1.Clinical features and some factors of the anxiety and depressive disorders in patients with cardio-vascular diseases
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2000;252(10):16-23
A study on 606 patients (male: 298, female: 308) with ages of 22-94 in Hue central hospital during 2001-2002 has shown that patients living in rural area (62,87%), anxiety- depressive disorder (8,3%) of witch anxiety-depressive disorder in young (8,9%), and anxiety depressive disorder in elderly (8%) mild depression (24%), moderate depression (16%), severe depression (60%) in tending suicide (4%), the clinical features comprised tired (94%), libido (92%), dizziness (60%), short breath (76%) and in feriority complex (86%).

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(3):697-701
As one of the important indexes for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, cardiac output can reflect the state of cardiovascular system timely, and can play a guiding role in the treatment of related diseases. In recent years detection technology of cardiac output has caused great attention, especially minimally invasive and non-invasive methods. In this paper, the principle of non-invasive detection methods and their recent developments are described, and various detection methods are also analyzed.

4.Marfan's syndrome: clinical symptom and treatment
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 1998;(1):36-38
With a goal to do study on clinical characteristics, experiments and determination of treatment method for Marfan's syndrome, the author has conducted research in 2 group patients (with 84 eyes) of which male patients account for 59.22% and female patients account for 40.78%. From the study results, we see clearly those two groups of symptoms that often had changes in shape and abnormal appearing in eyes (100%). The disorder of cardiovascular system is less seen (14.28%). For treatment, drug therapy was applied in 29.76% cases and surgical intervention: 70.24%. In which the lentectomy: 69.49%, the extraction surgery of dislocated lens. That has very encouraging results, however the further study is needed

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2019;36(4):649-656
Based on the noninvasive detection indeices and fuzzy mathematics method, this paper studied the noninvasive, convenient and economical cardiovascular health assessment system. The health evaluation index of cardiovascular function was built based on the internationally recognized risk factors of cardiovascular disease and the noninvasive detection index. The weight of 12 indexes was completed by the analytic hierarchy process, and the consistency test was passed. The membership function, evaluation matrix and evaluation model were built by fuzzy mathematics. The introducted methods enhanced the scientificity of the evaluation system. Through the Kappa consistency test, McNemer statistical results ( = 0.995 > 0.05) and Kappa values (Kappa = 0.616, < 0.001) suggest that the comprehensive evaluation results of model in this paper are relatively consistent with the clinical, which is of certain scientific significance for the early detection of cardiovascular diseases.

Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine 2023;57(7):1115-1123
Cardiovascular disease is a major threat to human health and has become the leading cause of death worldwide; therefore, early diagnosis and treatment are of great value. Due to its miniaturization, integration, and ease of operation, microfluidic technology enables the rapid, multi-target detection of cardiovascular disease markers and significantly facilitates the early and rapid diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. This article reviews the research progress of microfluidics in cardiovascular disease detection, analyzes its advantages and weaknesses in the rapid detection of protein, lipid, and nucleic acid biomarkers, hopes to provide a reference to promote the quick detection technology of cardiovascular disease, and thus proposes new considerations for the early management of cardiovascular disease.
