1.The value of microsphere embolism in primary hepatocellular carcinoma with TACE
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(5):722-725
Objective To investigate the value of microsphere embolism in hepatocellular carcinoma with TACE. Methods A prospective controlled study was performed. One hundred and eighty patients were divided into the microsphere embolism embolization group, the lipiodol embolization group and the united embolization group. Comparations of the TTP, the interphase of treatment before TTP and the survival curves were performed among the three groups. Differences of the liver function, the WBC number, changes of vascular morphology and complications before and 1 month after treatment were analyzed. Results No statistic differences in the TTP, the survival curves, the liver function, the WBC number, changes of vascular morphology and complications were found among the three group (P > 0.05). No significant difference in the interphase of treatment before TTP was found between the embolism embolization group and the lipiodol embolization group (P>0.05). Significant difference of the interphase of treatment was found between the lipiodol embolization group and the embolism embolization group or the united embolization group(P<0.05). Conclusion The microspheres embolism with TACE is safe, which can extend the interphase of treatment before TTP, but can not extend the TTP and survival curves.
2.The Theory and Implementation of Transmitting Video Streams of Medical Images at A Narrowband Network
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of transmitting a high definition video stream of medical images at a narrowband network. Methods The medical images and operation instructions were transmitted in a separate way, and the video streams were reconstructed by executing operations. Results The bidirectional transmitting model and the unidirectional transmitting model were designed. Both of them did well at a narrowband network. Conclusion Transmitting a high definition video stream of medical images at a narrowband network can be done based on the reappearing of operational order.

4.Textual Research of Terminology Processing
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(11):2512-2515
Through textual research of processing and related terminology, we provided references for the standard naming of processing and the correct using of related terms. According to the textual research of ancient and modern literature, relationships between processing and related terms were analyzed. The results showed that“Pao”and“Zhi”in ancient times referred to the fire progress of Chinese medicine.“Zhi (Governance)”and“Zhi (making)”meant to change the bias of Chinese medicine through different processing methods.“Processing”contained modern processing methods of firing, watering, cleansing, cutting, and etc. In Han Dynasty,“Pao-Zhi”referred to two kinds of fire methods. However, after the Northern and Southern Dynasties, it referred to many kinds of pharmaceutical technology, such as firing, watering, cleansing, cutting and so on. It had the same concept with processing. Terms such as“Xiu-Shi”,“Xiu-Zhi (Governance)”,“Xiu-Zhi (making)”were also called as“Pao-Zhi (processing)”. It was concluded that processing should be the standardized academic terminology.

Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(04):-
This review focuses on the application of phage display technology in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of parasitic diseases. It covers: ① an introduction of phage display technology, filamentous phage and the advantage of carrier. ② construction of phage antibody libraries of parasites, epitope mapping and mimotope, and their potential application in the development of novel diagnostic reagents and vaccines.
6.Determination of bone mineral density in the lateral lumbar vertebra by Prodigy dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in two ways
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Objective:To investigate the consistency of two methods in the measurement of bone mineral density in the lateral lumbar vertebra. Methods:The bone mineral densities of the 2nd,3rd and 4th lumbar vertebras in 18 female patients,at a preset side lying position, were measured respectively by two methods(lateral spine analysis,LS and lateral vertebral analysis,LVA) provided by the dual-energy(X-ray) absorptiometry(GE Lunar,Prodigy). The results were recorded and analyzed by SPSS(Version(10.0).) The values of bone mineral density were displayed by boxplot, paired and analyzed by(Wilcoxon's) signed rank test and(Pearson's) correlation analysis.Statistical significance was considered when P(0.05),) and were clearly correlated(P
7.Clinical value of spiral CT in diagnosis of small bowel tumors
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;(24):3719-3721
Objective To explore the clinical vaue of multilayer spiral CT in diagnosis of small intestinal tumor. Methods 36 cases with small intestinal tumor were selected as the research objects, the multi-slice spiral CT imaging results were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT was 94.4%,accuracy of 88.9%.Conclusion Spiral CT is a safe,simple,non-invasive,effective method in diagnosis of small bowel tumors,it has high detection rate.
8.Determination of Phillyin in Siji Ganmao Pian by HPLC
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of Phillyin in Siji Ganmao Pian by HPLC.Methods Diamonsil ODS1 C18 column was used with acetonitrile-water(25∶75) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 277 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.1128~0.9024 ?g for Phillyin and linear equation was Y =5.795 68X +1.843 19,r =0.999 3.The average recovery was 98.6% and RSD was 1.82%(n =5).Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, the reduplication of the result was good. The method can be provide for quantitative analysis of Phillyin in Siji Ganmao Pian.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To prospectively evaluate the diagnostic ability of the lesions′ morphology, signal intensity time course, and early phase enhancement rate in dynamic MRI of the breast. Methods Forty cases with breast lesions were examined with a new Efgre 3D dynamic MR imaging series. Time signal intensity curves of the lesions were obtained and classified according to their shapes as monophasic, biphasic, or washout. Early phase enhancement rates of the lesions were calculated. The diagnostic indices were got by lesions′ morphology criterion, the time signal intensity curves criterion, and the enhancement rate criterion. Results There were 23 malignant and 18 benign lesions. The distribution of curve types for malignant lesions was monophasic (5%), biphasic (18%), and washout (77%). The distribution of curve types for benign lesions was monophasic (72%), biphasic (11%), and washout (17%). The distribution proved significantly difference (? 2=20.68, P
