1.Clinical research of LMWH in therapy of women with RSA pregnant by ART

Objective There are few studies on the application of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the therapy of women with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) pregnant by assisted reproductive technology (ART).The article aimed to explore the clinical research of LMWH in therapy of women with RSA pregnant by ART.Methods 126 women with RSA pregnant by ART were enrolled and they were diagnosed and treated in Reproductive Medicine Center in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2010 to February 2016.According to the patient′s agreement on LMWH treatment, 60 patients in agreement with LMWH treatment were divided into 2 groups: LMWH+IUI group(n=30) and LMWH+ IVF-ET group(n=30).66 patients in disagreement with LMWH treatment were also divided into 2 groups: IUI group(n=32) and IVF-ET group(n=34).Comparison was made in patients from 4 groups concerning pregnancy success rate, live birth rate, pregnancy time involving RSA and incidence of pregnancy complications.At the same time, the occurrence of adverse reactions during the use of LMWH was also observed.Results The pregnancy time involving RSA in LMWH+IUI group significantly increased compared with IUI group([82.67±9.10]d vs [48.17±8.68]d)(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate and live birth rate in LMWH+ IVF-ET group were both higher than those of IVF-ET group (66.7% vs 35.29%, 85.00% vs 50.00%)(P<0.05) and significant difference was also found in the incidence of RSA, the pregnancy time involving RSA, and the morbidity of gestational hypertension between groups(P<0.05).The results of D2D at 4 weeks of pregnancy in LMWH+IUI group([0.65±0.07]mg/L) and LMWH+ IVF-ET group([0.625±0.06]mg/L) were lower than those of LMWH group ([0.76±0.12]mg/L) and LMWH group([0.77±0.06]mg/L).The result of D2D at 6 weeks of pregnancy in LMWH+IUI group was lower than those of IUI group and IVF-ET group, and D2D in LMWH+ IVF-ET group was lower compared with IVF-ET group(P<0.05).The results of D2D in all the four groups increased with the pregnancy weeks(P<0.05).The prothrombin time(PT) at 4 weeks of pregnancy in LMWH+IUI group, IUI group and LMWH+ IVF-ET group ([12.53±0.38]s, [12.38±0.65]s, [12.47±0.58]s) was significantly higher at pre-pregnancy([12.33±0.52]s, [12.30±0.68]s, [12.22±0.64]s) and 6 weeks of pregnancy([12.13±0.62]s, [12.05±0.60]s, [12.03±0.54]s) (P<0.05).Among 60 cases treated with LMWH, small area ecchymoma were found in 11 cases and the incidence was 18.33%(11/60), only two cases reported with uncomfortable light pain in the location of subcutaneous injection.Conclusion Low-dose LMWH is safe and effective in the therapy of pregnant women with RSA through ART.
2.Application of embracing fixator in femoral fracture between rotor inside wall fixed

Objective To discuss the surgery methods and clinical curative effect of application of nickel titanium memory alloy embracing device fixed femoral fractures inside wall of bone block.Methods The clinical data of 27 patients on the application of nickel titanium memory alloy embracing device fixed femoral fractures inside wall with bone block were retrospectively analyzed.There were 9 cases of male and 18 cases offemale.They were 69 ~89 years old,average 76.2 years.And there were 19 cases on the left side of inside wall and 8 cases on the right side. Curative effect evaluation was conducted according to the Evans-Jensen norm and the improved Harris standard. Results Postoperative follow-up loss in 2 cases,and 24 cases received follow-up for 6 ~20 months,which had an average of 14.15 months and follow-up rate was 92.3%.Three cases died respectively because of acute heart failure, cerebral hemorrhage and cor pulmonale.Patients at the time of the last follow-up had Harris mean score(80 ~97), including the optimal 19 cases,fine 4 cases and poor in 1 case,and the excellent rate was 95.8%.Conclusion Sur-gery method of nickel titanium memory alloy embracing device fixed femoral fractures inside wall of bone has reliable fixation,and can restore the biomechanical balance and decrease complications,etc.It allows early functional exercise of hip part in load conditions to obtain ideal therapeutic effect.
3.Multi-perspective study of medical community:review and prospect

Objective To explore the current situation,research hotspots and future development direction of medical community in our country.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of medical community in our country,and provides the research reference.Methods A total of 1 329 articles on medical community published by CNKI from February 2016 to July 2016 were 2023 by NoteExpress and CiteSpace,from the point of view of medical service homogeneity,this paper analyzes the general situation,research hotspots and research trends of the medical community domain literature,this paper reviews the research from the perspectives of medical expense payment,medical personnel training and health file management.Results The research topics of the medical community are gradually diversified and characterized,the research methods of the medical community are diversified,and the research perspectives of the medical community are differentiated.Conclusion Fu-ture research should focus on the following aspects:the scope of medical community research topics,health records management,government support system,medical integration in the post-epidemic era.
4.The expression of WDR5 in cervical cancer tissue and its relationship with clinical and pathological charac-teristics of patients

