1.Reflections on Humanistic Care in Patients with Malignant Lymphoma during Hospitalization
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(8):1042-1044
This paper introduces the implementation method of humanistic care nursing in the concrete work process, and puts forward some thoughts on the humanistic care nursing process, such as setting up the nursing concept with the patient-oriented;To establish the management norms of humanistic care;To develop the humanistic care model, ward or hospital, etc. In the future work will continue to deepen the connotation of humanistic care, and do a good humanistic care services.

OBJECTIVE To understand the status quo for hospital infection hospital infection to provide a scientific basis. METHODS A cross-sectional survey was taken combined with the hospital bedside investigation and records investigation. RESULTS In 1033 cases, the prevalence rate was 3.87%,and the infected sites were the respiratory site, superficial incision, skin and soft tissue. Utilization rate of anti-bacterial drugs was 60.31%,the pathagen detection rate before treatment was low only 7.73%. CONCLUSIONS Prevalence rate survey method is simple and reliable,it may be the basic reflect of hospital infection. Further strengthening the management of invasive operations, regulateing the rational use of antibiotics status quo, improving the detection rate of pathogens and reduceing preventive medication and antibiotic usage are all evitable.

Objective To study the tumor targeting ability and application of farnesylthiosalicylic Acid (FTS) and heptamethine carbocyanine fluorescent dye-mediated near-infrared imagine in living animals, and confirm the inhibitory effect of this compound on growth of tumor cells. Methods Human breast cancer cell line MCF-7, glioma cell line U251 and prostate cancer cell line PC3 were cultured to logarithmic growth phase, and different concentrations of FTS and FTS-IR783 were added, respectively. We observed the inhibitory effect of those two compounds on the growth of tumor cells.Under fluorescence microscopy, specific accumulation of FTS-IR783 in these tumor cells was observed. The tumor cells (1×106) were transplanted subcutaneously into nude mice. These mice were subjected to intraperitoneal injection of FTS-IR783 (10 nmol/mouse) two weeks later. In the in vivo imaging, near infrared fluorescence signal and tumor volume were measured and their correlation was analyzed. Results Compared with FTS, FTS-IR783 significantly inhibited the growth of MCF-7, U251 and PC3 cells in vitro.FTS-IR783 was specifically uptaken by these three kinds of tumor cells, showing strong near infrared fluorescence in cell agglomerates. After subcutaneous injection of FTS-IR783, the correlation between fluorescence intensity and tumor volume was 0.987, 0.998 and 0.971, respectively. Conclusions The compound of FTS conjugated with near infrared fluorescent dye IR-783 can specifically recognize tumor cells, in both in vitro and in vivo imaging. At the same time, the compound can significantly inhibit the growth of tumor cells, and may be expected to become a new potential targeted drug.

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has a good clinical effect on the treatment of hematologic malignancies, but during the treatment, it will bring relevant negative psychology to the patient' s psychology and body. This paper analyzed the psychological obstacles often emerging during the treatment of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, as well as the family members' negative psychological emotion caused by the long-term psychological pressure and economic pressure, and further analyzed the reasons for the psychological problems in the patients and the corresponding nursing methods, and the causes of the psychological disorders of the patients' families and the corresponding nursing methods. In addition, health education was adopted for patients and their family members, and through the methods of doctor-patient communication, disease education, behavior training and so on, this paper found that after the implementation of health education for patients and their family members, the postoperative recovery rate of transplanted patients was obviously improved, and their psychological problems were also obviously alleviated and eliminated. It was proved that health education had a good therapeutic effect on the psychological problems of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients and their family member, and was worthy of promotion in clinical practice.

OBJECTIVE:
To assess the value of combined cytogenetic and molecular techniques for the prenatal diagnosis of a pregnant woman with intellectual disability (ID).
METHODS:
The fetus and its parents were subjected to G-banding karyotyping analysis, single nucleotide polymorphism array (SNP-array) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis.
RESULTS:
G-banding karyotype analysis revealed that the woman has carried a chromosomal microdeletion 46,XX,del(11)(q24), and the fetus was a carrier of 46,XN,del(11)(q24)mat. Subsequent SNP-array and FISH analysis of the pregnant woman indicated that the microdeletion has mapped to 11q24.1-q25. Both the pregnant woman and her fetus were diagnosed with Jacobsen syndrome.
CONCLUSION
Combined use of cytogenetic and molecular genetic techniques can facilitate diagnosis of patients with intellectual disability.
