Objective:It is important to make sure hyperbaric oxygen chamber safe and stable for its generalized and high risk.Methods: The gas path, control system and operation of hyperbaric oxygen chamber should be maintained timing based on quality management and clinical using requirement.Results: Medical engineering technicians and clinical use of personnel to cooperate with each other, from the regular inspection, personnel management and preventive maintenance to make sure the safety use of hyperbaric oxygen chamber.Conclusion: Making relative system and emergence plan, strengthening train to users and strict management can make its used safe.
2.Interpersonal Attribution Style and Self-efficacy of Female Students of Nursing School

Objective:To investigate the interpersonal attribution style,self-efficacy of the baccalaureate female nurs-ing students(BFNS) and to explore the relationship between attribution style and self-efficacy.Methods:113 BFNS from Hainan Medical College were investigated by the Interpersonal Relationship Subscale of Multidimensional-Multiattribu-tional Causality Scale by Lefcourt et al and the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) by Ralf Sehwarzer.Results:The Inter-personal Relationship Attribution Score(IRAS) of BFNS was 41.02?11.38.There was no statistical difference in IRAS be-tween two grades(t=0.899,P=0.371).The BFNS's attribution sequence was ranked as effort,fortune,ability,and back-ground under the condition of interpersonal communication success;while it was fortune,ability,effort,background under the condition of failure.There was statistically significant difference between scores of GSES and the normal(t=-10.212,P= 0.000).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between the self-efficacy and interperson-al attribution style.Conclusion:When the female nursing students' behavior is successful,there is show more tendency to internal attribution.On the contrary,when they fail,there is more tendency to external attribution.Self-efficacy interacts with interpersonal attribution style.
3.Ultraviolet Spectroscopy Combined with Chemometrics for Simultaneous Quantitative Determination of 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene andIts Degraded Products in Environmental Water Sample

2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT) and its by-products dinitrotoluene (DNT) pose a significant threat to human health and other living organisms.However, the conventional analytical methods involved in bulky and expensive instruments are complicated and time-consuming, impeding quick and on-line determination.In this work, a facile yet effective strategy of utilizing UV-vis spectroscopy coupled with partial least squares (PLS) was proposed, through which TNT and two isomers of DNT (2,4-DNT and 2,6-DNT) in nature water could be rapidly and simultaneously determined without any pre-separation.Variable combination population analysis (VCPA) was utilized to select important feather variables and significantly improved the predictive performance of the PLS model.The calibration set contained 25 samples constructed by orthogonal array design (OAD).The predictive ability of the models was validated by an independent prediction set including 15 samples, achieving up to 0.99 of the determination coefficients (R2) for each of the analytes.The optimized models were successfully applied to determine the 3 ingredients in 8 environmental samples involving in tap, lake and two kinds of river water with the recovery values of great than 97%.Finally, the proposed method was further validated by high performance liquid chromatography method.UV-vis spectroscopy coupled with chemometrics may be used as simple and effective strategy with high potential in environmental monitoring.
4.Valuea of contrast-enhanced imaging and enhanced CT in diagnosis of traumatic spleen rupture

Objective To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis and classification of traumatic spleen rupture , as compared with enhanced CT. Methods The manifestations of contrast-enhanced ultrasound on surgically or clinically confirmed spleen rupture in 40 patients were retrospectively analyzed. The performance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound on diagnosis and classification was compared with that of enhanced CT. Results For 40 patients with traumatic spleen rupture , the of accuracy of enhanced CT and contrast-enhanced imaging in the diagnosis of traumatic spleen rupture was 97.5%, with no significant statistical differences (chi-square = 0, P = 1). On contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, 14 patients were diagnosed as true splenic rupture , 9 as subcapsular spleen rupture , and 16 as central splenicrupture, with a accuracy rate of 92.5% (37/40); and accuracy rate for enhanced CT was 90.0% (36/40), there was no significant statistical difference (chi-square = 1.97, P > 0.05). Conclusions Contrast-enhanced and enhanced CT have good consistency in the diagnosis and classification of traumatic spleen rupture. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can accurately determine the scope and degree of spleen damage , resulting in more accurate classification; and it has values in the diagnosis of traumatic spleen rupture and choice of therapies.
5.Bibliometric Analysis of core journal papers published by nursing staff in a third-grade class-A hospital during 2013-2015

