4.Development of the academic discipline of hospital administration
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2001;0(08):-
The paper gives a comprehensive account of the evolution of the academic discipline of hospital administration and the training level as well as requirements of the discipline both at home and abroad. It puts forward the suggestion of strengthening the building of the setup of the discipline from the perspective of the systems of both internal and external administration. The paper focuses on the progress of research on the discipline, viz. the system of macro hospital administration and evidence based medicine have become the priorities of research on hospital administration and the attitude of individual oriented service and the concept of patient centered care have become the theme of such research. With the constant deepening of health reform and focusing on the achievement of the social goals of medical service, the academic discipline of hospital administration has formed the trends of moving from internal administration to external administration and from research on micromechanism to reform in the macro system.
5.Towards integrative postmodern individualized medicine in terms of hierarchic emergence.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2003;1(1):5-8
The paper discusses the possibility and necessity for establishing a postmodern individualized medicine in terms of hierarchic emergence, a basic concept of contemporary system science. Through analysis of the strong and weak points of modern individualized medicine, personalized medicine and genomic medicine, the author found that Chinese traditional individualized medicine has its strong points in implementing whole (holistic) emergence and weak points in lower hierarchic emergence compared with the other three modern medical disciplines. Thus the author concluded that there are possibility and necessity to integrate the strong points of these medical systems for establishing a holistic and deepgoing patient-centered postmodern individualized medicine.

7.Staging visual field damage in glaucoma
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(3):292-297
Visual field examination is essential for evaluating optical nerve damage in glaucomatous eye.Severity of visual field abnormality affects the decision of treating regimen and monitor of disease change and is an integral part of patient care.Staging glaucomatous visual field defects is important for clinicians and researchers. Many classification methods of visual field damage severity have been proposed, but none has been widespread used in clinical practice. Each method has its own distinct advantage and disadvantage. So no a golden standard is universally accepted in the visual field defects staging method up to now,and different methods provide us multiple choice. It is still a challenge for clinician to choose a simple and accurate system to stage visual field defects of glaucomatous patient. This article offers a review of the various classification and staging methods of functional damage, which have been used in the field of glaucoma.
8.ADENOMATOID TUMORS :AN IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL AND ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY OF 11 CASES
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Eleven eases of adenomatoid tumors arc described. There were 9 males and 2 female with an average age of 51 years. These tumors arose in The male and female genital tract. Five of these were located in the epididymis, two in the te- stis, two in the uterus and the last two, one in the spermatic cord and the other in the bladder. The tumor cells of the 11 cases studied were immunoreactive for keratin, but none of these for factor VIII.Only the endothelial cells of the blood vessels in the tumors were positively stained.Ultrastructural examination of 4 cases revealed long brushy microvilli on the surface of the tumor cells lining the lumina. These tumor cells with the presence of tonofilaments in the cytoplasm, were desmosomes. These results strongly support the mesothelial origin of the adenomatoid tumors

Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):37-40
Parkinson is popular disease caused by degeneration of central nervous system. 17 patients received the specific drug therapy but had no effect. They then received the endovascular laser He - We in combination with micro frequency electromagnetic stimulation. The results have shown that the disease’ s symptoms were remised and dosage of current drugs was reduced. The method found simply, easy to implement and no effects on the cardiovascular system
