1.Influence of Shoucong Capsule on Total Autioxidative Capacity,Lipofuscin and Brain Tissue Pathological Changes in Alzheimer's Disease Rats

Objective To study the mechanism of Shoucong to prevent and cure Alzheimer's disease by observing the effect of shoucong capsule on total autioxidative capacity (TAOC), Lipofuscin (LIP) in AD rat brain tissue and blood, and brain tissue pathological changes. Methods Male wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 group:blank compared group, model compared group, Naofukang group, Shoucong Capsule (low, high dose) group. AD compound model rats were made by injected with D-galactose on the neck of rats, then injected with scopolamine in the intraperiton of rats. They were prevented and cured with Shoucong Capsule. TAOC, LIP level in rat brain tissue and blood were examined with spectroscopic analysis, brain tissue pathological changes were observed under light microscope. Results Compared with AD model group, Shoucong Capsule enhanced TAOC level in rat brain tissue and blood, deceased LIP level in rat brain tissue, and lessened the pathological injury of dementia rats. Conclusions Enhancing TAOC level and deceasing LIP level in brain tissue and blood may be one of the mechanism for Shoucong Capsule to prevent and cure Alzheimer's disease.
2.Endoscopic ultrasonography in diagnosis of duodena] cysts

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) for duodenal cysts.Methods Clinical manifestations, results of conventional gastroscopy and EUS, as well as follow-up, of patients with duodenal cysts were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 105 patients with duodenal cysts presented with no lesion-related symptoms, but displayed characteristic imaging changes under EUS, which could reveal the origin, size and nature of duodenal cysts, and differentiate it from other submucosal lesions.A maximum follow-up of 5 years showed no changes in duodenal cysts.Conclusion Duodenal cyst is a benign disease, and EUS plays a very important role in diagnosis of the disease.
3.Cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potential elicited by different types air conducted sounds among normal young Chinese people.

OBJECTIVE:
To observe waveform difference among cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (cVEMP) elicited with different types of air conducted sound in normal young Chinese subjects.
METHOD:
Twenty adult volunteers (40 ears) were recruited as research subjects including 10 males and 10 females aged between 19 and 30.500 Hz Tone Burst, 1000 Hz Tone Burst and Click were employed as stimulus for conventional air conducted sound-cVEMP (ACS-cVEMP) examinations in bilateral ears of each subject. The response rate, threshold, P1 latency, N1 latency, P1-N1 latency interval, amplitude and inter-aural asymmetry were recorded and compared among groups.
RESULT:
The response rate was 97.5% in 500Hz Tone Burst (39/40), 87.5% in 1 000Hz Tone Burst (35/40)and 67.5% in Click (27/40), There were no statistically significant difference between 500Hz Tone Burst and 1000Hz Tone Burst (P > 0.05) but there were statistically significant difference between click and the other groups (P < 0.05). We collected the waveform parameters (the threshold, P1 latency, N1 latency, P1-N1 latency interval, amplitude) which had statistically significant difference between 500 Hz Tone Burst and the other groups (P < 0.05). The inter-aural asymmetrys had no statistically significant differents among groups.
CONCLUSION
The response rate and parameter could be affected by different types of air conducted sound in normal young Chinese subjects. 500 Hz Tone Burst was the best stimulus of type what we have known.

5.Application of PICC catheter guided by intracardiac electrocardiogram in patients with severe burn injury

Objective To explore the application and nursing care of patients with severe burn patients with scar skin treated by ultrasound-guided PICC catheter placement. Methods Twelve patients with burn area of more than 95% were treated with intravenous catheter placement of PICC under the condition of scar hyperplasia skin with the help of ecg. Results Ten patients in elbow basilic vein catheterization by PICC disposable puncture, 1 cases of catheter in the right upper arm of the basilic vein into vascular sheath scar after guidewire dilating the skin in place leading to vascular sheath damaged anterior guidewire failed in bending catheter, to your left arm to venous catheter success, 1 cases of catheter for initial puncture puncture into the insufficient experience in successful puncture needle when the guide wire back because of scar skin relaxation will not needle guide wire fixing the wire with a lead to two times of puncture, 12 cases of catheter tip position by X-ray showed in the superior vena cava under 1/3, indwelling time ranged from-11 months of March, in the retention period without related complications. Conclusions It is feasible and advantageous for the application of PICC catheter in the treatment of severe burn patients with scar skin.
6.Diagnostic value of ultrasound diagnosis of fetal intrauterine distress in high-risk puerperae in plateau areas

