cm.Results:All flaps survived successfully, the nasal alar defects were completely repaired, and all wounds healed primarily. During the postoperative follow-up of 6 - 24 months, neither recurrence of tumors nor obvious scar hyperplasia occurred on the nasal ala, and nasal morphology and appearance were favorable. Conclusion:The tunneled subcutaneous pedicle flap can be used for the repair of ipsilateral nasal alar defects following excision of tumors or other lesions, resulting in favorable therapeutic outcomes and aesthetic appearance.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the current status of antibiotic use for very and extremely low birth weight (VLBW/ELBW) infants in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) of Hunan Province.
METHODS:
The use of antibiotics was investigated in multiple level 3 NICUs of Hunan Province for VLBW and ELBW infants born between January, 2017 and December, 2017.
RESULTS:
The clinical data of 1 442 VLBW/ELBW infants were collected from 24 NICUs in 2017. The median antibiotic use duration was 17 days (range: 0-86 days), accounting for 53.0% of the total length of hospital stay. The highest duration of antibiotic use was up to 91.4% of the total length of hospital stay, with the lowest at 14.6%. In 16 out of 24 NICUs, the antibiotic use duration was accounted for more than 50.0% of the hospitalization days. There were 113 cases with positive bacterial culture grown in blood or cerebrospinal fluid, making the positive rate of overall bacterial culture as 7.84%. The positive rate of bacterial culture in different NICUs was significantly different from 0% to 14.9%. The common isolated bacterial pathogens Klebsiella pneumoniae was 29 cases (25.7%); Escherichia coli 12 cases (10.6%); Staphylococcus aureus 3 cases (2.7%). The most commonly used antibiotics were third-generation of cephalosporins, accounting for 41.00% of the total antibiotics, followed by penicillins, accounting for 32.10%, and followed by carbapenems, accounting for 13.15%. The proportion of antibiotic use time was negatively correlated with birth weight Z-score and the change in weight Z-score between birth and hospital discharge (r=-0.095, -0.151 respectively, P<0.01), positively correlated with death/withdrawal of care (r=0.196, P<0.01).
CONCLUSIONS
Antibiotics used for VLBW/ELBW infants in NICUs of Hunan Province are obviously prolonged in many NICUs. The proportion of routine use of third-generation of cephalosporins and carbapenems antibiotics is high among the NICUs.
