Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
In recent years, various studies and analyses related to cosmetics safety were conducted according to routine tests in Hygienic Standard of Cosmetics (2007), and the eligible rates of tested cosmetics were high. But the other prohibited and limited use components, such as antibiotics were analyzed rarely, and meanwhile some kinds of cosmetic related dermatitis cases appeared dramatically. Several dermatitis, especially contact dermatitis and hormone dependent dermatitis symptoms were not contained in Diagnostic Criteria and Principles of Management of Skin Diseases Induced by Cosmetics-General Guideline, GB 17149.1—1997. So it indicated the standard, GB 17149.1—1997 should be revised and some prohibited and limited use components such as hormone and antibiotic testing should be appended to the safety analysis of cosmetics.

Objective To explore the prenatal ultrasonic types ,sonographic features of malformation , ultrasonic diagnosis and prognosis of fetuses with adrenal area space‐occupying lesions . Methods Forty‐four fetuses with adrenal area space‐occupying lesions were retrospectively analyzed . Compared with postpartum neonatal special inspection results or the anatomical and pathological examination results of the corpses after induced labor ,the ultrasound types ,sonographic feature ,the key points of differential diagnosis were summarized . The newborns were followed up to 6 months after birth ,tracking the prognosis . Results Totally 44 fetuses among 166 471 fetuses(166 471 pregnant women) were detected with adrenal area space‐occupying lesions , 41 cases after delivery , including 24 cases adrenal hematoma ( 2 cases prenataly misdiagnosed as neuroblastoma) ,14 cases adrenal cyst and 3 cases neuroblastoma ,were accurately diagnosed through color Doppler or MRI or CT or pathological examination results . Three cases after induced labor , including 1 case adrenal neuroblastoma ,1 case mullerian duct cyst and 1 case adrenal hematoma( prenataly misdiagnosed as neuroblastoma ) were confirmed through the anatomical and pathological examination results of the corpses . So the conformity rate of adrenal area space‐occupying lesions was 90 .9% (40/44) . The postnatal ultrasound showed that the tumor disappeared in twenty‐four cases of adrenal hematoma without surgery ,and the longest time of the tumor disappearance was 1 year . The size of 14 cases adrenal cyst had no obvious change . One case of adrenal neuroblastoma was operated at 2 months ,2 cases were operated at 2 years of age . Conclusions Ultrasound can be used as qualitative diagnosis and differential diagnosis for fetal adrenal area space‐occupying lesions . The majority of the children with adrenal area space‐occupying lesions have a good prognosis .

Objective:To investigate efficacy before and after operation of Information-motivation-behavior nursing model in low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy. Methods:A total of 132 cases of tonsillectomy patients admitted to our department of otolaryngology from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 66 cases in each group. Cold plasma tonsillectomy was performed in both groups. The control group received routine nursing measures, and the observation group received IMB nursing mode based on the information - motivation - behavioral skills model. The psychological and emotional scores, surgical awareness, behavior and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores of patients in the observation and control groups before nursing, and SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group [SAS (40.56±2.12); SDS (40.56±2.12)] and control group [SAS (50.24±2.14); SDS (47.66±2.57)] were significantly decreased after 1 month of nursing ( t value was13.958, P=0.000), and there were statistically significant differences in the scores between two groups ( t value was 26.106, P=0.000). Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in surgical awareness between the two groups, and there was a significant difference in surgical awareness between the observation group (96.97%, 64/66) and control group (84.85%, 56/66) 1 month after nursing ( χ2 value was 16.810, P=0.000), and the observation group was higher than the control group. The scores of the observation group on regular work and rest, taking medicine on time, giving up smoking and drinking, healthy diet, and rehabilitation training (96.12±2.33, 95.72±2.16, 96.96±2.56, 95.68±2.14, 96.45±2.69) were higher than those of the control group (88.42±5.12, 89.86±5.33, 90.13±5.22, 87.61±5.36, 88.19±5.43). There was significant difference in those scores ( t value was 8.278-11.360, P=0.000). After 1 month of nursing, SF-36 scores of patients in the observation group (86.47±6.99) were significantly higher than those in the control group (74.28±7.23) and the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 9.848, P=0.000). Conclusions:Information - motivation - behavior nursing model is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients before and after low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy, and improve the patients′ awareness of the operation and quality of life.
