AIM: To investigate the influence of television programs on children's mental growth so as to evaluate advantages and disadvantages on coordinative development of TV programs and child education.METHODS: A survey about the quality and audience rating of children's TV programs was carried out at the Developmental Psychology Institute of Beijing Normal University.RESULTS: The television programs have three main functions for children: education function (or learning function, orientation function), information function and entertainment function. Main purposes and effect for watching TV by children are: ①The major two are entertaining and getting information to enrich their knowledge, but other purposes like training thinking ability and learning skills still exist. ② Children TV programs can promote learning knowledge, skill, and academic study; develop intelligence and personality. Problems mentioned above have the age differences. However, the negative effect on child should not be neglected: ① A lot of unhealthy contents block children's healthy development. ②Watching TV for hours wastes a lot of valuable time that can be used for other important things like reading. This time-killing habit may harm children's profound thoughts and thinking ability.CONCLUSION: We should present new philosophy on children's TV programs producing. The producer should know well about children's needs and respect their requirements, including all kinds of rights and ideas, linking the entertainment function of these programs more closely with their education function and taking advantage of successful business models oversea, and inspiring organizations to produce more suitable programs.

Objective To investigate the immunomodulation of PCF on the immunosuppressed mice. Methods The immunosuppressed model was established by injection of dexamethasone (DEX) intraperitoneally. Effects of PCF on the immunity were studied by the observation of morphology of immune organ, the analysis of T lymphocytes subsets and the measurement of lymphoproliferative ability. Results PCF could markedly improve the low immunoreaction of immunosuppressed mice caused by DEX. It was showed that the white pulp of spleen was enlarged, the quantity of T lymphocytes of the peripheral blood was increased and the response of lymphoproliferation to ConA was enhanced in the test group compared to those in the model group. Conclusion PCF had the abilities to up-regulate the immunity in vivo, which may be due to its influences on the peripheral mature immunocytes.

Objective To explore the association of lipid metabolism and bomocysteine with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and observe the inflammatory reaction and the pathological change of placenta. Methods We conducted a prospective randomized placebo-controlled study.Seventy-four cases with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were recruited as the experimental group and 77 cases of normal pregnant women were recruited as matched control group from Aug.2008 to Mar.2010.The relationship between lipid metabolism and homocysteine was analyzed. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in body-mass index before pregnancy(29.03±4.52 vs.23.99±5.90,t =5.88),cholesterol[(6.16±1.48)mmol/L vs.(5.01±1.05) mmmol/L,t =5.52],low density lipoprotein[(3.46±1.35) mmol/L vs.(2.26±0.86) mmol/L,t =6.54]and C-reactive protein[(29.04±14.90) mmol/L vs.(15.48±4.57) mmol/L,t =7.62](P < 0.05).No significant difference was found on triglycerides[(3.29±1.03) mmol/L vs.(3.49±1.37) mmol/L],high density lipoprotein[(1.84±0.40) mmol/L vs.(1.88±0.35) mmol/L],homocysteine [(8.77±2.65) mmol/L vs.(8.40±2.03) mmol/L]and neonatal weight[(3547±519)g vs.(3431±461)g](P > 0.05).Significant difference exists in placenta pathology of infarction(54.55% vs.31.04%),villi dysplasia, fit nodules form and hypoxia(65.46% vs.39.66%)(P <0.05).Conclusion We should detect lipid, homocysteine and C-reactive protein by dynamic combinational ways, pay more attention to women with high BMI before pregnancy, and value placenta pathology research on hypertensive disorders in pregnant women. This has high clinical significance in revealing the etiology of hypertensive disorders in pregnant women and improving pregnant outcomes.

Objective To study the relationship between stress rise of blood glucose and the PEEL prognostic index of the patients with acute myocardial infarction, and provide the basis for a quick judgement and evaluation of prognosis to nurses. Methods Taking the 6.8,7.8 and 8.8 mmol/L as demarcation point to study the PEEL prognostic index in 59 patients with acute myocardial infarction, and compare the PEEL score value on two sides of each demarcation point. Results No significant difference in PEEL evaluation score when taking 6.8 mmol/L as the demarcation point, there was significant difference when taking 7.8 mmol/L as the demarcation point, PEEL score in blood glucose > 7.8 mmol/L group was higher than that of ≤7.8mmol/L group, so was when taking 8.8 mmol/L as the demarcation point. Conclusions There was instructive signifi-cance for nurses to observe a stress rise of blood glucose timely in evaluating the prognosis of patients with a-cute myocardial infarction. Nurses should strengthen disease observation and preventive nursing of admission patients whose fasting blood glucose are above 7.8 mmol/L as well their blood glucose monitoring.

AIM:To study pharmacokinetic of Pueraria Flavonid Nasal Drop in rabbits through nasal administration in comparison with oral administration. METHODS:Ten New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups randomly and administrated nasally and orally (106.4 mg/kg of pueraria flavonid). HPLC was adopted to detect pueraria flavonoid content and DAS 2.0 was used to calculate bioavailability. RESULTS:The main pharmacokinetic parameters of nasal and oral administrations were AUC (0-∞)1 =(30.55?4.93)mg/(L?h),T max1 =(0.90?0.14)h,C max1 =(11.27?1.66)mg/L;AUC (0-∞)2 =(6.90?2.76)mg/(L?h),T max2 =(0.63?0.34)h,C max2 =(1.68?0.84)mg/L. Relative bioavailability of nasal delivery was 442.8%. CONCLUSION:Pueraria Flavonoid Nasal Drop is well absorbed in rabbits and has high bioavailability.

Objective To find the approximate error factors influence of dosing, fundamentally reduce the administra-tion of approximate error. Methods According to the three level of hospital administration approximation error of 181 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The following factors were caused drug similar mistakes.Administration of the approximation error incidence decreased year by year during the investigation. Medication errors and errors in the approximation, error dose administered in the proportion accounted for more than 60%. More than 90% administration of the approximation error occurs during the day. The title, length of service and equipment have important effects on reducing drug approximation error, do not comply with the work flow, violating the operating rules, because of inter-ference interrupts the continuity, the lack of communication, carelessness, memory errors, drug similarity, difference signal information system. Conclusion Specification for dug management system, the administration management as a whole, the full implementation of the"Five Rights"management.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the insertion torque values and primary stability of dental implants using different insertion torque values ,and search for the best insertion torque values that can acquire good primary stability. Methods Six male pure beagles were selected, and the first molars and four premolars of bilateral mandibulars were extracted. Three months later, a total of 48 XIVE dental implants were inserted. All implants were divided into group A, group B, group C, and group D based on the insertion torque value (ITV): group A, 0 < ITV < 20Ncm; group B, 20 ≤ ITV < 40Ncm; group C,40Ncm ≤ ITV < 60Ncm;group D,ITV≥60Ncm The dental implant stability was measured by Resonance frequency analysis when implanrs were placed immediately. Results No complications occured. There was significant difference between group A and grop B (P=0.012), group A and grop C (P=0.037), group A and grop D (P=0.001). There are no ignificant difference among group B,group C and grop D(P>0.05). Conclusion With the limitations of the study, it was concluded the primary stability does not simply depend on the insertion torque; When the insertion torque value was no less than 20Ncm, the dental implant can acquire good primary stability.
