1.Application of laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery in treatment of gastric stromal tumor
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(1):31-33
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumor in the GI tract. Surgical resection of the local disease is the gold standard therapy. In recent years, in virtue of the development of minimal invasive surgery such as laparoscopic surgery and endoscopic surgery, laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery (LECS) has been applicable for treatment of gastric GIST. This article reviewed the recent advances in LECS in treatment of gastric GIST.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of felodipine combined with irbesartan in the treat-ment of hypertension and its effect on atherosclerosis in remission .Methods 100 patients with hypertension were divided into the observation group and the control group .The control group was given the felodipine treatment ,the obser vation group was given felodipine treatment based on the control group .The treatment effect ,changes of blood control and carotid artery intima-media thickness were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 72% of the control group (χ2 =3.85,P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=4.21,5.05,all P<0.05).After treatment, the size, thickness of carotid artery plaque of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =1.98,5.05,all P <0.05). Conclusion Felodipine combined with irbesartan can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of hypertensive patients, and can improve the control of blood pressure ,slow the progression of atherosclerosis .

Recently, clinicians pay more and more attention to the treatment effects related to individual differences.Individualized treatment of hepatic carcmoma is becoming the focus of clinical treatment and basic research increasingly. The individualized treatment of surgery, chemotherapy with radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and gene therapy have become new ways for further improving the prognosis of liver cancer.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2009;17(3):268-270
Objective The purpose of this study is to compare the most comfortable levels and neural re-sponse imaging threshold between children of cochlear implants with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome and normal inner ears. Methods Thirty-eight implanted children participated in this study and were divided into two groups. Group A consisted of 32 patients with normal inner ears and group B 6 patients with radiographically proven large vestibular aqueduct syndrome. All of the patients were the recipients of the cochlear implants by Advanced Bionics. The initial time for the first programming session was approximately one month after surgery. The psychophysical tests included M- level tests. Programming techniques used in the test were suitable for the age of patients. Sound-Wave 1.4 software was used to test tNRI. Results Using the rank sum test, M-level and tNRI of electrode 3,7,11 and 15 did not differ significantly between group A and B(P>0. 05). Conclusion The parameters of mapping are not significantly different between the implanted children with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome and normal inner ear. The management and procedures of mapping used to the subjects with normal inner ear can be applied to the children with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome.

There is a long history of Toad venom in the treatment of cancer in China.Bufalin, extracted from Toad venom,is one of the biologically active compounds of anticancer. We elaborate the molecular mechanism of bufalin on anticancer activity from several aspects such as inducing cell apoptosis and differentiation, inhibitting cell proliferation and angiogenesis, enhancing the sensitivity of chemotherapeutics, which can provide the basis for in-depth study of Toad venom and its development and clinical medication.

BACKGROUND:Recently, some overseas in vitro researches and animal models confirmed that donor leukomonocyte cultured by fludarabine can significantly reduce acute graft-versus-host disease, but the mechanism of action is not clear.OBJECTIVE:To explore immunophenotype changes of donor leukomonocyte cultured with fludarabine in vitro.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The observational cytology experiment was performed at the Department of Hematology,First People's Hospital from July 2007 to January 2008.MATERIALS:Leukomonocytes were collected from four hour healthy persons as donors of allogenic peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Fludarabine was offered by Schering AG,Germany.METHODS:Peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells collected by COBO SPECTRA were washed with RPMI1640 twice. These cells were cultured in RPMI1640 containing 0.10 volume fraction of fetal bovine serum till cell density of 2?109 L-1.1 mL of hematopoietic stem cells were washed with phosphate-buffered saline, and added CD3,CD4,CD8,CD44mAb 10 ?L,and added Mouse Ig-G1-FITC/PE as control group. These cells were attenuated with phosphate-buffered saline after incubated for 30 minutes at a low temperature, then detected by flow cytometry.Other cells were put in 24-well cultivate plate, added 8 mmol /L fludarabine as a final concentration for 24 hours(5% CO2,37 ℃).MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Studying immunophenotypic changes of donor leukomonocytes by flow cytometry.RESULTS:There was no significant change in the ratio of CD4+CD44+T cells before or after donor leukomonocytes cultured with fludarabine for 24 hours, and proportion of CD8+CD44+T cells declined significantly(P

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2017;36(6):521-525
Objective To explore the impact of physical activities on adolescents' external problem behaviors and the mediating effect of self-esteem.Method The physical activity rating scale(PARS-3),Achenbach adolescent self rating scale,Rosenberg self-esteem scale and adolescent physical self-esteem scale were used to investigate 419 participants selected from middle school students in Beijing. Results Adolescents who participated in physical activities with moderate amount showed less external problem behaviors.Adolescents who participated in physical activities with large amount appeared to be of more self-esteem.Both self-esteem and body-esteem showed partially mediating effects between physical activities and disciplinary offence. Conclusion Adolescents conducting moderate amount of physical activities can enhance their self-esteem,and ultimately reduce the incidence of their external problem behaiviors.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 1999;0(07):-
Objective To observe foe microstructure of calcar femorale in young and old people andto investigate its clinical significance. Methods Twelve fresh cadaveric proximal femurs harvested from sixyoung(18~30 years) and six old (over 60 years) adults were used in this study. At first, CT scanning of allproximal femurs were taken. Secondly, the cross section of all calcar femorale were X - rayed and observedunder light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results The calcar femorale can be divided intothree regions on the cross section. The structure of the medial region is conical bone which unites with medialcortex, and it mainly enhances the strength of the femoral neck. Its middle region is spongy conical bone andits lateral region has become trabecular bone. These two regions can transfer the compressive load that comefrom femoral head to the medial femoral cortex below the lesser trochanter, so they can disperse the load offemoral neck. Severe resorption can occur in the calcar femorale in old people, especially in the lateral region. Conclusion The destruction of three dimensional microstructure and ultra-microstructure of calcar femoralecan result in the decline of its mechanical competence and its ability of load transmission.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2016;15(3):211-215
The incidence of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction is increasing worldwide during recent decades. The therapeutic strategies have been transformed from surgery alone to multimodal treatments involing also perioperative chemoradiotherapy.Although there are still many problems on preoperative staging, surgical approach, excisional extent and perioperative chemoradiotherapy regimen, multidisciplinary team collaboration can provide an optimal diagnosis and treatment to achieve the principles of standardization and individualization in malignant tumor, which will prolong the survival and improve the quality of life for every patient.
