1.Analysis of AZF gene microdeletions on Y chromosome in male infertility patients from Dongguan
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(6):791-792,795
Objective The multiple polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique was adopted to detect AZF microdeletion of Y chromosome in 120 patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia and azoospermia and contemporaneous 60 cases of normal semen rou‐tine examination in the outpatient department .At the same time the peripheral blood chromosome karyotype analysis was performed on these 120 patients .Methods Multiple PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) technique were used to analyze 15 locus of the azoosper‐mia factor (AZF) in the 120 patients with idiopathic azoospermia and oligozoospermia and 60 mormal cases .using the Karyotype a‐nalysis technique to analyze karyotype of the 120 male infertile patients ,at the same time .Results Among 120 cases of male infer‐tility ,no obvious abnormal karyotype was found .23 cases were detected AZFc deletions with the detection rate of 19 .2% ,no mi‐crodeletions at other loci were detected .Conclusion AZFc is the major candidate gene for AZF gene screening in male infertility pa‐tients from this area .The Y chromosome microdeletion is the important cause leading to male infertility .
2.Analysis of the psychological impact of medical disputes on clinical doctors and a discussion of counter-measures
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(7):473-475
Objective Identifying the factors of psychological pressure from medical disputes on clinical doctors and possible solutions. Methods Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Occupational Stress Indicator (OSI) were called into play, to study 52 clinical doctors in a tertiary hospital in a city, who had encountered medical disputes in recent two years. In parallel, 63 clinical doctors without such disputes and 50 non-clinical workers were randomly selected as the control group for questionnaires. Results Clinical doctors with such an experience were commonly found to be anxious, and their SAS score (58. 27±11.38)averaged higher than those in the control group. Doctor-patient relationship, legal liabilities and clinical positions were found to be positively correlated to psychological pressure of clinical doctors. Conclusions Medical disputes tend to add to psychological pressure of the doctors. Clinical doctors deserve psychological counseling and training and improvement of their working conditions.
3.Design and Implementation of the Multi-Channel Meridian Impedance Detector Based on Current Driving.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):98-101
A multi-channel meridian impedance detector used to the 3D meridian visualization positioning is presented. The detector is designed with the four-electrode method based on current driving according to low impedance of the meridian. The detector consists of power-supply module, sinusoidal signal generator, voltage-controlled current source, isolation amplifiers, filter circuit, amplitude detectors and so on.

5.Advances in the study of tumor suppressor genes in gliomas
China Oncology 2001;11(2):181-183
Glioma is the most malignant tumor in CNS, the effect of present therapy is poor. A important discovery in tumor molecular biology is that the activation of oncogene and inactivation of tumor suppressor gene play an important role in the mechanism of tumorgenesis. The advances in the study of tumor suppressor genes in gliomas were reviewed.
6.The application of translational medicine in cultivating postgraduates of neurology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(3):296-298
Translational medicine is a new term recently which aims to eliminate the barrier between preclinical and clinical medicine,to efficiendy and effectively translate basic scientific findings into drugs and medical devices that benefits patients. This article discussed the meaning of translational medicine in cultivating postgraduates of neurology.According to the preliminary attempt,it is beneficial for postgraduates to form translational medicine philosophy and be high-quality medical talents.
7.Adsorption of fentanyl in different materials of analgesia pump reservoir
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2010;(12):1064-1065
Objective To observe the adsorption of fentanyl by different materials of the analgesic pump reservoir. Methods The concentrations of fentanyl in pump reservoirs, which were made by different materials (glass, silica gel, polyvinyl chloride, non polyvinyl chloride) were detected with the time by high-performance liquid chromatography. The measurement was repeated three times. Results Fentanyl concentration in these reservoirs decreased with time, which decreased 6.3% in silica gel reservoir (P0.05),2.7% in non polyvinyl chloride(P0.05),1.5% in PVC and 1.2% in glass bottles. Conclusion Fentanyl citrate will be adsorbed by different materials of analgesia pump reservoir within 72 h,and the adsorption sequence was silica capsule, non polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl chloride, and glass bottles.
8.Advances in moyamoya disease
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(9):700-704
Moyamoya disease is a cerebrovascular disease that is characterized by the progressive stenosis in the terminal internal carotid artery, the anterior cerebral artery and the origin of the middle cerebral artery, and compensatory enlargement of basal perforating artery. Both the genetic and environmental factors involxe in its pathogenesis. but its exact cause is unknown. Revascularization is the main treatment approach for moyamoya disease. This article reviews the progress in research on epidemiology, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of moyamoya disease.
9.Analysis of prenatal screening results in 3 595 middle pregnant women
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(24):3362-3363
Objective To explore the clinical value of prenatal screening by detecting α-fetoprotein(AFP),β-human chorionic gonadotrophin(β-HCG)and free estriol(u-E3)levels in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods AFP,β-HCG and u-E3 were de-tected in 3 595 second trimester pregnant women by chemiluminescence. The risk value was calculated by combining with the factors of age, pregnant weeks, body weight, etc. Then the high-risk pregnant women were carried out the amniotic fluid cells chromosome karyotype analysis and B-ultrasonic examination. Results Among 3 595 pregnant women, the screening positive rates of Down′s syndrome(DS),Edward′s syndrome(ES)and neural tube defects(NTD)were 3.70%(133/3 595),0.11%(4/3 595)and 1.44%(52/3 595)respectively.In the prenatal screening, there were 189 cases of high risk pregnant women, among them 87 cases were per-formed the prenatal diagnosis of amniotic fluid cells chromosome karyotype analysis and B-ultrasonic examination,6 cases were defi-nitely diagnosed,in which 3 cases were DS,2 cases were NTD and 1 case was ES.Conclusion Prenatal screening is a non-invasive detection method and has the important clinical application value for avoiding the birth of DS,ES and NTD neonates.
10.Perinatal infection and asthma in the infant
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(1):20-22
Epidemiological and clinical studies have provided compelling evidence that suggests a link between the relative lack of infectious diseases and the increase in allergic disorders. Asthma usually starts early in life. The early occurrence of asthma suggests that prinatal influences are of importance.Prenatal or postnatal exposure to endotoxins and other bacterial products may protect against the development of asthma in the infant. We will briefly outline the current state of the relationship of the perinatal infection and asthma in the infant, and focus our review mainly on possible rneehanism of perinatal infection providing protection against asthma in the infant, such as Th1/Th2 immune system, transcription factors, protection by maternal antibodies, endotoxin tolerance, pulmonary inflammation and genetic influences.
