In recent years, various studies and analyses related to cosmetics safety were conducted according to routine tests in Hygienic Standard of Cosmetics (2007), and the eligible rates of tested cosmetics were high. But the other prohibited and limited use components, such as antibiotics were analyzed rarely, and meanwhile some kinds of cosmetic related dermatitis cases appeared dramatically. Several dermatitis, especially contact dermatitis and hormone dependent dermatitis symptoms were not contained in Diagnostic Criteria and Principles of Management of Skin Diseases Induced by Cosmetics-General Guideline, GB 17149.1—1997. So it indicated the standard, GB 17149.1—1997 should be revised and some prohibited and limited use components such as hormone and antibiotic testing should be appended to the safety analysis of cosmetics.

Objective To know the cosmetics quality in Yunnan Province and to research the security countermeasure in order to protect the the health of people. Methods According to the state,standard test methods and criterion,the physical,chemical,biological and toxicological indicators of cosmetics were determined and evaluated. Objective To explore the differences of curative effect and short-term prognosis to severe traumatic brain injury patients with three different early postoperative nutritional supports.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 60 severe traumatic brain injury patients received in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from July 2014 to July 2016.A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into the early enteral nutrition support therapy group,the early parenteral nutrition group,and the early compound nutrition group.The clinical indicators such as basic clinical characteristics before treatment,the nutrition data in two weeks,the length of stay in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit,complications and GCS scores between the three groups were observed and analyzed.Results The indicators of early compound nutrition group were fasting blood-glucose (5.74 ± 0.64) mmol/L,prealbumin(203.80 ± 10.45) mg/L,total serum protein(61.99 ± 1.34) g/L,blood hemoglobin (114.53 ± 2.69) g/L,C-reactive protein(0.37 ± 0.06) mg/dl.The length of stay in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit was (11.6 ± 0.42) days in the compound nutrition group while those in the early enteral nutrition group was (13.20 ±0.42) days and those in the early parenteral nutrition group was(14.65 ± 0.42) days.The postoperative complications of the compound nutrition group were significantly lower than other two groups.The GCS scores of early compound nutrition group was(11.40 ± 1.60),which was the best in three groups.The differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Early compound nutrition support has an exact curative effect on postoperative severe traumatic brain injury patients in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit.It can obviously improve the nutrition status of patients with less complications,shorter length of stay in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit,higher safety and lower degree of coma,worth clinical promotion.

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative prophylactic parenteral nutrition on prognosis of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 159 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were collected,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.80 cases in experimental group were treated with prophylactic parenteral nutrition,and 79 cases in control group were treated with traditional nutrition.The partial indexes of liver function,complications and mortality rate were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),total bilirubin (TBIL) and direct bilirubin (DBIL) were much lower in experimental group than in control group at 8 days after surgery (t=6.542,6.460,5.634,5.275,all P＜0.001).The levels of ALB and PAB were much higher in experimental group than in control group at 2 and 8 days after surgery (t=12.580,12.471,6.757,12.821,all P＜0.001).The incidence of complications and mortality rate were much lower in experimental group than in control group (x2 =23.409,4.818,P＜0.001 or 0.05).Conclusions Preoperative prophylactic parenteral nutrition can speed up the recovery of liver function and reduce the complications and mortality rate after surgery in patients with advanced gastric cancer.

OBJECTIVETo study the characteristics of cell apoptosis in patients of chronic gastritis with different tongue pictures and its mechanism of formation.

METHODSThe tongue picture, apoptosis index (AI) of lingual epithelial cells, apoptosis related gene proteins, such as p53, Bcl-2 and Fas in 109 patients of chronic superficial gastritis were observed.

RESULTSAI was different in patients with different tongue proper and tongue coating, those with pale white tongue and white thick coating had the maximum value of AI. (2) The p53, Bcl-2 and Fas expression positive rates in patients with different tongue pictures had corresponding changes, which were related not only with color of tongue, but also with color and thickness of tongue coating.

