Objective:To analyze the research status of the midwifery in China from 2012 to 2021, and to explore the research hotspots and research trends in the midwifery in China in the past 10 years. Methods:The CiteSpace software was used to analyze the time distribution, authors, institutions and keywords of related studies in the field of midwifery published in nursing core journals in China. The search period was from January 2012 to December 2021.Results:A total of 442 articles were included, with the largest number of papers published in 2014 and 2015, and no increase in the number of papers published after 2016. The core author group in the field of midwifery was basically formed, with close cooperation among authors and high output from the five cooperative groups, but little cooperation among teams. Cooperative research with regional institutions began to take shape, and inter-regional collaborative research was relatively scarce. The hotspot keywords in the field of midwifery were "midwife", "pregnant woman", "natural childbirth", "obstetric nursing" and "delivery outcome".Conclusions:The development of research in the field of midwifery in China is slow, and cooperation between teams, institutions and regions needs to be further strengthened in the future. Strengthening the capacity building of midwifery professionals is the key direction of future research, and obstetric nursing is the main trend of future research.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2009;26(4):743-747
It is very important to extract electroencephalogram (EEG) rhythm in clinical diagnoses. Digital filter and wavelet transform are used to extract the rhythm from a piece of EEG at the sampling rate of 2 kHz. The Daubechies order 4 wavelet (db4) was used to decompose the EEG at 8 levels. According to the filter characteristic of wavelet decomposition, the reconstructions of aS, d8, d7, d6 and d5 component are nearly corresponding to the rhythms of delta, theta, alpha, gamma separately. The 6 order ellipse infinite impulse response (IIR) filter is also used to decompose the EEG. As the quality factor of wavelet decomposition filter is constant, the wavelet transform obtains better extracted rhythm than the digital filter. Furthermore, the wavelet transform method can be used to extract the low frequency rhythm from wide frequency band.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using combined lumbar pelvis fixation device in the treatment of old vertical unstable fracture dislocation of posterior pelvic ring. Methods:Data of 7 patients with old vertical unstable fracture dislocation of posterior pelvic ring admitted and followed up from January 2017 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including 4 males and 3 females with an average age of 42.4 years old (range, 22-73 years old). There were 3 cases of traffic injury, 3 cases of falling injury and 1 case of tumble injury. According to Tile classification for pelvic fractures, there were 5 cases of type C1, 1 case of type C2 and 1 case of type C3. The average time from fracture to surgery was 5.4 weeks (range, 3-10 weeks). Among the 7 patients, 4 patients' posterior ring fractures were fixed by combined lumbar pelvic triangle fixation, and 3 patients' posterior ring fracture were fixed by combined lumbar pelvic fixation. 4 patients' anterior ring injury were not treated, 2 patients' anterior ring injury were treated by closed cannulated screw and internal fixation, and 1 patient's anterior ring injury was fixed by INFIX and cannulated screw. Every patient's operating time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision and times of X-ray fluoroscopy were recorded. Pelvic X-ray and CT scan were taken postoperatively to observe the condition of reduction and screw position. Postoperative fracture reduction quality was assessed by Matta radiological criteria and Majeed criteria was used at the final follow-ups to evaluate the degree of functional recovery after pelvic fracture. Results:The average operating time of 7 patients was 143 min (range, 96-205 min); the intraoperative average blood loss was 579 ml (range, 300-1 650 ml); the average length of incisions was 12.9 cm (range, 9-15 cm) and the average time of X-ray fluoroscopy was 27 times (range, 15-52 times). Postoperative X-ray and CT scan showed that the displacements of the posterior rings were reset well and all the hollow screws were located accurately and firmly. Postoperative radiation quality was evaluated according to Matta radiological criteria, and there were 4 cases of excellent, 2 cases of good and 1 case of fair, with an excellent and good rate of 85.7% (6/7). Seven patients had good fracture union. The average followed up time for all 7 patients was 12 months (range, 6-16 months). At the last follow-up, imaging examination showed good reduction of the sacroiliac joint, and the reduction of anterior and posterior rings were not lost. The healing time was 14.2 weeks (range, 12-20 weeks). Majeed score: postoperative 4.90±6.64 points (range, 48-58 points), postoperative 3 months 71.40±7.32 points (range, 67-75 points), postoperative 6 months 84.90±8.14 points (range, 68-96 points), the difference was statistically significant ( F=0.614, P=0.004). Majeed score 6 months after operation showed that 5 cases were excellent, 1 case was good and 1 case was fair, and the excellent and good rate was 85.7% (6/7). Conclusion:Using combined lumbar pelvis fixation device in the treatment of old vertical unstable fracture dislocation of posterior pelvic ring has good reduction quality, high fixed strength and good postoperative effect.

