Clinical Medicine of China 2015;31(5):454-457
Objective To selectively resect the lymph nodes in the endometrial cancer by risk factors evaluation pre-and intra-operation.Methods Three hundred and seventy-four cases who in the Obstetric and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from Oct.2010 and Dec.2012 were clinically diagnosed as stage Ⅰ pre-and intra-operation,grouped as one (staged Ⅰ A,294 cases) and two (staged Ⅰ B,80 cases),and the situation of lymph nodes metastasis and the related risk factors were analyzed. Results (1) Lymph nodes metastasis were positive in 6 cases in group one (2.0%) and 12 cases in group two(15.0%),and the difference was significant between two groups (x2 =23.054,P =0.000).(2) University analyses showed that pathologic type, grade, myometrial invasion, lymphovascular invasion and cervical gland invastion were the risk factors contributed to the lymphatic metastasis in early staged endometrial cancer (P< 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that myometrial invasion was independent risk factor affecting early metastasis of lymph node in endometrial carcinoma (regression coefficient =2.339,standard error =0.585,OR =10.897,95% CI 3.273 ~ 32.367,P =0.000).(3)Based on the gynecology oncology group test and risk factors that recent used in different countries and clinical centers, superficial myometrial layer invasion,G2,age> 60 years, tumor ≥ 2 cm in diameter as the medium risk factors, and deep myometrial layer invasion,G3,lower portion of the uterus or cervical gland invasion as high risk factors, and patients with two or more medium risk factor (106 cases) and with one or more high risk factors(138 cases) were inclined to develop lymph node metastasis((5.66% (6/ 106),0(0/130),P =0.04;8.70% (12/138),2.54% (6/236),P =0.007).(4) Two hundred and thirteen patients were found with superficial layer invasion by frozen section, and 11 of them were upgraded to Ⅰ B by postoperative pathologic examination.Interestingly, all of the 11 cases were accompanied by two medium or one of high risk factor. Conclusion Low incidence of lymph nodes involvement is found in stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer, especial stage Ⅰ A.Myometrial invasion is closely linked to lymph node metastasis, thus, lymphadenectomy should routinely be carried out in endmetrial cancer diagnosed as Ⅰ B whether pre-or intraoperation. As in stage Ⅰ A,unless two medium and one high risk factors are found.

This essay is to study on the effect of bee-pollen and its suitable dosage on improving sport performances. Fifty athletes were our experimental subjects. The athletes were divided into experiment group and control group. 14 objective indexes were measured before and after taking pollen at each of the 4 times within 3 months on both of experiment group and control group of athletes. The results showed that bee-pollen (15 g per day) improved the cardiac function, muscular strength and enduranco significantly.279 mice were experimental too, they were divided into experiment groups and control group. These animals were put in water for one hour per day in a period of 3 months. They were tested for pole climbing and exhausted swimming after taking pollen by the first, second and third months. Results showed that bee-pollen increased muscular strength and swimming time after taking the pollen at a large dosage. After taking the bee-pollen the body-weight remained somewhat unchanged. There is no observed side effect after taking bee-pollen by athletes.

Objective To study whether peripheral blood (PB)CD34+ cell absolute count can reliably predict peripheral blood progenitor cell (PBPC) autograft CD34+ cell contents. Methods We examined the PB CD34+ cell count and PBPC CD34+ cell count with ProCOUNT by flow cytometry. Twenty-five collections were performed. The PBPC autograft parameters measured were the CD34+ cell?CFU-GM? CFU-E?BFU-E?CFU-MK and mononuclear cell (MNC) content. We analyzed the correlation between the PB CD34+ cell absolute count?CD34+%?WBC?NEU?MNC?PLT? RBC and Various parameters in the PBPC autograft with Spearman correlations analysis or Regression analysis. Results (1) There is a strong correlation between PB CD34+ cell/L and autograft CD34+ cell/kg (r=0.790,P

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2021;54(5):523-527
Idiopathic rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder is recognized as a prodromal stage of α-synucleinopathies such as Parkinson′s disease, Lewy body dementia and multiple system atrophy. It is important to timely identify early predictors that can predict early conversion into α-synucleinopathies. This review provided an update on classic and novel early predictors of α-synucleinopathies in patients with idiopathic REM sleep behavior disorder and provided a comprehensive understanding on the phenotypic transformation of the disease.

We reported a case of nasal malignant granular cell tumor. The patient was a 51 years old man who went to the hospital because of "right nasal intermittent bleeding for half a year". The pathological examination after resection showed malignant granular cell tumor. No recurrence was noted during a year after resection. The etiology and pathogenesis, clinical features, pathological features and treatments of malignant granular cell tumor were reviewed.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2001;17(1):83-86
AIM To study the kinetic character of zinc transport and its influencing factors in osteoblasts, and scientific evidence is expected to provide to clarify the role of zinc on bone development. METHODS 65Zn tracing method was used to evaluate kinetic character of zinc transport. RESULTS Increase of extracellular zinc level could enhance the influx of zinc, but when the osteoblast became zinc deficiency the influx of zinc decreased. The histidine, Na+、K+-ATPase enzyme inhibitor had no effect on zinc transport into the cell, but Ca2+ channel blocker could enhance the influx of zinc. CONCLUSION The excellular level of zinc could influence zinc transport into osteoblasts, and Ca2+ channel could interact with Zn2+ transport.

Objective To study the extraction technology of the polysaccharides from Sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida Suringar and find out the optimum extraction condition. Methods The extraction technology was studied by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum extraction conditions were to add 50 times of water to the Undaria pinnatifida Suringar material at 90℃ for 4 hours. Conclusion This optimum extraction technology based on the orthogonal design was confirmed by the experiment and was available in the future research.

Objective The antiviral effects of polysaccharides from Eucheuma gelatinae and Eucheuma striatum on herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1) and coxsackie virus(CVB3) in vitro were assayed and their antiviral mechanism was elucidated. Methods The antiviral effects of samples were evaluated with cell cytotoxicity by MTT and cytopathic effect(CPE) methods.Antiviral mechanism of two extracts was investigated by four different ways. Results and Conclusion Polysaccharides from Eucheuma gelatinae and Eucheuma striatum had an obviously HSV-1 and CVB3 inhibitory effect.Antiviral activities of two extracts(ESPA and ESPA2) were better than acyclovir(ACV).Antiviral activities of all extracts were better than ribavirin injection.Polysaccharides from Eucheuma striatum had remarkable anti-CVB3 effects. The experiment also showed that Eucheuma polysaccharides not only kill the above viruses directly but also restrain them via getting into cells or absorbing on cells.
