1.Dynamic changes of osteopontin in the guinea pig model of cholesterol gallstone disease

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of osteopontin (OPN) in the guinea pig model of cholesterol gallstone disease.Methods Forty-four guinea pigs were randomly assigned to cholesterol gallstone group and control group.The animals were sequentially killed on Day 7,14,28,42,56 and 70 after operation.The expressions of OPN mRNA in gallbladder and liver tissues were detected by real-time PCR.The changes of OPN,mucin,α1-acid glycoprotein (AAP) and apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1) in bile and blood plasma were detected by ELISA kits.Results The expression of OPN mRNA in gallbladder and liver tissues increased gradually and reached the peak in the 6th week,and then decreased.The increased expression of OPN in bile in the gallstone group started from the 1st week and reached the peak in the 6th week (P < 0.05),which gradually decreased to the baseline in the 10th week (P > 0.05).The expressions of OPN in bile and blood demonstrated similar trends,while the peak time in blood samples was much earlier (4th week).The changes of APOA1 in bile and blood were similar to OPN,although there was no advanced peak value in blood.The levels of mucin and AAP in bile and blood increased after operation,and were kept at high level throughout the study.Conclusions OPN is involved in the whole process of cholesterol gallstone formation,which may be associated with other nucleation-active factors.
2.Analysis of Poria cocos Mycelium Browning by Transcriptome Sequencing

Objective To study the browning-related genes of Poria cocos mycelia,so as to provide a basis for their further verification and to discuss the browning molecular mechanism of Poria cocos.Methods Four samples of normal and brown Poria cocos mycelia were analyzed by transcriptome sequencing.After aligned with the reference genome sequence of Poria cocos,the expression levels of the genes in different samples were analyzed.Results A total of 12 383 transcripts were identified.Among them,1 017 genes were firstly found,and 260 genes were functionally annotated.Based on the alignment results,336 common differentially-expressed genes overlapped between the normal mycelia and 3 browned mycelia were obtained,and part of them were evaluated.Conclusion Transcriptome sequencing results showed that plenty of differentially-expressed genes were found in brown Poria cocos mycelia,and the difference of the expression levels of some genes was up to several hundred folds or even thousands of folds,whose related-functions were worth of further analysis.
3.Blood pressure and blood lipids detection in official staff population

Objective To investigate blood pressure and blood lipids change in official staff population. Methods Official staffs were divided into normal blood pressure group, pre-hypertension group, hypertension group and hypertension under control group based on their blood pressure, and hypertension incidence in pre-hypertension group,hypertension group were studied, hypertension incidence in pre-hypertension group and normal blood pressure group were compared; all staff were divided into normal blood lipids group and high blood lipids group based on their blood lipids. Results Hypertension incidence of official staffs was increasing year by year; hypertension incidence of pre-hypertension group was apparently higher than that of normal blood pressure group (P < 0.01) ; the incidence of hypertension in high blood lipids group(total cholesterol and triglyceride) was apparently higher than that of normal blood lipids group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Life style intervention should be performed on official staffs, especially for pre-hypertension group, blood pressure and blood lipids tracing should be applied on them,in order to decrease the incidence of hypertension and cardiac and cerebral vascular stroke.
4.Multi-disciplinary team for diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease

Inflammatory bowel disease ( IBD ) is a group of chronic non-specific inflammatory conditions of the intestine with unknown etiology.IBD has variety of intestinal manifestations and complications and there is lack of gold standard for diagnosis, so the disease should be diagnosed on the basis of clinical manifestations, endoscopic findings and histopathological examination.Most patients require surgical treatment and long-term maintenance of medication.Multi-disciplinary team (MDT), consisting of gastroenterologist, general surgeon, anorectal surgeon, nutritionist and psychologist, is needed for individualized treatment of patients.This article introduces the MDT model of diagnosis and treatment, and its application in inflammatory bowel disease.
5.Comparison of the Effect of Polysaccharides from Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Rhizoma Dioscoreae Preparata on Immune Function in Mice

