Objective To analyze the effect and safety of budesonide combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of the children with bronchitis. Methods 60 children with capillary bronchiolitis in Enze hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were randomLy divided into the control group and the experimental group, 30 cases in each group. The control group were received conventional treatment, such as, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, bronchodilator and oxygen inhalation. At this basis, the experimental group were given budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with psychological intervention. The clinical therapeutic effect in the two groups were compared. Results The cough stopping time, hospitalization time and the time of lung wheezing rale in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The children with capillary bronchiolitis patients were given budesonide inhalation combined with psychological intervention on the basis of routine therapy, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the curative effect, low incidence of adverse reactions, shorten the treatment time, which is worthy of clinical application.

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin on the proliferation, migration and invasion of thyroid cancer cells SW579 and its mechanism. METHODS:Cells were divided into blank control group, paclitaxel group (3μmol/L),cisplatin group(30 μmol/L),drug combination group(paclitaxel 3 μmol/L+cisplatin 30 μmol/L). 48 h after culture, the relative cell activity was measured by MTT assay. Cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Migration and invasion of cell was tested by Transwell assay. The expression of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN),protein kinase B(AKT),Cyclin D1,p27,matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2 and MMP-9 were detected by Western blot. RESULTS:Compared with blank control group, relative cell activity of all treatment groups were decreased;paclitaxel or plus cisplatin also made cell cy-cle arrest in G1 phase, and migration and invasion ability of cell were decreased;the expression of PTEN and p27 remarkably in-creased,while the expression of Cyclin D1,MMP-2,MMP-9 and phosphorylation of AKT were obviously reduced, with statisti-cal significance (P<0.05). Compared with single drug group, the effect of drug combination group strengthened, with statistical significance in above indicators(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The inhibition effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin on the pro-liferation,migration and invasion of thyroid cancer cells SW579 cell will be strengthened,by a mechanism of up-regulating the ex-pression of PTEN and p27,down-regulating the expression of Cyclin D1,MMP-2 and MMP-9,inhibiting phosphorylation of AKT.

Objective To observe the effect of Bifico particles combined with Qiuxieling granule in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Children with infantile rotavirus enteritis in our hospital, with 74 patients in the control group and the observation group each. Patients in control group were taken montmorillonite and patients in observation group were taken Bifico particles combined with Qiuxieling granule, the course of treatment was 3 successive days, then the therapeutic effects in the two groups were evaluated after 5 days. Results Clinical symptoms, the fecal bifidobacterium and stool fecal lactose before therapy were compared, there were no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After therapy, the vomiting times and the frequency of diarrhea in the observation group were significantly less than the control group (P<0.01). The fecal bifidobacterium in the observation group was significantly more than the control group (u=8.49,P<0.01). The stool fecal lactose in the observation group was significantly more than the control group (χ2=15.39,P<0.01). Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Bifico particles combined with Qiuxieling granule in treatment of infant with rotavirus enteritis, and it deserves popularization and application.

Nasal drug delivery efficiency is highly dependent on the position in which the drug is deposited in the nasal cavity. However, no reliable method is currently available to assess its impact on delivery performance. In this study, a biomimetic nasal model based on three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction and three-dimensional printing (3DP) technology was developed for visualizing the deposition of drug powders in the nasal cavity. The results showed significant differences in cavity area and volume and powder distribution in the anterior part of the biomimetic nasal model of Chinese males and females. The nasal cavity model was modified with dimethicone and validated to be suitable for the deposition test. The experimental device produced the most satisfactory results with five spray times. Furthermore, particle sizes and spray angles were found to significantly affect the experimental device's performance and alter drug distribution, respectively. Additionally, mometasone furoate (MF) nasal spray (NS) distribution patterns were investigated in a goat nasal cavity model and three male goat noses, confirming the in vitro and in vivo correlation. In conclusion, the developed human nasal structure biomimetic device has the potential to be a valuable tool for assessing nasal drug delivery system deposition and distribution.

Cyclodextrin metal-organic framework (CD-MOF) as a highly porous supramolecular carrier could be one of the solutions to the insolubility of isosteviol (STV). The solubility of STV was lower than 20.00 ng/mL at pH 1.0 and pH 4.5, whilst its solubility increased to 20,074.30 ng/mL at pH 6.8 and 129.58 ng/mL in water with a significant pH-dependence. The

Tremendous efforts have been devoted to the enhancement of drug solubility using nanotechnologies, but few of them are capable to produce drug particles with sizes less than a few nanometers. This challenge has been addressed here by using biocompatible versatile -cyclodextrin (-CD) metal-organic framework (CD-MOF) large molecular cages in which azilsartan (AZL) was successfully confined producing clusters in the nanometer range. This strategy allowed to improve the bioavailability of AZL in Sprague-Dawley rats by 9.7-fold after loading into CD-MOF. The apparent solubility of AZL/CD-MOF was enhanced by 340-fold when compared to the pure drug. Based on molecular modeling, a dual molecular mechanism of nanoclusterization and complexation of AZL inside the CD-MOF cages was proposed, which was confirmed by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and synchrotron radiation-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (SR-FTIR) techniques. In a typical cage-like unit of CD-MOF, three molecules of AZL were included by the -CD pairs, whilst other three AZL molecules formed a nanocluster inside the 1.7 nm sized cavity surrounded by six -CDs. This research demonstrates a dual molecular mechanism of complexation and nanoclusterization in CD-MOF leading to significant improvement in the bioavailability of insoluble drugs.
