Objective To study the effects of treating limbs pain of patients with depression after cerebral apoplexy with self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula. Methods 80 patients with limbs pain after cerebral apoplexy in our hospital from May 2013 to November 2013 were recruited into a control group and a treatment group randomly,40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 30mg edamvone and 100ml 0.9% sodium chloride or 0.5% glucose injection,Ⅳ in 30min,and twice daily.Meanwhile, regular functional rehabilitation training was adopted for the patients. The treatment group was additional treated with self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula on the basis of the control group.VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM and therapeutic effects were evaluated in both groups after one month treatment. Results ① clinical therapeutic effects comparison:the total effective rate was 90% and 70% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with statistical difference between the two groups (t=3.58,P< 0.01).② VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM comparison:VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM score was (2.28 ± 0.54)、(11.34 ± 3.02)、(13.49±4.27)、(44.76±20.71)in the treatment group respectively,and(2.90 ± 0.75) 、(14.24 ± 3.35)、(17.55 ±4.91) 、(34.56 ±15.56) in the control group respectively. Both groups showed obviously improvement than the before treatment, and the effects were better in the treatment group than the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula improve limbs pain in patients with cerebral apoplexy and relieve their depression.

Objective: To study the expression of negative costimulatroy molecule B7-H4 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and its relationship with the clinical features of NSCLC. Methods: Fifty-two NSCLC specimens from pa-tients who were pathologically diagnosed in our hospital during January 2008 to April 2009 were included in the present study. B7-H4 expression and infiltration of CD3~+ T cells in NSCLC tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between B7-H4 expression, CD3~+ T infiltration, and the clinical features of NSCLC was studied. Results: The positive rate of B7-H4 in 52 NSCLC tissues was 48.08% (25/52), and B7-H4 expression in normal lung tissues was neg-ative or low (P <0.05). B7-H4 expression was positively correlated with the clinical tumor stages and lymph node metas-tasis of NSCLC (P < 0.05), and negatively correlated with tumor infiltration of CD3~+ T cells (P < 0.05), but had no re-lationship with clinicopathologie parameters of NSCLC (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Negative costimulatroy molecule B7-H4 may play important roles in the development of NSCLC. Positive expression of BT-H4 is correlated with the clinical tumor stages and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC, which provides a foundation for diagnosis and therapy of NSCLC.

Objective To explore the effects of cleaning staff's hygienic management intervention on the infection of staphylococcus aureus (SAU) in hospitalized patients. Methods Totals of 450 hospitalized patients from January to August 2016 in each department were selected. Starting from May 2016, the cleaning staff in charge of the departments were involved in the management of hand hygiene. The changes of hand hygiene awareness and infection control knowledge of the cleaning staff before and after the intervention were compared. Staphylococcus aureus infection was monitored in real time, and compared before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, the hygiene awareness of the cleaners was (39.81±3.28), and the hand hygiene rate was 60.15%. After the intervention, the hygiene awareness was (45.22±4.83), and the hand hygiene rate was 84.28%. The differences before and after intervention were statistically significant (t=2.219, χ2=4.463; P< 0.05). The average score of infection control knowledge before and after the intervention were (39.3±5.6) and (82.8±6.4) respectively, with a statistical difference (t=2.139, P=0.037). There were 112 cases of staphylococcus aureus infectoin in all departments before the intervention, and 71 cases after the intervention, with a statistical difference (χ2=2.983, P=0.027). Conclusions To strengthen the management of hand hygiene can effectively improve the hospitalization environment and reduce staphylococcus aureus infection.

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Haikunshenxi capsule combined with losartan potassium tablets on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and its effect on renal function and inflammatory factors. Methods:One hundred patients with chronic kidney disease in Shaoxing Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets based on conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with Haikunshenxi capsulebase on control group. The treatment course of the two groups was 12 weeks. The curative effect, renal function, inflammatory factors, 24h urinary protein (24 h Upro) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group: 90.0%(45/50) vs. 72.0%(36/50), χ2 = 5.26, P<0.05. After treatment, the levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in the two groups were decreased and the levels of Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group: (63.27 ± 2.89) μmol/L vs. (67.89 ± 2.35) μmol/L, (5.23 ± 0.19) mmol/L vs. (5.56 ± 0.16) mmol/L, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the two groups were decreased and the levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group: (2.97 ± 0.34) mg/L vs. (3.58 ± 0.42) mg/L, (3.64 ± 0.68) ng/L vs. (4.97 ± 0.96) ng/L, (14.32 ± 2.17) ng/L vs. (17.86 ± 2.06) ng/L, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). After treatment, the level of 24 h Upro in two groups was decreased, while the level of GFR was increased, and the level of 24 h Upro in the observation group was lower than that in the control group: (0.87 ± 0.09) g vs. (1.15 ± 0.13) g , but the level of GFR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group: (101.73 ± 3.12) ml/(min·m 2) vs. (96.75 ± 2.35) ml/(min·m 2), the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Haikunshenxi capsule combined with losartan potassium tablets has obvious curative effect on patients with chronic kidney disease, and can improve renal function and micro inflammation.