Objective:To comprehensively search the relevant literature on prone position-cardiopulmonary resuscitation (PP-CPR) in adults at home and abroad, analyze the content, summarize the evidence, and provide reference for clinical health care professionals. Methods:Systematic search of CNKI, China Biomedical Literature Service System (SinoMed), Wanfang Data, VIP database, PubMed, Embase, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Cochran Library, Web of Science, Scopus literature database and other Chinese and English databases was conducted. The search period was from inception to June 15 in 2024. The contents of PP-CPR from randomized controlled trial (RCT), non-RCT (prospective or retrospective), cohort studies and case reports were extracted and systematically analyzed. The search results were standardized by the method of scoping review. Results:A total of 523 articles were obtained through preliminary search, and 14 references and gray literature were retrieved, totaling 537 articles. After strict screening by two researchers, a total of 26 literatures were included, 3 were non-RCT and 23 were case reports, involving 12 countries, including 3 in Chinese, 19 in English, 2 in French, 1 in German, and 1 in Korean. Three non-RCT demonstrated that compared with standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), PP-CPR could produce higher pressure, and provide good respiratory and circulatory support. A total of 25 adult patients were included in the 23 case reports, of which 17 reported total recovery time and 13 reported PP-CPR time ≤ 5 minutes, all of which recovered spontaneous circulation, indicating the effectiveness of PP-CPR technology. In terms of final outcome, 4 patients (16.0%) died and 21 patients (84.0%) survived, indicating that PP-CPR technology could provide timely blood circulation and improve clinical outcomes for prone cardiac arrest patients. Among the 11 patients who reported complications after resuscitation, no neurological damage was found in the short-term outcomes, indicating that PP-CPR technology had a certain level of safety.Conclusions:PP-CPR can provide timely blood circulation for patients with cardiac arrest who are unable to lie supine quickly, and win "golden time" for defibrillation and further treatment. In clinical practice, medical staff need to evaluate the emergency environment, the number of rescuers and the specific condition of the patient, and implement first aid as soon as possible, so as to reduce the time of no blood flow in the vital organs of patients with cardiac arrest in prone position, and improve the clinical prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer 2021;24(12):829-837
BACKGROUND:
The anti-tumor effect of pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) has been widely confirmed. However, the anti-tumor effect of its peptides is rarely reported. This study aims to investigate the effects of PEDF and its peptides on the apoptosis and migration of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
METHODS:
In this study, A549 cells and H1299 cells were selected as the research object, and the cells were divided into normal group, PEDF treatment group, 34 peptide treatment group, 44 peptide treatment group and 34+44 peptide treatment group by administering different drugs at the same concentration to the cells. The proliferation activity of cells in each group was detected by CCK-8 method; the migration ability of cells was detected by scratch test; the expression levels of apoptosis related proteins such as protein kinase 3 (RIP3) and cleaved-caspase-3 were detected by Western blot; the expression levels of epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers in each group, such as cadherin (E-cadherin) and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) were detected by Western blot; the apoptosis rate of each group was detected by flow cytometry.
RESULTS:
The results of CCK-8 showed that PEDF and its peptides could inhibit cell proliferation, and the inhibitory effect of 34+44 peptide was the strongest (P<0.05); Observation under the microscope found that PEDF and its peptides can inhibit the proliferation and mesenchymal transformation of A549 cells and H1299 cells, and the inhibitory effect of the 34+44 peptide group is the most obvious; Western blot indicated that compared with other groups, the expressions of cleaved-caspase-3 and RIP3 in 34+44 peptide group were significantly higher (P<0.05), and the expressions of EMT protein E-cadherin were higher, the expression of α-SMA decreased (P<0.05); The results of flow cytometry showed that the apoptosis rate of 34+44 peptide group was significantly higher than those of other groups (P<0.05); The scratch test showed that compared with all the other groups, the healing rate of 34+44 peptide group was the lowest (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONS
34+44 combination peptide can better promote the apoptosis of NSCLC, inhibit the migration of NSCLC, and thereby inhibit the growth of NSCLC.