Objective The nursing staff's output and journals distribution of core scientific journals papers were analyzed, providing evaluation data and a decisive basis for scientific research management. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to the publication of core journals papers of nursing staff in 2013-2015 based on the publication from different nursing positions , the ranking of published nursing papers from different departments and different journals by using analysis method of bibliometric. Results About 1550 nursing papers were published , of which the number of authors whose paper was published in core journals was 216 , the number of papers published in core journals was 378, and 38 authors published more than 3 papers (17.6%). The core journals papers published rate in different position was statistically significant (P<0.01). The papers published journals were concentrated in nursing class. Dominated the first 3 places in the list of core journals paper number of departments were department of nursing , cancer center and operation room, respectively. Conclusion In order to improve the nursing scientific research level of nursing staff, it is necessary to establish a theoretical system of scientific knowledge training , formulate a long-term effective mechanism in paper management , focus on scientific research talent introduction and training and mobilize the nursing research enthusiasm of nursing staff.
6.Effects of Exenatide on Body Weight, Blood Glucose, Blood Lipids and Proteinuria in Obese and Overweight Young and Middle-aged Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: To investigate the effects of exenatide on body weight, blood glucose, blood lipids and proteinuria in obese and overweight young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes to provide reference for better controlling the macro-vascular and micro-vascular complications in the patients.Methods: Totally 60 obese and overweight young and middle-aged patients with poorly controlled type 2 diabetes were chosen and randomly divided into exenatide group and novolin N group with 30 ones in each.The patients maintained the previous oral hypoglycemic drugs, and exenatide group was treated with exenatide, Novolin N group was treated with protamine biosynthetie human insulin(NovolinN), and the treatment course was 3 months.The body weight, BMI, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C), fasting C-peptide (FCP), 2-hour postprandial C-peptide (2hCP), blood lipids, plasma homocysteine (HCY) and urine microalbumin (UMA) were compared before and after the treatment.Results: After 3 month treatment,the FPG,zhpG and HbAlc were significantly decreased both in exenatide group and NwoCinN group(P<0.05),and were no significant differences.were found in these parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).In exenatide group, the levels of FCP and 2hCP were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.05), and the body weight, BMI, TG and UMA were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.05).However, in Novolin N group, all the above-mentioned indices were not significantly changed after the treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion: Exenatide can effectively control blood glucose, improve β-cell function, reduce body weight, lower blood lipids and decrease urine protein.
7.The implementation of speckle tracking imaging technology on functional assessment of regional myocardial contraction in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To assess the vaIue of speckle tracking imaging (STI) in quantifying the regional myocardial strain in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) group.Methods ① Sixty subjects were divided into SLE group and normal group.High frame rate two-dimensional images were recorded from the apical two-chamber view,long-axis view and four-chamber view of the left ventricle (LV).Peak systolic strain of each view of 18 segments were measured by automated functional imaging (AFI) software of 2-DSE.All parameters were compared between the two groups.② Twenty cases were randomly taken from the normal group.The same observer at different times and two observers measure the strain of left ventricular respectively.The results of the measurement between the two groups were compared with unpaired t test and its relevance was analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis.ResultsLeft ventricular two-dimensional longitudinal strain gradually increased from the base to apex in the normal group.There were statistically differences between the apical segments and the basal,middle segments of every left ventricular wall (P<0.05).The same wall segment time to peak myocardial systolic peak strain was consistent.Left ventricular two-dimensional longitudinal strain gradually increased from the base to apex in the SLE group,except for the anterio-septal and anterior wall [ (-18.7±4.2)%,(-16.3±9.4)%,(-18.1±10.5)% vs (-19.0±9.0)%,(-18.6±7.9)%,(-17.7±1.4)% ].There was no statistically significant difference between the apical segments and the basal,middle segments of every left ventricular wall(P>0.05).All parameters of S were significantly higher in the normal group than those of the SLE group.The difference was statistically signoficant (P<0.05).The time to peak systolic peak strain of every segments was not consistent.The results from the same observer at different times and peak systolic myocardial strain measurements by the two observers were correlated well(P<0.01).Conclusion The myocardial function assessment by STI technology in the SLE patients is significantly different from that of the normal control:SLE patients with left ventricular myocardial damage can be manifested as reduced regional myocardial systolic peak strain.
8.Effects of hydroxychloroquine on the apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and Th17 in systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To observe the effect of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) on the apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and on the level of Th17 cells and IL-17.Methods The peripheral blood of 20 incipient SLE patients in active stage were taken,and PBMC were separated for cell culture.Using HCQ and Chlorambucil (CLB) as an intervention,and after cultured for 24 h and 48 h,the apoptosis of PBMC and the level of Th17 were tested using Flow cytometry (FCM),the supernatants were collected to test for the level of cytokine IL-17 by ELISA.One-way ANOVA was used and SNK-q was used in the comparison between every two groups.Results There was significant difference in the apoptosis rate of mononuclear cells between the HCQ and CLB group at 24 h [HCQ:(10.3±0.7)%,CLB:(8.5±1.1)%] and48 h [HCQ:(13.9±0.6)%,CLB:(11.8±0.8)%] (P<0.05).There was significant difference between HCQ [24 h:(0.81±0.13)%,48 h:(0.73±0.45)%] and CLB group [24 h:(0.78±0.26)%,48 h:(0.68±0.20)%] in Th17 percentage (P<0.05).The levels of IL-17 in the supematants of the HCQ group [24 h:(26.3±0.97)%,48 h:(24.2±0).91)%] and CLB group [24 h:(24.6±0.7)%,48 h:(22.6±1.1)%] were significandy different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion HCQ has apoptosis-induction effect on PBMC,and it can decrease the number of Th17 and IL-17 level in the PBMCs.
9.Diabetes mellitus aggravates cerebral ischemia injury in rats by downregulating VEGF/VEGFR2 pathway

