Objective To review the experience of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery.Methods 36 patients were admitted,17 males and 19 females,the median age was 9.5 months.12 were associated with severe mitral regurgitation,10 with left ventricular aneurysm,1 with patent ductus arteriosus,2 with patent foramen ovale.33 pa tients underwent surgical repair,of which 3 underwent left coronary artery (LCA) ligation,1 underwent mitral valve replacement,29 underwent reestablishment of a dual coronary system with direct aortic reimplantation of the left coronary artery into the aorta,incidental mitral valvoplasty in 7 patients,mitral valve replacement in 1,patent ductus arteriosus ligation in 1 and patent foramen ovale closure in 2.Results Two patients died in the hospital,one postoperative patient lost follow-up,one underwent LCA reimplantation suddenly died 3 days after discharged,one received coronary artery bypass graft 2 years after LCA ligation,the remainder were asymptomatic during a follow-up of 1 to 73 months.one of the patients who did not underwent surgical repair lost follow-up,when one suddenly died 2 months after discharged,the remained one was asymptomatic during a follow-up of 5 months.Conclusion Echocardiography combined with spiral CT angiography is a good method for ALCAPA diagnosis.Good surgical outcome of ALCAPA can be achieved by reestablishing a dual coronary system with direct aortic reimplantation of the left coronary artery into the aorta,and left ventricular dysfunction could be significantly improved.Incidental mitral valvoplasty may be helpful in early rehabilitation but poor in long-term prognosis.Left ventricular aneurysm could be improved so a incidental resection of left ventricular aneurysm was not suggested.

Objective To review the experience of surgical repair of aortic origin of pulmonary artery.Methods Fifteen patients underwent surgical correction for aortic origin of pulmonary artery.All of the patients had anomalous origin of right pulmonary artery,and 11 were associated with patent ductus arteriosus,6 with patent foramen ovale,3 with atrial septal defect,2with aortic pulmonic window,1 with ventricular septal defect,1 with interruption of aortic arch,1 with coarctation of aorta and 1 with pulmonary vein stenosis.All patients were associated with severe pulmonary hypertension.All patients were operated on with the implantation of the AORPA to the main pulmonary artery derectly.Results All 15 patients were cured and no died.1 lost follow-up and the other 14 were survivable during a follow-up 3 months to 81 months.one patient recepted pacemaker implantation 2 years after operation because of sinus arrest,no other patients required reoperation.Conclusion Echocardiography combined with spiral ct angiography is a good method for AOPA diagnosis.Good surgical outcome and low reoperation rate of aortic origin of pulmonary artery can be achieved by direct anastomosis.

Objective To evaluate the influence of Peplau interpersonal theory on improvement of nurses communication skills.Methods Totally 50 nurses from a certain level-three hospital in Ningbo were selected as research object using self-control method.These nurses received 8-time Peplau interpersonal theory training.The clinical communication competence was compared before and after the training.Results The clinical communication ability of nurses after training was obviously higher than that before the training.The difference had statistical significance.Conclusions Peplau interpersonal theory training can effectively improve the clinical communication ability of nurses.

The interventional treatment of lung cancer is tightly related with hemodynamic situation of artery.To study hemodynamics of the interventional treatment of lung cancer can significantly improve curative effect and decrease complications.Through simulation experiment,the ratio of drug injection around the entrance of bronchial artery is obtained and the definition of natural perfusion region is given.The evidence for interventional treatment of lung cancer and the principle avoiding high-level paraplegia in clinical interventional treatment of lung cancer are also presented.

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing the patients with liver transplantation complicated with early portal vein thrombosis treated with post-embolectomic anticoagulation. Method The clinical data of 5 cases of liver transplantation-induced portal vein thrombosis treated with post-embolectomic anticoagulation was reviewed to summarize the curative effect , key points for disease conditions and anticoagulative nursing. Results The anticoagulative effect was not good in only one case. 4 other cases were recovered by embolectomy and postoperative anticoagulation therapy as well as related nursing measures. Conclusion The nursing measures such as close observation of the disease processing, early reasonable anticoagulation, accurate medication, prevention of patent complication are critical for preventing the recurrence of portal vein thrombosis after liver transplantation.