CONCLUSIONThe formation of tongue picture is closely related with cell apoptosis, p53, Bcl-2 and Fas take part in the regulation of cell apoptosis, which constitute together the cytologic basis of tongue picture in the disease.

To assure the clinical quality and requirement of CT shelter used in field environment, the factors related with the practical application were studied. The evaluation indicators of CT equipment were investigated. Based on the technical modification of vehicle shelter CT, the scanning conditions of shelter CT were analyzed. Moreover, the comparative study was done between shelter CT and common CT in hospitals. In result, in order to meet maneuverability application in the field, vehicle shelter CT was restrictive by the field conditions, traffic impacts and running requirement. The application of vehicle shelter CT was affected by the factors, such as mechanical stabilization, moving precision, power fluctuations and variations of temperature and humidity, etc. The results were helpful to improve the clinical quality of vehicle shelter CT and made a base for the quality control study in the future.

Objective To investigate the value of bispectral index and intracranial pressure monitoring in evaluation of postoperative consciousness and short-term prognosis in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A simple random sampling method was used in 30 cases of brain trauma coma patients in the People's Hospital of Northern Jiangsu Province from January 2014 to December 2014.Glasgow coma scale (GCS) were evaluated at intervals of 8 hours,GCS were recorded for 3 days after surgery,The bispectral index value and intracranial pressure value are recorded at the same time.According to GCS,the patients were divided into two groups,group A (3≤GCS≤5) and group B(5 ＜ GCS≤8).The 21-days natural survival rate was counted.The Kaplan-Meier Method and Log-rank test were used to analyze the relationship between Bispectral index and intracranial pressure.Results The bispectral index value of group A was 45.3 ± 3.8,the intracranial pressure value of group A was (18.6 ± 2.8) mmHg,The bispectral index value of group B was 32.2 ± 8.2,the intracranial pressure value of group B was (33.4 ±4.6) mmHg.The 21-days survival rate of group A was 55％,and 21-days survival rate of group B was 30％.The Spearman rank correlation method was used to analyze the values.Bispectral index value was positively correlated with coma degree after operation in patients with severe traumatic brain injury,and was negatively correlated with intracranial pressure value (r =0.532,P ＜ 0.05;r =0.521,P ＜ 0.05).The more severer the patient's craniocerebral injury.,the more severer the condition,the higher the intracranial pressure,the lower the bispectral index value,the worse the prognosis is.Conclusion Combined monitoring of bispectral index and intracranial pressure has high application value in evaluating the coma degree and prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury after operation.

Objective:To study the application of HL-60 monocyte activation test in the pyrogen detection of vaccines. Methods:HL-60 cells were incubated with the standard pyrogen(endotoxin,zymosan and lipoteichoic acid)solution and the sample solution at different concentrations,and then IL-6 level was detected using ELISA kit. According to the concentration of standard pyrogen solution and the level of IL-6,the standard curve and linear relationship were obtained. Based on the IL-6 value from the sample solution,the pyrogen content of the sample was calculated. The standard pyrogen solution at middle concentration of the standard curve was used as the interference sample,and the interference assay was performed referring to the bacterial endotoxin test in Chinese pharmacopoeia. The pyrogen recovery rate and the content were detected using HL-60 / IL-6 assay in seven kinds of vaccines such as influenza vaccine(Split Virion),inactivated;hepatitis A(live)vaccine,freeze-dried;rabies vaccine(Vero Cell)for human use,freeze-dried;lyophilized human measles and rubella combined vaccine,live;measles and mumps combined vaccine, live; haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome bivalent vaccine, inactived; group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine. Results:① The linear relationship between the pyrogen concentration and the IL-6 level was good,and R2 value was 0. 996,0. 993 and 0. 997,respectively. ② The recovery rate of pyrogen in the above vaccines ranged from 50% to 200% . ③ The endotoxin concentration of 10 batches of group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine was detected using HL-60 / IL-6 assay,and the average value of 6 batches from factory A was 134. 73 EU·ml-1 ,and that of 4 batches from factory B was 40. 75 EU·ml -1 . The pyrogen in the other vaccines was all negative. Conclusion:The HL-60 / IL-6 assay is suitable for the pyrogen detection of the seven kinds of vaccines.