Objective To investigate the effect of expressions of endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2) in the ischemic cortex on ischemic cerebral injury in rats with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 36 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups:a shamoperation group,a cerebral ischemic group,and a diabetic cerebral ischemic group according to the random number table method.A diabetes model was induced by injection of streptozocin,and then,a permanent focal cerebral ischemic model was induced by the suture method.At 24 h after ischemia,the neurological deficit scores were conducted.The triphenyl tetrazolium chloride staining was used to measure the infarct volume.TUNEL was used to detect the apoptotic cells.Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression levels of VEGF and VEGFR2 mRNAs.Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of VEGF and VEGFR2 proteins.Results In the sham operation group,there were no neurological deficit and infarcts,and there were only a few apoptotic cells and a few expressions of VEGF,VEGFR2 mRNAs and protein.The neurological function score (4.25 ±0.54 vs.2.86 ±0.73);t =5.303,P<0.001),infarct volume (51.69 ±2.26 mm3 vs.30.15 ±2.08 mm3;t =23.166,P<0.001),and the number of apoptotic cells (24.22 ± 1.34/HP vs.13.28 ±0.37/HP;t =27.261,P<0.001) in the diabetic cerebral ischernia group were significantly increased than those in the cerebral ischemic group,while VEGF,VEGFR2 mRNA,and protein expression level were significantly decerased (VEGF mRNA:4.74 ± 0.54 vs.6.71 ± 0.91,P < 0.001;VEGFR2 mRNA:4.06 ± 0.60 vs.6.16 ± 0.96,P < 0.001,VEGF protein:0.99 ± 0.13 vs.1.55 ± 0.23,P < 0.001;VEGFR2 protein:4.12 ± 0.74 vs.6.23 ± 0.76,P < 0.001) compare with the cerebral ischemic group.Conclusions VEGF/VEGFR2 signal pathway participates in diabetes aggravating ischemic cerebral injury.The downregulating of VEGF/VEGFR2 may be one of the mechanisms of diabetes aggravating ischemic cerebral injury.
10.Rapid detection of isoniazid resistance in clinical Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates by high-resolution melting curve analysis

We detected the isoniazid resistance in clinical Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates by high-resolution melting (HRM) curve analysis and assessed the application value of the assay.The isoniazid resistance of 49 M.tuberculosis isolates preserved in laboratory was analyzed by the drug sensitivity test (traditional proportion method).Further analysis was made on the sequencing of the isoniazid resistance determining region in these test strains,and their mutation sites were screened.Specific primers used in the HRM curve analysis were designed based on the screened mutation sites,DNA mutations were assayed in the isoniazid-resistant gene determining region by the HRM curve analysis,and an assessment was made of the detection efficiency of the assay in isoniazid resistance in M.tuberculosis.Results of the drug sensitivity test (proportion method) showed that,of the 49 test strains,there were 20 isoniazid-resistant strains,29 isoniazid-sensitive strains.Results of the sequencing analysis showed that:1) KatG gene had four mutation patterns,i.e.,point mutations at site 234,at sites 234 and 315,at sites 234 and 463,and at sites 234,315 and 463;2) there were three mutations were detected in inhA gene,i.e.,mutations in inhA-8,-15 and-152.Analysis of gene mutation in drug-resistant strains found that of the 20 isoniazid-resistant strains,11 (55 %) were mutated at codon 315 of KatG gene;6 (30%) were mutated in inhA-15 (4/20),-8 (1/20) and-153 (1/20) of inhA gene;two (10%) were mutated at codon 315 of KatG gene and in inhA-15;in one strain (5%),no mutation was detected in KatG and inhA genes.Through the gene mutation detection,the sensitivity and specificity of isoniazid resistance in M.tuberculosis were 95 % and 100 %,respectively.Results of HRM curve analysis of drug-resistance gene mutations in test strains showed gene mutations were present in 18 strains and absent in 24 ones;referring to DNA sequencing results,the sensitivity and specificity of the assay were 94.7% and 80%,respectively.Judged by mutations as drug-resistance via the HRM curve analysis,19 resistant and 24 sensitive strains were tested.With the drug sensitivity test results by the proportion method as controls,the sensitivity and specificity of the assay were 95 % and 82.76 %,respectively.Use of the HRM curve in the detection of resistance of M.tuberculosis to isoniazid is characterized by good sensitivity and short time consuming,and has certain value in the rapid diagnosis of isoniazid-resistant tuberculosis.