Objective: To learn the influencing factors for self-violent thoughts and behaviors among the ninth-grade students in Jiangbei District of Ningbo, so as to provide the basis for carrying out psychological intervention. Methods: The ninth-grade students in a junior high school each of the six streets ( towns ) in Jiangbei District were recruited by multi-stage cluster sampling method from October to November 2018. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general information, life style, psychological condition, self-violent thoughts and behaviors in the latest year. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for self-violent thoughts and behaviors. Results: A total of 1 300 questionnaires were issued and 1 238 valid ones were recovered, with an effective rate of 95.23%. The prevalence rates of self-violent thoughts and behaviors among the ninth-grade students were 16.88% and 8.48%. TheResults of the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that abnormal marital status of parents ( OR=2.074, 95%CI: 1.139-3.775 ) , no moderate physical activity ( OR=1.764, 95%CI: 1.101-2.826 ) , sleeping less than 8 hours ( OR=1.858, 95%CI: 1.273-2.712 ) , alcohol consumption ( OR=2.108, 95%CI: 1.448-3.070 ) , sense of despair ( OR=6.397, 95%CI: 4.195-9.757 ) , sense of anxiety ( OR=4.094, 95%CI: 2.725-6.151 ) , sense of loneliness ( OR=1.879, 95%CI: 1.241-2.854 ) , and cyber-bullying ( OR=5.155, 95%CI: 2.780-9.556 ) were risk factors for self-violent thoughts; not living with parents ( OR=2.057, 95%CI: 1.021-4.145 ) , alcohol consumption ( OR=1.756, 95%CI: 1.074-2.872 ) , sense of despair ( OR=7.197, 95%CI: 4.365-11.864 ) , sense of anxiety ( OR=5.832, 95%CI: 3.276-10.382 ) , fighting ( OR=2.272, 95%CI: 1.219-4.232 ) and physical bullying ( OR=3.462, 95%CI: 1.135-10.558 ) were risk factors for self-violent behaviors. Conclusion Drinking, family relationship, bullying, and mental health problems such as sense of despair and anxiety were associated with the self-violent thoughts and behaviors of ninth-grade students.

Objective To investigate the difference between nodular gastritis and atrophy gastritis.Methods During 2004.4～2005.3, the clinical, endoscopic and pathological findings of nodular gastritis and atrophy gastritis were analysed.Results Nodular gastritis is usually classified as nodular type A(nodular gastritis) and type B(atrophic gastritis with nodular changes). The endoscopic appearance of nodular gastritis was characterized as uniform miliary pattern and predominantly affected young women. The incidence of dyspeptic symptom was higher in patients with nodular gastritis than in atrophy gastritis. Nodular gastritis in adults is caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. Antral biopsy specimens showed lymphoid follicle formation and/or marked lymphoid aggregates. The prevalence of lymphoid follicle formation in the antrum was higher in patients with nodular gastritis than atrophy gastritis. Moderate to severe atrophy gastritis also usually has the same nodular endoscopic appearance,but that is not uniform and intensive.Conclusion Nodular gastritis is a very special gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection and is different from atrophy gastritis.It is worth to be noticed.

Objective : To estimate the prevalence and risk factors of suicide ideation,suicide planning and suicide attempts among middle school students and to provide reference for suicide intervention. Methods : The students of grade 7 to 12 in Ningbo were recruited through multi-stage random sampling method. A self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the information about suicide ideation,suicide planning and suicide attempts within 12 months. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors for the three aspects of suicide among middle school students. Results: A total of 10 729 questionnaires were sent out and 10 726 valid ones were collected,with a validity rate of 99.97%. The prevalence rates of suicide ideation,suicide planning and suicide attempts among middle school students during the last 12 months were 12.93%,4.54% and 5.06%,respectively. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that females（OR：1.397-1.575,95%CI：1.178-1.927）,students of grade 7 to 9（OR：1.625-1.824,95%CI：1.323-2.082）,poor health condition（OR：1.160-2.131,95%CI：1.005-2.985）,loneliness（OR：1.574-4.423,95%CI：1.221-5.254 ）,desperation（OR：2.796-3.232,95%CI：2.400-3.990）,anxiety（OR：1.890-2.117,95%CI：1.503-2.496）,less than 8 hours a day of sleep（OR：1.152-1.263,95%CI：1.030-1.594）,smoking（OR：1.476-2.074,95%CI：1.055-3.072）,drinking（OR：1.479-1.863,95%CI：1.271-2.296）,fighting（OR：1.716-1.941,95%CI：1.330-2.422）and school bullying（OR：2.254-3.292,95%CI：1.342-5.277）were common risk factors for suicide ideation,suicide planning and suicide attempts;physical activity（OR：0.597-0.720,95%CI：0.474-0.923）was a common protective factor for suicide ideation,suicide planning and suicide attempts. Conclusion Females,lower grade,poor health condition,loneliness,desperation,anxiety,lack of sleep,smoking,drinking,fighting,school bullying and physical activity were influencing factors for suicidal behaviors.

Objective Through the introduction and implementation of the tutor system to explore nursing practice of cultivating and management methods in operating room. Methods The theoretical knowledge,operation ability,comprehensive ability,and quality of work and so on before and after the implementation of tutor system for new nurse training were compared. Results Tutor system has obviously im-proved the comprehensive quality of new nurses,such as the interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to analyze and solve prob-lem independently. Conclusion The tutor system is beneficial to the interaction between teachers and students,thus enhancing the profes-sional identity of the operating room nurses,reducing the loss of the specialized nursing talents,improving the quality of nursing and setting up a new adapted teacher-and-students mode for teaching and training in the operating room. So it is worthy of extending application.