Objective To compare the immunoregulatory role of polysaccharides from Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Rhizoma Dioscoreae Preparata in mice with immunosuppression. Methods Carbon clearance test and hemolysin test were used to evaluate the non-specific and specific immunoregulatory roles of polysaccharides from Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Rhizoma Dioscoreae Preparata by different extraction methods..Result The polysaccharides extracted with cold water from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Preparata had a stronger effect than Rhizoma Dioscoreae on increasing the index of K and enhancing phagocytic function of mononuclear-macrophage and hemolysin level. Conclusion The polysaccharides extracted with cold water from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Preparata have a stronger effect in improving the cellular and humoral immune function than Rhizoma Dioscoreae, which accords with the clinical application and will lay a foundation for further explaining the processing mechanism of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Preparata.

Objective To explore the clinical value of using heparin in DIC caused by Tsutsugamushi.Methods 27 cases of Tsutsugamushi with DIC were divided into two groups. The heparin treatment group(n = 15) and non-heparin treatment group(n = 12). The two groups were compared and analyzed. 7.Clinical analysis of bocavirus infection in PICU patients

Objective To analyze the clinical features of PICU patients with bocaviral infection.Meth-ods Nasopharyngeai aspirates specimens were collected from 450 children who were admitted to PICU with a-cute respiratory tract infection in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2011 .Multiplex PCR was applied to detected human bocavirus and emerging respiratory virus.Bocavirus positive PCR results were sequenced and the clinical data of the positive cases were analysed.Results Human bocavirus positive samples were detected in 30 cases(6.7%) among 450 throat swab specimens.Human bocavirus as a single infection was found in 16 cases (53.3%).Mixed infections were found with in 14 cases(46.7%) of 30 positive samples.According to pediat-ric critical illness score,there were 13 cases of non-serious,2 cases of serious and 1 case was extremely serious in 16 single infections cases.There were 12 cases of non-seriuo s and 2 serious cases in 14 mixed infections. There were no statistically significant differences between single and mixed infections in the severity of the dis-ease( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion Bocavirus can cause severe respiratory tract infections.Mixed infections does not increase the severity of the disease.
9.advanced aged patients with Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of advanced aged ;patients with femoral neck fracture

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the bipolar artificial femoral head replace-ment in the treatment of advanced aged patients with femoral neck fracture .Methods 32 advanced aged patients with femoral neck fracture were treated with the bipolar artificial femoral head replacement ,the effect was observed . Results 32 patients were stage Ⅰincision healing ,and after two weeks all could ambulate .Followed up for 6 to 36 months,two cases of dislocation ,two cases of postoperative pain ,3 cases of deep venous thrombosis ,one case of hip limited functionality.Harris score function assessment:excellent 24 cases(74%),good in 5 cases(16%),3 cases (10%).Conclusion Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement is the effective treatment of advanced aged patients with femoral neck fracture,with shorter operation time,small trauma,early and activities,and reduce the complications and reduce mortality rate etc .
10.Application of navigation-assited microsurgery resection of posterior fossa solid hemangioblastoma

objective To explore the application of navigation-assited microsurgery resection of posterior fossa solid hemangioblastoma.Methods The data of 16 patients with posterior fossa solid hemangioblastoma treated by navigation-assited microsurgery were analyzed retrospectively,compared with 19 patiems treated by microsurgery who suffered the same disease in the similar location(control group).Results The tumors were totally resected successfully acompanied by minimal blood loss and shortening of the operation time,compared with the control group.Manipulation and removal of these tumors were actually easier,in addition,adjacent structures can avoid damage.Conclusions Navigation-assited microsurgery is useful technique to surgical resection of fossa solid hemangioblastoma by significantly reducing blood loss at the time of surgery and operation procedure time,avoiding damage to the adjacent structures,and reducing the surgery complications and mortality.
