Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of oxygen inhalation combined with relaxation training on patients with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).Methods A total of 188 GAD patients were divided into the study group and the control group randomly.The two groups were treated with conventional antianxiety drugs (paroxetine),in addition to conventional medical therapy.The study group was aided with oxygen inhalation and relaxation training,the control group was given benzodiazepine.The scores of Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HAMA),global improvement(GI) [ a part of clinical global impression (CGI) ],and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were used to evaluate clinical effects and adverse reactions before and after 4-week treatment.The indexes of breathing,heart rate and blood pressure were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The scores of HAMA scale and GI in the two groups were significantly different after treatment( P ＜ 0.05 ),and the study group changed significantly( P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ). The adverse reactions of the two groups were slight,there was no significant difference of TESS before and after treatment ( P ＞ 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in terms of breathing,heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups before treatment( P ＞ 0.05 ),but were all lower after treatment the study group changed more apparently and significantly(P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Based on conventional drugs treatment oxygen inhalation combined with relaxation training could improve anxiety and somatization rapidly,there was no obvious adverse reaction and the patients compliance was good,so the treatment was worth to use in clinic.

Objective To compare the efficacy and influence on the immune function of oxaliplatin combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule and mFOLFOX6 method in the treatment of gastric cancer with liver metastasis.Methods One hundred and thirty-four gastric cancer with liver metastasis patients who underwent treatment from Jan.2014 to Jan.2016 in Yulin First Hospital were selected as the participants and randomly divided observation group (67 cases) and control group (67 cases).The control group was treated by mFOLFOX6 method,while the observation group was treated by oxaliplatin combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule.After treatment,the curative effects were evaluated.The life quality in each group as performed by KPS method before the treatment and in every period of treatment.Before and after the treatment,the levels of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD19 + were detected in two groups and the toxicity was compared.The SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze relevant data,the measurement data was described by (x ± s) and using t-test,the enumeration data was described by percentage,using the Chi-square test.Results The total effective rate was 52.2％ in the observation group,higher than the 38.8％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the third and fourth course of treatment,the karnofsky perfomance status score were (81.3 ± 9.7) and (83.2 ± 9.9),were significantly higher in the observation group than which in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3 +,CD4+,CD8+ andCD19+ were (54.21 ±6.38)％,(24.11 ±2.41) ％,(21.33±3.16) ％ and (7.18 ±1.13) ％ in the observation group,and higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).During the treatment,there were no serious toxicity occurs in the patients and the rates of toxicity were significantly lower in the observation group than which in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule has a better effect and safety for therapy in the treatment of gastric cancer with liver metastasis than mFOLFOX6.

Objective To study the chronic neurotoxicity of aluminum through observing the adverse effect of long term intake of aluminum on the memory of rats.Methods 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and given Al2(SO4)3 through drinking water for 6 months,the concentration of Al3+ in the waters were 0.12 mg/L,40 mg/L,400 mg/L and 2 000 mg/L respectively,then passive avoidance tests were carried out.One month before pregnancy,the dams were given Al3+ of 40 mg/L and 2 000 mg/L respectively,after the offspring were born,the group given high[Al3+] was subdivided into two groups,one continuously drank the water with high [Al3+],the other drank the water without Al3+.The dams drinking water with low [Al3+] and their offspring continued to drink the same water as before.At the age of three months,all the offspring were examined with passive avoidance tests.Results The memory acquirement in all adult rats were not abnormal,but memory retention were severely damaged (P0.05).The rats continuously drinking water with high [Al3+] after birth had significant damage both in memory acquirement and in retention (P

Objective To compare the postoperative follow-up indexes of femoral popliteal artery bypass grafts and evaluate the sensitivity of vessel function test methods for the early detection of grafts restenosis.Methods 84 cases were followed-up after femoral popliteal graft bypass,using ankle brachial index (ABI),ABI decrease amplitude,and Duplex ultrasound to detect peak systolic velocity (PSV) and peak systolic velocity ratio (PSVR).All patients were divided into mild stenosis group (0-49％),moderate stenosis group (50％-74％) and severe stenosis group (75％-99％).Results ABI was 0.88 ±0.12,0.81 ± 0.10 and 0.52 ± 0.13;ABI decrease amplitude was 0.13 ± 0.06,0.12 ± 0.06 and 0.36±0.06;PSV(m/s) was 0.89 ±0.23,0.91 ±0.31 and 1.70 ±0.85,respectively.There was remarkable difference for ABI,ABI decrease amplitude and PSV between severe stenosis and mild to moderate stenosis group (P ＜0.05).PSVR was 1.00 ±0.08,2.14 ±0.31 and 3.58 ±0.31 respectively,in the three groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion PSVR was more sensitive to detect grafts restenosis early than ABI,ABI decrease amplitude and PSV.

Part of the patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) may develop ischemic stroke.Some of them may die because of complicating cardiovascular disease.Studies in recent years have shown that the ABCD2 score has an important value in the evaluation of the prognosis of TIA.This article summarizes the source and application of the ABCD2 score,and focuses on the roles of the score in the evaluation of the prognosis of TIA.

Objective To provide the evidence for working out the strategies for library service by investigating the characteristics of Internet users' information behaviors in medical college and university library. Methods The In-ternet users' information behaviors in electronic reading room of medical college and university library were recorded using management software and analyzed using the SPSS. Results Medical undergraduates were the major readers in electronic reading room of medical college and university library. Their Internet information behaviors were charac-terized by information searching which accounted for 55. 19%. The use of foreign databases, especially PubMed, was more than that of domestic databases. The time of readers to search and use information was centralized in their working hours. Conclusion Library should help its readers to know how to search the databases, how to make full use of Internet resources, and how to improve their learning efficiency in order to make sure that the readers can ef-fectively search and use the Internet information.
