Objective:To explore the application effect of home care scheme based importance performance analysis (IPA) for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Using the purposive sampling method, a total of 128 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology in Taizhou Municipal Hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. A total of 64 patients who were admitted from October 2018 to March 2019 were set as the control group, and 64 patients who were admitted from April to September 2019 were set as the intervention group. The control group adopted routine nursing, while the intervention group implemented home nursing scheme based IPA for patients with coronary heart disease. The differences in knowledge of coronary heart disease, self-efficacy, compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the knowledge score of coronary heart disease of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the total score of self-efficacy and scores of all dimensions of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the compliance of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, scores of all dimensions of SF-36 Health Survey Scale in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:IPA based home care scheme for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the disease knowledge and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease and improve compliance and quality of life.
