Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2013;37(6):447-450
OBJECTIVETo provide suggestion for MDAEs monitoring with analyzing the features of the 1028 reports of MDAEs.
METHODSWith retrospective case study, this paper analyzed 1 028 MDAE reports in Guiyang during 2012.
RESULTSThe intrauterine device (IUD) caused the higher proportion of adverse events with serious degree. Monitoring consciousness of grassroots users needs to be improved. The quality of the reports should be enhanced.
CONCLUSIONSMore attention should be paid to monitoring on IUD. The level of MDAEs monitoring should be improved through carrying out targeted training and publicity, establishing and improving MDAEs monitoring network.

2.Agmatine inhibits proliferation of rat PASMCs induced by hypoxia
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
AIM: To determine the effect of agmatine on the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) induced by hypoxia. METHODS: Primary culture of rat PASMCs was prepared from adult male Wistar rat pulmonary artery by the method of tissue block anchorage. PASMCs were divided into two groups: control group and agmatine-treated group. The activity of LDH in the medium was measured by chromatometry. [3H]-TdR incorporation was measured by liquid scintillation counting. The cell cycle was measured by flow cytometry, and the PCNA content was measured by image analysis. RESULTS: Agmatine did not exert significant effect on the activity of LDH in the medium, but significantly decreased the [3H]-TdR incorporation and PCNA content of PASMCs. Agmatine significantly decreased the cell ratio of G_2/M phase and increased the cell ratio of G_0/G_1 phase. With the increment of the concentration of agmatine, [3H]-TdR incorporation was significantly decreased. CONCLUSION: Agmatine has no significant cytotoxic effect on PASMCs and agmatine dose-dependently inhibits the proliferation of rat PASMCs induced by hypoxia.
3.Differences in Various Detection Methods for Residual Solvents in Cosmetics and Drugs
China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1643-1648
Objective:To summarize the differences and similarities in the detection methods for residual solvents between Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics 2015 edition and Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition so as to provide reference for the improve-ment of the detection methods for residual solvents in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics. Methods:The type and limitations of residual solvents and the characteristics of the test methods for residual solvents between Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics 2015 edition and Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition were compared and analyzed. Results: The detection methods for residual sol-vents in Chinese Pharmacopoeia were more detailed. The detection methods for residual solvents in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics were general detection method, and the process could be applied in the detection of more solvents. Some detection methods were short of limitations. Conclusion:The control of residual solvents in cosmetics should be improved if the limitations table of the limiting used solvents is introduced into Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics referring to Chinese Pharmacopoeia and increase the types of residual solvents detected by the general methods.

Objective:To prove the pharmacological action of Qingfei Capsules. Methods: Some tests such as suppressing cough, dispelling phlegm, calming panting, anti-inflammation, anti-virus, its effects on the nonspecific immunity and cellular immunity of mice were carried out. Results: Qingfei Capsules could prolong the incubation period of cough, wheezing and panting, possess the actions of dispelling phlegm and inhibiting inflammation, raise the nonspecific immunity of body, promote humoral immunity, and raise the cellular immune function. Conclusions: These results provide a basis for clinical application of Qingfei Capsules.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
The relative factors influencing the level of psychosomatic health and driving safety were investigated in 203 army drivers. The results indicated that psychosomatic disorders, especially more prominent in subscales of the eye and ear, respiratory system, skeleton and muscle, and depression might occur. The main factors influencing pschosomatic health were negative live change unit (- Leu), pschoticism, neuroticism, lie, and tendency to intervert of the character, driving kilometres, the number of years set for driving service, and psychiatric family history. The happening of the accident and error was related to some psychosomatic problems, neuroticism, more high degree of lie, greater age, driving kilometres, and the number of years set for driving service.

Immunological Journal 2001;(2):138-140
Objective To develop a new method to induce the gene transfection in high efficiency for eukaryotic cells in vitro. Methods Four kinds of p14ARF gene primarily deleted human carcinoma cell line including H460,A549,U251,and PC-3 were transfected with the human p14ARF expression vector (pCI-neo-p14ARF) by using the new nonliposomal transfection reagent Fugene 6. The efficiency of gene transfer was determined by screening the cells in G418. Results After 21 days' selection, G418-resistant clones were shown in all the transfected plate. PCR product of p14ARF gene was positive in all the G418-resistant clones. Cytotoxicity of Fugene 6 was detected. The cell proliferation activity was not affected when it was cultured in a high dose of Fugene 6. Conclusion These results demonstrate that Fugene 6 is a rapid, feasible, reproducible, and noncytotoxic gene transfection approach for eukaryotic expression vector in vitro.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the mechanism of ursolic acid-induced apoptosis in human leukemia cells. Methods U937 cells were exposed to ursolic acid(UA) at various concentrations for 6 h and 12 h,or at 20 ?mol/L for different time intervals.Cells were stained with Annexin V/PI,and their apoptosis was determined through flow cytometry.Total protein extracts were prepared and subjected to Western blot assay using antibodies against PARP,C-Caspase-3,C-Caspase-9,Mcl-1,Bcl-2,Bcl-xL,Bax,and Bad.Parallel studies were performed in human leukemia cell lines Jurkat and HL-60.Results Exposure of U937 cells to UA resulted in increase in apoptosis in dose and time-dependent manners. We found that UA-induced lethality was associated with Caspase activation and PARP cleavage, and that UA-induced apoptosis was proceeded by the downregulation of Mcl-1.Jurkat and HL-60 leukemia cells in parallel studies exhibited apoptosis after UA exposure similar to those observed in U937 cells, although HL-60 cells were less sensitive than U937 cells in UA-induced apoptosis,PARP degradation as well as Caspases activation. Conclusion UA induces apoptosis in human leukemia cells through a process that involves Mcl-1 downregulation, followed by Caspase activation and PARP degradation.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2003;0(01):-
Objectives To investigate the etiological factors of gastric eosinophilic granuloma(GEG).Methods Clinical manifestations, histopathological features, diagnosis and treatment were analysed retrospectively.Reformed Giemsa staining was employed to detect the helicobacter pylori in 23 patients. Results There was a significant sex difference in patients with GEG. And the misdiagnosis was quite high before resection. Lymphoid follicles were found in 68 8% of the lesion tissues and helicobacter infection was detected in 69 6% of the patients. Increased eosinophils in peripheral blood was observed in 11 patients. Conclusions Helicobacter infection, estrogen and allergic reaction may be related to the development of GEG.
