Objective To explore the effect of health education on the compiance and the knowledge level of the disease of patients with helicobacter pylori (Hp).Methods Totals of 300 patients with Hp were randomly divided into test group and control group by the date of examination.Test group received the system education such as aspectant explaining,offering health education prescription,circularly playing the kinescope of Hp and call on,while control group received the routine health education.all patients were investigated with the selfdesigned Hp questionnaire about the knowledge.Then,the compiance and the knowledge level of the disease of two groups were observed and compared.Results The awareness rate of test group and control group respectively was 98％ and 76％,there was significantly difference between two groups in the knowledge of route transmission,control measures,harm,therapeutic method,medicine use attention,reexamination time ( x2 =27.75,34.38,33.62,20.73,19.73,23.28,respectively; P＜0.01).The compiance of test group such as therapy,prevention,reexamination was significantly better than that of control group (x2=43.16,29.26,43.28,respectively; P＜0.01).Conclusions Implemention of targeted,systematic health education can improve the compiance of patients with Hp.
