It can be used to differentiate the endometrial carcinoma from either benign or normal cases, it can provide reliable assistance in the clinical cure.
2.A Clinical study of unilateral spatial neglect in stroke patients
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(02):-
Objective To study the impact of unilateral spatial neglect (USN) on the rehabilitation outcome of stroke patients with hemiplegia. MethodsNinety-three stroke patients with hemiplegia were treated with routine interventions. Of the 43 patients with USN, 22 patients served as an experimental group and received intervention for USN, and the other 21 patients served as an observation group and were not intervened for USN. The remained 50 patients without USN served as a control group. All the patients were evaluated by Barthel index(BI) before and after rehabilitation treatment to assess their performance in activities of daily living (ADL). ResultsBefore treatment, the patients in the experimental and observation groups scored significantly lower with BI than those in the control group ( P 0.05). ConclusionUSN had significant impact on the recovery of the independent living of stroke patients. The rehabilitative intervention for USN may improve ADL performance of stroke patients with USN.
3.Research progress on circulating tumor DNA as a biomarker for minimal residual disease in solid tumors.
Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics 2023;25(10):1072-1077
Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is emerging as a novel biomarker for tumor evaluation, offering advantages such as high sensitivity and specificity, minimal invasiveness, and absence of radiation. Currently, various techniques including gene sequencing and PCR are employed for ctDNA detection. The utilization of ctDNA for monitoring minimal residual disease (MRD) enables comprehensive assessment of tumor status and early identification of tumor recurrence, achieving a remarkable detection sensitivity of 0.01%. Therefore, ctDNA holds promise as a biomarker for early diagnosis, treatment response monitoring, and prognosis prediction in solid tumors. This article reviews the commonly used methods for detecting ctDNA and their advantages in evaluating tumor MRD and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.

4.Clinical application of simplified MDRD formula, serum creatinine, creatinine clearance rate, eystatin Cand urinary microalbumin in early diagnosis of chronic kidney disease
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(5):433-436
Objective To perform staging of chronic kidney disease (CHD) with estimated glo-merular filtration rate (eGFR), compare the abnormality rates of serum creatinine (Scr), ereatinine clearance rate (Ccr), cystatin C and urine microalbumin (mAlb) in each stage, so as to investigate their clinical application in early diagnosis of CKD. Methods The levels of creatinine in serum and urine were determined with Jaffe method; serum cystatin C was determined by applying latex-enhanced im-munoturbidimetry; urine mAlb was determined with the rate nephelometry; and eGFR was calculated by using simplified Modification of Diet in Renal Diease (MDRD) formula, which was mainly based on the serum creatinine concentration and patient age. According to the guidelines of Kidney Disease Out-come Quality Initiative (K/DOQI) published by American National Kidney Foundation (NKF), all CKD cases were classified into 5 stages based on eGFR. Results With the decrease of eGFR, the differences in mean levels of Scr, Ccr and cystatin C showed statistical significance (P<0.05), while the divergency of urine mAlb was great, and there were no statistical differences of urine mAlb levels among different stages (P>0.05). When eGFR≥90 mL/min, the abnormality rates of Ccr,cystatin C, urine malb and Scr were 18.42% ,22.37% ,25.0% and 0,respectively. The difference between the for-mer three items and Scr were statistically significant (P<0.05) ,but the differences among the former three parameters did not achieve statistical significance (P>0.05). When eGFR was within 60-89 mL/ rain, the abnormality rates of Ccr,cystatin C,urine mAlb and Src were 28.89% ,46.67% ,22.22% and2.22% ,respectively (P<0.05). The difference between the former three items and Scr was also sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). When eGFR was within 30-59 mL/min,the abnormality rates of Ccr, systatin C,urine mAlb and Scr were 90.48% ,76.19% ,57.14% and 52.38% ,respectively. The differ-ence of abnormality rate between Ccr,cystatin C and Scr was statistically significant (P<0.05). The abnormality rate of Ccr was the most prominent. When eGFR≤29 mL/min,the abnormal rates of Scr, Ccr,cystatin C and urine mAlb were all 100%. Conclusion When eGFR excels 60 mL/min, Scr can't reflect the decline of GFR and eGFR overestimates the actual level of GFR,at this time cystatin C and Ccr should be added to evaluate the kidney function. When eGFR is within 30-59 mL/min,Scr,cystatin C,Ccr,and mAlb can detect more than half of abnormal eases; in which cystatin C and Ccr can detect three fourth of cases wth a decrease of GFR. Thus, for normal Scr at this stage, cystatin C and Ccr should also be included to evaluate the kidney function. If necessary, the clearance rate of 99mTc-DTPA should be determined to measure the GFR level. When eGFR was below 29 mL/min, each parameter can be used to show the damage of kidney function. For patients with positive urine mAlb, renal injury occurs in early stage, and the amount of urine mAlb in 24 h does not reflect the decrease of GFR. Cys-tatin C,Ccr,and eGFR should be added to estimate the stage of CKD,and the clearance rate of 99mTc-DTPA should be determined to measure the GFR level if necessary.

6.Detection methods of minimal residual disease in childhood malignant solid tumors
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(1):32-35
Despite that survival rates have been improved in childhood malignant solid tumors, progres sion during treatment or relapse after complete remission remain a major cause hindering patients from getting long-time survival.Minimal residual disease(MRD) is closely related to relapse of solid tumors. This review discusses the advance and value of various methods used in MRD detection, aiming to establish a stable and reliable method for MRD detection.
7.Preparation of VEGFRⅡ-mediated Targeted Microbubble Image Agent and its Cancer Targeting Ability in vitro
China Pharmacist 2017;20(1):73-76
Objective:To prepare vascular endothelial growth factor receptorⅡ ( VEGFRⅡ)-mediated targeted sulphur hexafluo-ride microbubble image agent and evaluate its targeting ability in human breast cancer MCF-7 in vitro. Methods:The sulphur hexafluo-ride microbubble image agent was prepared by a membrane dispersion-ultrasonic method and optimized by Box-Behnken design using design-expert 8. 0. 6 software. VEGFRⅡ-mediated targeted microbubble image agent was prepared by an absorption method. VEGFRⅡ-mediated targeted microbubble image agent was characterized by the morphology, particle size distribution and zeta potential. The targeting ability of the image agent in human breast cancer MCF-7 in vitro was detected by an immunofluorescent assay. Results:The particle size, polydispersion index and zeta potential of VEGFRⅡ-mediated targeted microbubble image agent was (3. 81 ± 0. 32) μm, 0. 261 ± 0. 037 and ( -25. 7 ± 2. 8) mV, respectively. The microbubbles were small and spherical with smooth surface as seen under a transmission electron microscope. VEGFRⅡ-mediated targeted microbubble image agent could combine with human breast cancer MCF-7 specifically in vitro. Conclusion: The absorption preparation technology of the targeted microbubble image agent is feasible, and the microbubble image agent has strong and especial targeting function in vitro.
