1.Aberrant methylation of Wnt signaling pathway in lymphoblastic leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(5):494-496
Wnt signaling plays an important role in blood tumorigenesis through the complex signal transduction pathways.Aberrant methylation of Wnt signaling inhibitor gene promoter leads to loss of function, which is involved in leukemia incidence and affects the relapse rate, disease free survival and overall survival.Demethylating agents or specific inhibitors of Wnt pathway, which was added in cell culture, increased apoptosis.Analysis of Wnt signaling pathway by aberrant methylation is important to guide lymphocytic leukemia prognosis and individual treatment.
2.Observation on the Expression of HBV-DNA in the Umbilical Cord Tissuesof the Died Fetus Delivered From Puerpera with Hepatitis Virus B
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To observe the expression of HBV-DNA and whether there were copy of HBV in the umbilical cord tissues of the died fetus delivered from puerpera with hepatitis virus B. Methods 40 cases such died fetus were collected by routine autopsy to obtain umbilical cord tissues. And using in situ molecular hybridization technique detected HBV-DNA. Results For the umbilical cord tissues, there were 40%(16/40) cases detected out HBV-DNA.HBV-DNA mainly localization in the surface of the umbilical cord vessel and in the cytoplasma of the cord vessel's endothelial cells. They were not in the cord vessel's endothelial cells nuclei. Conclusions There were HBV replication in the umbilical cord tissues of the died fetus. But the expression of HBV-DNA in the umbilical cord tissues of the died fetus is not related with the HBV replication status in the pregnant woman veins.

4. Effect of double chain method on the closure of orthodontic teeth
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2020;51(1):66-71
Objective To study the safety and effectiveness of the double chain method on the closure of the space of the teeth. Methods Totally 72 cases of different maxillary and mandible dentition space were included in the study. The pulp vitality was measured before and after treatment, the maxillary and mandible first molar teeth. All values were compared to assess the safety of dental pulp vitality. There were 36 cases in tooth extraction group and non-tooth extraction group. The observation period was 4 weeks, the changes of the alveolar space between maxillary and mandible teeth in adult and minor groups were measured before and after treatment. The difference of the total groove spacing before and after treatment were calculated and compared, to assess the effectiveness of space closure. Results In all 72 patients, there was no significant difference in the vitality of the pulp before and after treatment (P>0. 05). Compared to before treatment, the sum of the distance between the upper and lower mandibular groove using the double chain method was significantly reduced for both adult and juvenile patients in the four week tooth extraction group and the nontooth extraction group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Double chain closed teeth space does not cause pulp degeneration and necrosis. It is safe in clinical practice. Double chain method is effective, and can simplify the clinical operation.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(11):846-850
Objective To evaluate the effect of Budesonide combined with Poractant Alfa(pulmonary surfactants,PS) on preventing the bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in preterm infants. Methods One hundred and twenty preterm infants 6 hours after birth(gestational ages≤32 weeks and birth weights ≤1500 g)admitted to the Department of Newborn Medicine, the Affiliated Hospital of Southeast Medical University from October 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into 4 group(30 cases in each group).Group A was a control group, group B was neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) group, group C was NRDS with PS group, and group D was NRDS with PS and Budesonide group.Thirty-two-week preterms without other diseases and without uptaking oxygen within 48 h were assigned as group A.Group B were treated by continuous uptaking oxygen with continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) (oxygen uptaken lasting more than 48 h and oxygen concentrations more than 40%).Group C were treated with 100 mg/kg PS within 48 h on the basis of group B.Group D were treated with 0.25 mg/kg Budesonide suspension for inhalation on the basis of group C.The pH value, partial pressure of oxygen [pa(O2)],partial pressure of carbon dioxide [pa(CO2)] in the blood gas analysis were all detected in all groups before treatment,1,6,12,24 and 48 hours after using drug, respectively. All groups were also observed for whether to use respirator assisted ventilation, the duration of high oxygen use,the total time of uptaking oxygen, the rate of using PS again, the rate of BPD,the total hospitalization days and the adverse effects. The adverse effects included high blood pressure, high blood sugar, necrotizing enterocolitis and the incidence of nosocomial infection. Results Compared with group B,the pH value at 1 and 6 hours after using drugs, the pa(O2) and pa(CO2) at 1,6 and 12 hours after using drugs were improved obviously in the group C,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01).Compared with group B,the above indicators were improved more obvious in group D,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01).Moreover,compared with the group B,the oxygen inhalation duration, the rate of having a respirator assisted ventilation and using PS again, and the incidence of BPD were obviously decreased in other groups, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).The incidence of BPD in group D was less than that of group C,and the differences were statistically significant (3.33% vs 10.00%,x2=4.00,P=0.046).The total oxygen time and the rate of adverse effects of each group were similar. The differences were not statistically significant (all P>0.05).Conclusions Budesonide combined with Poractant Alfa can prevent BPD in preterm infants. Its effect is better than the simple use of Poractant Alfa, and the rate of adverse effects are not increased significantly.

75dB SPL or no response. RESULTS The individual differences of CM absolute amplitudes among the normal hearing ones at different frequencies are distinct, but bilateral CM amplitudes in same person are almost uniform and stable. Enlargedand prolongated CM was found in ears with loudness recruitment .Of 104 cases with unilateral hearing loss, CM were enlarged and prolongated at corresponding frequencies with loudness recruitment in 95 cases(91.3 %).The prognosis of cases with CM type Ⅰ was better than those with types Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The effective rates of treatment were 78.19 % in type Ⅰ , 2.5 % in type Ⅱ, and none in type Ⅲ. There were significant differences among them. CM was slightly enlarged during sleep, and the detected threshold of CM is less than that of the awake condition. CONCLUSION CM offers the reliable information for the mechanism of loudness recruitment and is also useful for understanding the relationship among loudness recruitment, cochlear microphonics and prognosis. CM may be taken as a valuable parameter for evaluating prognosis.

Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2001;8(2):67-70
Objective: To investigate the impairment status of vestibular and limb peripheral nerve of patients with auditory neuropathy, improve the understanding of auditory neuropathy in general. Method: Vestibular function tests and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) examinatoin were performed on 28 young patients with auditory neuropathy which confirmed by clinical auditory tests diagnosis from March 1999 to November 2000. There were 14 males and 14 females, ranging in age from 22 to 28 years old. Results: Vestibular dysfunction was encountered in 22 of 28 (78.57%) suffering from auditory neuropathy. Limb peripheral nerve impairment was found in 11 of 28 patients (39.29%) of auditory neuropathy. The caloric responses were normal symmetric responses in 6 of 28 (21.43%,6/28), and weaken bilaterally in 20 of 28 (71.43%,20/28)respectively. On the NCV examination, both motor conduction velocity (MVC) and sensory conduction velocity (SCV) were normal in 17 (60.71%,17/28), abnormal in 4 (14.29%,4/28). Four cases showed abnormal MCV and SCV. And pure MCV abnormality and pure SCV abnormality were found on 4 and 3 cases respectively. Conclusion: The pathological process affecting the auditory nerve may also affect the vestibular nerve and other peripheral nerve. This seemed possible in view of fact that auditory neuropathy may affect one nerve (mononeuropathy) or multiple nerves (polyneuropathy).
