1.Analysis and Evaluation of Swallowing Imaging in Patients with Swallowing Dysfunction After Brainstem Stroke Before and After Treatment
Modern Hospital 2016;16(10):1481-1483,1485
Objective To explore after brainstem stroke patients with dysphagia by modified balloon dilation of the clinical effect of treatment and before and after the treatment in patients with pharyngeal function change by swallowing angiog -raphy digital analysis method for analysis and evaluation .Methods 60 patients with dysphagia after collection of brainstem stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups .Control group (30 cases) underwent routine dysphagia rehabili-tation training in the treatment , and the observation group of 30 cases in the control group on the basis of the treatment added with balloon dilatation for treatment .Comparative analysis of pharyngeal contraction rate ( PCR) and pharyngeal contraction time between two groups before and after treatment were assessed by swallowing and digital measurement .Results There was no significant differences in PCR between two groups of patients before treatment ( P>0.05 ) .Compared with before treat-ment, the two groups of patients after treatment with different food PCR were significantly improved , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement degree of the observation group was more significant than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment (P>0.05).Com-pared with before treatment and after treatment in two groups of patients with different swallowing food pharyngeal contraction duration were significantly improved , and the difference is statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) and to improve the degree of the observation group compared with the control group is more significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The digital analysis technology of swallowing angiography can effectively evaluate the changes of pharyngeal function in patients with dysphagia af -ter stroke. It is worth to be further popularized .

The purpose is to obtain optimal cultural conditions for Ganoderma lucidum in the solid medium mainly containing the residual of Pteridium aquilinum, and to provide theoretical foundation for the further use of this material from Pteridium aquilinum.Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the main culture conditions including proportion of the residual compound in medium, water content in medium and culture temperature. The results showed that proportion of residual of Pteridium aquilinum in medium, water content in medium and cultural condition had noticeably significant effects on daily average growth rate of mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum(p

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Sanhuang decoction combined with compound amino acid liposome healing membrane on treatment stage Ⅲ pressure ulcer. METHODS:According to the random number table, ninety cases of stage Ⅲ pres-sure ulcer were divided into control group A,control group B,and experimental group with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of the basic processing for each group, control group A was treated by dressing change with Sanhuang decoction only, control group B by dressing change with compound amino acid liposome healing membrane only, and experimental group by dressing change with Sanhuang decoction combined with compound amino acid liposome healing membrane. The results of treatment were observed and the curative effects were compared among 3 groups after 21 days or pressure ulcer healing. Three groups were com-pared with chi-square test and each two groups were compared with chi-square segmentation method. RESULTS:There was no dif-ference on total curative effect in control group A(62.1%)and control group B(66.7%)(P>0.05),however,there was statistical significance on total curative effect in experimental group(93.3%)and control group A(P<0.05),also in experimental group and control group B(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The effect of Sanhuang decoction combined with compound amino acid liposome healing membrane on treatment of stage Ⅲ pressure ulcer is better than the effect of dressing change with Sanhuang decoction only or compound amino acid liposome healing membrane only, and the healing time of wound is shortened. This research is deserved further study.

Objective:To evaluate the associations between the renalase single-nucleotide polymorphisms rs2576178 and rs10887800 and the risk of hypertension in OSA patients. Methods:A total of 3, 570 male OSA subjects diagnosed via standard polysomnography were included in this retrospective study. We recorded anthropometric, genomic, and polysomnographic parameters and blood pressure levels. All subjects were divided into four groups based on quartiles of the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI). The relationships between rs2576178 and rs10887800 and the risk of hypertension were evaluated using the binary logistic regression, and haplotype analysis. Results:In the bottom AHI quartile, rs10887800 was significantly associated with the risk of hypertension according to the dominant model [odds ratio( OR)=0.691, 95% confidence interval ( CI)=0.483-0.990, P=0.044] even after adjustment for age, sex, and the body mass index. The G-A haplotype was associated with a co-effect of the two SNPs, namely, the risk of hypertension decreased ( OR=0.879, 95% CI=0.784-0.986, P=0.028). Conclusions:We find no association between single rs2576178 or rs10887800 variants with the risk of hypertension in our OSA population. But, the synergistic effect of the two polymorphisms is associated with the risk of hypertension in OSA patients.