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for fetal intrauterine distress(FIUD)in high-risk puerperae in plateau areas.Methods A total of 130 puerperae in plateau areas and 130 puerperae in plain areas were enrolled.According to presence or absence of FIUD in different areas,they were divided into the plateau distress group(47 cases),the plateau normal group(83 cases),the plain distress group(31 cases)and the plain normal group(99 cases).All cases underwent blood flow detection of middle cerebral artery(MCA)and umbilical artery(UA)before delivery,and cerebral-placental ratio(CPR)was calculated.The incidence of FIUD was compared between high-risk puerperae in plateau area and in plain area.Gestational age,birth weight,cesarean section rate and blood spectrum parameters of MCA and UA were compared between the four groups.The predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound parameters for FIUD was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Results The incidence rates of FIUD and severe FIUD were higher in patients of plateau areas than those in plain areas(36.15%,13.85%vs.23.85%,4.62%,P<0.05).Compared with the plateau distress group,gestational age and birth weight were increased in the plateau normal group and the plain distress group(P<0.05).Compared with the plateau distress group,PI,RI,S/D and CPR of MCA were increased,while PI,RI and S/D of UA were decreased in the plateau normal group and the plain distress group(P<0.05).Results of ROC curve analysis showed that overall performance advantage of S/D of UA was the most obvious in the diagnosis of FIUD in high-risk puerperae in plateau areas.The diagnostic sensitivity of RI of MCA was the highest,and the diagnostic specificity of CPR was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has good diagnostic value for FIUD in high-risk puerperae in plateau areas,which can be applied as an effective clinical screening means for FIUD.
7.Comparison of efficacy of single-port laparoscopic and multi-port laparoscopic lesion resection in patients with adenomyosis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of single-port laparoscopic versus multi-port laparoscopic lesion removal in patients with adenomyosis(AM).Methods Eighty patients with AM who were treated at Nanyang First People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into single-port group(n=40)and multi-port group(n=40).The patients in the single-port group underwent single-port laparoscopic lesion resection,and the patients in the multi-port group received multi-port laparoscopic lesion resection.The uterine volume,lesion area,pain degree,menstrual blood volume,levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and sex hormone indexes[anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and estradiol(E2)],and clinical efficacy of treatment were compared in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the uterine volume and lesion area of patients between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The uterine volume and lesion area of the patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the uterine volume and lesion area of patients in the multi-port group were significantly lower than those in the single-port group after treatment(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)scores of patients in the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).The VAS and PBAC scores of patients in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the VAS scores of patients in the multi-port group were significantly higher than those in the single-port group after treatment(P<0.05),and the PBAC scores in the multi-port group were significantly lower than those in the single-port group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the serum CA125 and CA153 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The serum CA125 and CA153 levels of patients in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the CA125 and CA153 levels of patients in the multi-port group were significantly lower than those in the single-port group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in AMH and E2 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After surgery,the AMH levels of patients in the two groups were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the E2 levels were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05);the AMH levels of patients in the multi-port group were significantly higher than those in the single-port group(P<0.05),and the E2 levels were significantly lower than those in the single-port group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of patients in the multi-port group and the single-port group was 85.00%(34/40)and 62.50%(25/40),respectively after surgery;the overall effective rate of patients in the multi-port group was significantly higher than that in the single-port group(x2=5.230,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single-port laparoscopic lesion excision,multi-port laparoscopic lesion excision for AM can effectively reduce uterine volume and lesion area and improve menstrual blood volume,CA125 and CA153 levels,and sex hormone level with superior efficacy;however,due to the number of surgical incisions,the degree of pain of patients after the operation is more serious.
8.Effects of alprostadil on oxidative stress in contrast-induced nephropathy in patients with chronic kidney disease

Objective To investigate the anti-oxidative effects of alprostadil on contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN)after percuteous coronary intervention (PCI)in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods A total of 200 patients with CKD were enrolled in our hospital.According to the random number table was divided into alprostadil 100 cases,100 cases of conventional treatment group.The levels of serum creatinine (Scr),creatinine clearance (eGFR),serum cystatin C (ScysC)and 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanine (8-OHdG)were observed before and after operation at 72 h and 7 d after operation.Results The incidence of CIN in the alprostadil group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group (6% vs 12%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of Scr,eGFR,ScysC and 8-OHdG between the alprostadil group and the conventional treatment group (P>0.05).The level of Scr in the alprostadil group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group at 72 h and 7 d after operation.The level of eGFR was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).The levels of ScysC and 8-OHdG in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation at 72 h and 7 d(P>0.05).The levels of ScysC and 8-OHdG in the alprostadil group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group at 72 h and 7 d after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil may improve the oxidative stress in patients with CKD and provide a preventive effect on CIN.

Objective To investigate the predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound parameters for fetal growth restriction(FGR)induced by hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in high-altitude re-gions.Methods Pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were treated between July 2020 and June 2022 at the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University(with altitude of 2,300 meters,were divided into group A1 with 19 cases and group A2 with 51 cases according to occurrence of FGR),Yushu People's Hospital(with altitude of 3,700 meters,were divided into group B1 with 25 cases and group B2 with 47 cases according to occurrence of FGR),and Civil Aviation Clinical Medical College of Peking University(plain region,control group with 71 cases)were enrolled in this study.All pregnant women in each group underwent fetal color Doppler ultrasound examination of the middle cerebral artery(MCA)and umbilical artery(UA)blood flow parameters,including pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),systolic/diastolic ratio(S/D),peak systolic velocity(PSV),and cere-broplacental ratio(CPR)at 28 weeks of gestation were detected.Multivariate Logistic regression analy-sis was performed to identify independent risk factors for FGR in pregnant women with gestational hy-pertension.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze the predictive value of color Doppler parametersfor FGR.Results The UA blood flow parameters(PI,RI,S/D,PSV)of the fetuses in groups A1,A2,B1,and B2 were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the MCA blood flow parameters(PI,RI,S/D,PSV)and CPR were significantly low-er(P<0.05).Among the five groups,group B1 had the highest UA blood flow parameters(PI,RI,S/D,PSV)and the lowest MCA blood flow parameters(PI,RI,S/D,PSV)and CPR(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that high altitude of residence and umbili-cal cord abnormalities were independent risk factors for FGR in pregnant women with gestational hy-pertension(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curves for the com-bined prediction of FGR in pregnant women with gestational hypertension at altitudes of 2,300 me-ters and 3,700 meters using color Doppler multi-parameters were 0.906 and 0.917,respectively,indicating a significantly higher predictive performance compared to individual parameter(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound parameters of UA and MCA bloodflow during the second trimester of pregnancy demonstrate good predictive value for FGR induced by hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in high-altitude regions at different altitudes,and the predictive performance is even higher when multiple parameters are combined.