Objective To investigate the effect of Wushen decoction on levels of serum cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnI),cardiac muscle enzyme and clinical parameters in patients with sepsis heart failure,and to analyze the correlations between cTnI and myocardial enzyme level and clinical parameters.Methods Forty-two patients diagnosed as sepsis admitted to Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled,and they were divided into a Wushen decoction treatment group and a control group by principle of single blind complete randomized method,21 cases in each group.The patients in control gToup were treated by conventional western medicine,while the patients in Wushen decoction treatment group,on the basis of conventional western medicine,they were treated additionally by Wushen decoction (composed of ginseng,radix sophorae flavescentis,radix glehniae,radix adenophorae,salvia,astragalus,notoginseng radix,rosewood,etc.),one dose a day,the therapeutic course in both groups being 7 days.The changes of biochemical indicators [cTnI,creatine kinase (CK),CK isoenzyme (CK-MB)],haemodynamics parameters [cardiac index (CI),central venous pressure (CVP),extravascular lung water index (ELWI),global ejection fraction (GEF),mean arterial pressure (MAP),heart rate (HR)],treatment condition and prognostic parameters [vasoactive drug dosage index,acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) score,duration of mechanical ventilation,the length of stay in intensive care unit (ICU) and total hospitalization time] were compared before and after treatment for 7 days in the two groups.The correlations between the level of cTnI on admission before treatment and CK,CK-MB,APACHE Ⅱ,vasoactive drug dosage index,duration of mechanical ventilation,the length of stay in ICU and total hospitalization time were analyzed.Results The levels of cTnI,CK,CK-MB,CVP,ELWI,HR,vasoactive drug dosage index,APACHE Ⅱ score in two groups after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment,the levels of CI,GEF,MAP were markedly higher than those before treatment,the duration of mechanical ventilation,the length of stay in ICU and total hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those before treatment,and the changes of above indexes were more remarkable in Wushen decoction group than those in control group [cTnI (mg/L):0.94-± 0.29 vs.1.30 ± 0.67,CK (U/L):96.00 ± 24.30 vs.101.38 ± 24.55,CK-MB (U/L):31.14 ± 6.78 vs.36.48 ± 8.17,CI (mL· s-1 · m-2):64.51 ± 5.83 vs.53.34 ± 4.67,CVP (cmH2O,1 cmH2O =0.098 kPa):10.56 ± 1.84 vs.11.94--2.16,ELWI (mL/kg):8.81±1.61 vs.11.66±2.30,GEF:(33.62±3.88)％ vs.(27.14±4.55)％,MAP (mmHg,1 mmHg =0.133 kPa):84.67 ± 5.58 vs.79.52 ± 5.74,HR (bpm):87.86 ± 9.02 vs.82.95 ± 5.26,vasoactive drug dosage index:2.44 ± 0.53 vs.2.89 ± 0.68,APACHE Ⅱ score:10.66 ± 1.66 vs.14.43 ± 1.82,duration of mechanical ventilation (days):1.67 ± 2.11 vs.2.10 ± 2.26,the length of stay in ICU (days):8.86 ± 2.59 vs.10.67 ± 2.96,total hospitalization time (days):13.24 ± 4.53vs.16.76 ± 5.04,all P ＜ 0.05].On admission before treatment,the correlations between the level of cTnI and CK,APACHE Ⅱ score,vasoactive drug dosage index,duration of mechanical ventilation and the length of stay in ICU were all positive (r =0.322,0.335,0.327,0.328,0.338,P =0.038,0.030,0.030,0.034,0.029).Conclusions The elevation of cTnI level may reflect the degree of myocardial damage in patients with sepsis cardiac failure,and it can be used as an indicator to predict the prognosis of the disease;the changes of many biochemical and clinical indexes suggest that the addition of Wushen decoction might elevate the clinical efficacy for treatment of patients with sepsis heart failure.
