Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(3):157-160
Objective We aimed to assess the influence of space teaching on junior-college nursing students' autonomous learning ability. Methods Using random number table, two classes of junior-college nursing students of Grade 2012 were selected and divided into the experimental group (46 students) and the control group (47 students) according to their classes.Students in the control group received routine multimedia teaching.Students in the experimental group received space teaching based on the platform of World University City. The effect of space teaching on developing nursing students' autonomous learning ability was assessed with the help of their test results and the nursing students' autonomous learning ability evaluation form. Results After carrying out space teaching, the average grade, theoretical performance, total points, the total score of autonomous learning ability and the score of each dimension in the experimental group and the differences were remarkably higher than those of the control group (t value was 2.80,2.45,2.29 and 11.58).Conclusions Space teaching can assist in arousing nursing students' learning motivation and improving nursing students' independent learning ability. It can be used for reference and promoted.

The changes of calcium and magnesium content in brain tissue (BCa;BMg) and in the mitochondria (MCa,MMg) and calmodulin content in the cortex and hippocampus (CCaM,HCaM) were determined in the rats with 4-vessel-ligation cerebral ischemia. And then the therapeutic effects of nimodipine were observed during ischemic and.reperfusion stages of the brain. It was found that BMg and BMg were decreased and CCaM HCaM increased during both the ischemic and reperfusion stages and BCa and MCo were increased during the reperfusion stage. The fact that calcium content was only increased during the reperfusion stage indicates that the influx of calcium plays an important role to precipitate injury during the reperfusion stage.Adminstration of nimodipine could prevent the increase of calcium and calmodulin and the decrease of magnesium after cerebral ischemia.

Objective To explore the possible mechanism by which protein kinase C (PKC) involves in the neuronal apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion Methods After the model of ischemia/reperfusion was established in male Wistar rats, PKC activity, FOS protein expression and neuronal apoptosis in their brains were observed The effect of PKC inhibitor, Dengzhanghua, on above indexes were studied at the same time Results Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion resulted in transloactional activation of PKC, accompanied with the increase of FOS expression and neuronal apoptosis Dengzhanghua prevented against the above changes Conclusion Activated PKC is involved in ischemia/reperfusion induced neuronal apoptosis by regulating FOS expression

Objective To assess pathological features of muscles as well as microvascular changes between muscle fibers in patients with dermatomyositis (DM),and to analyze pathological differences in muscles between DM and polymyositis (PM).Methods Specimens were obtained from involved muscles of 16 patients with DM,5 patients with PM,and from normal muscles of 9 patients with bone trauma (controls).Routine histopathological examination and immunohistochemical staining for CD34 and CD61 were conducted. Results Of the 16 patients with DM,6 (37.5%) had perifascicular atrophy,3 ( 18.8 %) had an obvious inflammatory cell infiltration around microvessels between muscle fibers.Perifascicular atrophy was absent in muscle specimens from patients with PM or bone trauma. The number of CD34-positive microvessels between muscle fibers was reduced in patients with DM,but normal in those with PM.CD61 was positive in perifascicular area of 10 patients (5 moderately positive and 5 weakly positive) with DM,with an expression rate of 62.5%,however,only 1 case of PM was weakly positive for CD61,and all the controls were negative. Conclusions There is a decrease in the number of microvessels but an enhancement of neovascularization between muscle fibers in involved muscles of patients with DM,which may serve as a pathological marker to distinguish DM from PM.

Objective To investigate the value of urine liver?type fatty acid?binding proteins(L?FABP) for early diagnosis and progress predicting of acute kidney injury(AKI)after lung transplantation. Methods Urine L?FABP and Scr blood samples in perioperative periods of 119 lung transplant recipients (hospitalized between 2013?2014)were involved in the research. Patients were divided into AKI group and non?AKI group according to KDIGO. Changes in urine L?FABP and Scr of two groups at various time points were recorded. Results Of 119 patients,57 developed AKI after surgery. Urine L?FABP from 0 h to 48 h in the two groups increased significantly, and the difference at 6 h to 48 h between the two groups is significant. In terms of diagnostic value,ROC area of urine L?FABP at 6h is 0.818. When 2254.52 ng/mg Cr was taken as diagnostic dividing line ,sensitivity and specificity was 0.782 and 0.814. In predicting AKI progression ,AUC below AUC of urine L?FABP 0.852. When 4313.17 ng/mgCr was taken as diagnostic dividing line ,sensitivity and specificity was 0.867 and 0.700. Conclusion Urinary L?FABP appears to be a sensitive and specific marker of AKI in lung transplant recipients ,could be a biological marker in the early diagnosis and progression tendency of AKI.

Objective:To investigate the status of anticipatory grief among the main caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From April 2021 to July 2021, the main caregivers of 180 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in Xiangdong Hospital Affiliated to Hunan Normal University and Liling Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hunan Province, were selected by convenience sampling method for the research object. The survey was carried out using the General Information Questionnaire, the Anticipatory Grief Scale and the Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview, multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of anticipatory grief in the main caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Results:The total score of Anticipatory Grief Scale in the main caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients was 84.43±12.02, and the total score of Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview was 24.92 ± 7.98, which were positively correlated ( r = 0.557, P<0.01).In the multiple linear regression analysis, the caregiver ′s education level, age, gender, care burden and per capita monthly income and the patient ′s age were the influencing factors of anticipatory grief for the main caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients ( t values were -5.54-8.75, all P<0.05), which could explain 54.1% of the total variance. Conclusions:The anticipatory grief of the main caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients is at a relatively serious level. Medical care should pay more attention to the caregivers and their sadness in their communication, so as to detect problems in time, so as to take targeted measures to the current situation, which is effective to improve their level of grief and improve the quality of care.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2022;39(5):862-869
The geometric bone model of patients is an important basis for individualized biomechanical modeling and analysis, formulation of surgical planning, design of surgical guide plate, and customization of artificial joint. In this study, a rapid three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction method based on statistical shape model was proposed for femur. Combined with the patient plain X-ray film data, rapid 3D modeling of individualized patient femur geometry was realized. The average error of 3D reconstruction was 1.597-1.842 mm, and the root mean square error was 1.453-2.341 mm. The average errors of femoral head diameter, cervical shaft angle, offset distance and anteversion angle of the reconstructed model were 0.597 mm, 1.163°, 1.389 mm and 1.354°, respectively. Compared with traditional modeling methods, the new method could achieve rapid 3D reconstruction of femur more accurately in a shorter time. This paper provides a new technology for rapid 3D modeling of bone geometry, which is helpful to promote rapid biomechanical analysis for patients, and provides a new idea for the selection of orthopedic implants and the rapid research and development of customized implants.