Objective To investigate the expression of WD repeat-containing protein 5(WDR5)in cervical cancer tissue and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients.Methods 105 CA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were included as the study subjects,the cancer tissue and adjacent tissue samples of patients were collected,Immunohistochemical staining and Western blot were used to detect the level of WDR5 in CA tissue and adjacent cancer tissues.Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to determine the level;Survival analysis was conducted using the Kaplan Meier method;The influencing factors of patient prognosis were analyzed through Cox regression.Results Among 105 CA tissue samples,the positive expression rate of WDR5(WDR5 positive cases/total cancer tissue cases)was 68.57% (72/105),which was higher than 22.86% (24/105)in adjacent cancer tissues(P<0.05);Compared to adjacent tissues(1.00±0.11),the expression level of WDR5 was higher in CA tissues(4.66±0.98)(t = 38.030,P<0.05).The expression level of WDR5 is related to the degree of differentiation,TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The survival rate of WDR5 positive expression was 65.28% (47/72)lower than that of negative expression of 90.91% (30/33)(Log rank χ2 = 6.732,P = 0.009);TNM staging,WDR5,degree of dif-ferentiation,and lymph node metastasis are all influencing factors for patient prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of WDR5 is elevated in cervical cancer tissues,and its changes are closely related to TNM staging,differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and prognosis in cervical cancer patients.
5.Inlfuence Factors on Analyzing Transmission Time of Relative Blood Volume Based on Ultrasonic

Ultrasound-based measurement of relative blood volume can be used to assess patient's dry weight during hemodialysis. The results of relative blood volume were calculated from the ultrasonic transmission time measurement in the arteriol pot, and the accuracy of transmission time measurement is directly related to the reliability of the results of relative blood volume. There are various factors which influence the travel time, this article analyzed patients themselves, measuring device and the external factors, and advised appropriate counter measures.
6.Research Progress on Chemical Composition,Pharmacological Effect and Safety Evaluation of Forsythiae Fructus

Forsythiae fructus,a traditional Chinese medicine for heat clearing and detoxifying,is commonly used in clinic.It mainly contains phenylethanol glycosides,lignans,terpenoids,volatile oils,flavonoids and other chemical components.Numerous studies have confirmed that forsythiae fructus has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-cancer and other pharmacological effects.Moreover,it has high safety.In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological action and safety of forsythiae fructus were reviewed.The aim of this study is to collect the relevant research achievements of forsythiae fructus,and to provide ideas and references for its further research and clinical application.
7.Validation of retinoblastoma mouse model based on fluorescence imaging technology

AIM: To provide references for the non-clinical evaluation of therapeutic targets or drugs for retinoblastoma, fluorescently labeled Y79 cells are injected into the vitreous body of BALB/c-nu mice to establish a retinoblastoma model, and the Melphalan treatment group is used as a positive control, which is verified by fluorescence imaging technology.METHODS: BALB/c-nu mice were intravitreous injected with GFP transfected Y79 cells(1.0×107 cell/mL, 3 μL)to establish the model. On the 27th day, the mice were randomly divided into model control group and different doses of Melphalan groups(1, 3, 10 μg/eye groups)according to the fluorescence value of in vivo imaging, with vitreous body single administrated and ocular symptoms observed daily. Slit-lamp examination was performed at 12, 20, 29, 35, 42, 48, 55, 76, and 83 d after modeling. In vivo imaging was performed on 12, 20, 27, 41, 48, 55, 62, 69, 76, and 83 d. At the last treatment, the eyeball, brain and cerebellum tissues were removed for histopathological examination.RESULTS: From the sixth day of modeling, cloud-like substances could be seen in the eyes of the animals, and the cloud-like substances occupied the whole eyeball of the mice in the model control group at the later stage, accompanied by irregular growth of blood vessels. After 27 days of modeling, the fluorescence value was detected in all the animals, and the fluorescence value continued to increase with the extension of modeling time. The fluorescence value of the tumor reached the peak after 69-83 days of modeling. Histological examination showed severe proliferation of intraocular tumor cells in the model control group, and tumor cells were observed in the brain of 1 model animal. In the 10 μg/eye Melphalan group, the fluorescence value was significantly decreased at 17 d after administration. The fluorescence value of the 3 μg/eye Melphalan group was significantly inhibited at 59 d after administration. No tumor cells were found in the brain tissue of animals in all Melphalan groups.CONCLUSION: After vitreous injection of Y79/pCDH-LUC-copGFP cells in BALB/c-nu mice, significant ocular lesions and proliferation of tumor cells were observed in the eyes. Meanwhile, Melphalan intervention significantly inhibited tumor cells in a dose-dependent manner, indicating that the mouse model of retinoblastoma was successfully constructed.
