3.Primary analysis of family investigation of congenital heart disease in Chongqing
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the family history of congenital heart disease (CHD) in Chogqing for studying the genetic relation of CHD families. Methods:The materials were collected from the population survey about families with more than one members being CHD patients. Map pedigrees for high-risk families were made. The probands and the first and second grade relatives were asked to fill in questionnaires and the high-risk families were analyzed. Results:In the survey of 4387 families, there were 21 high-risk families in which the disease types of the relative patients were inconsistent with those of the probands, the coincidence being 33.33%(7/121).The incidence rates of the first and second grade relatives were 16.49%(16/78),1.89%(5/265) respectively and their difference was significant ( ? 2=27.73, P
4.Course design of‘Medical English Watching,Listening and Speaking' and construction of teacher staff
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Teachers'quality is an essential factor to improve teaching, and nowadays, lack of medical English teachers has become a serious problem many medical colleges have to deal with in our country. While designing the cours "eMedical English Watching,Listening and Speaking" ,English teachers, relying on their advantages of oral communication in English, can learn more basic medical theories and knowledge, and can gradually be trained as qualified medical English teachers after several years'teaching practice.
5.Progress on DAB2IP gene
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2011;27(7):1445-1449
Human DAB2 interaction protein (DAB2IP) is a novel member of Ras GTPase-activating protein family. It interacts directly with disabled-2 protein (DAB2/DOC2) which suppresses growth of cancers derived from different tissues, including mammary, prostate and ovarian cancers. DAB2IP was identified as an immediate downstream effector mediated by DAB2/DOC2. DAB2IP and DAB2/DOC2 form a unique protein complex that has a negative regulatory effect on the Ras-mediated signal pathway. It is demonstrated that DAB2IP is a tumor suppressor gene inactivated by methylation in several cancers. This article reviews the structure and biological functions of DAB2IP gene as well as its potential roles in carcinogenesis and evolution.
6.Progress in research of endocrine abnormalities in Turner syndrome
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2013;(12):1101-1103
Turner syndrome (TS) is the result of complete or partial deletion of an X chromosome. It is often associated with endocrine dysfunction such as thyroid dysfunction, growth and developmental disorders, glucose and lipid metabolism disor-ders, and so on. Long-term follow-up of children with TS should regularly monitor thyroid autoantibodies, thyroid function, blood glucose and blood lipids for early detection and intervention of the complications, in order to further improve the life quality of children with TS.
7.Effects of Occupational Therapy Based on ICF on Activities of Daily Living of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(2):151-154
Objective To investigate the effects of occupational therapy based on International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) on activities of daily living of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods From May to November, 2013, 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Both groups received routine treatment, while the control group received routine occupational therapy and the observation group received occupational therapy based on ICF. They were assessed with modified Barthel Index before and 40 days after treatment. Results The scores of items of MBI improved after treatment in both groups (t>14.86, P<0.001), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (t>18.65, P<0.001). Conclusion The occupational therapy based on ICF can further improve the activities of daily living of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
8.Clinical observation of Montmorillonite combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablet in treatment of pneumonia infants of antibiotic associated diarrhea
Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(1):83-86
Objective To discuss the clinical observation of Montmorillonite combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablet in the treatment of pneumonia infants of antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD).Methods Eighty pneumonia infants with antibiotic associated diarrhea were selected, they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The observation group (41 cases) was given Montmorillonite. The control group (39 cases) was given Montmorillonite and Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus.The efficacy of Montmorillonite combined with compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablet in the treatment of pneumonia infants of antibiotic associated diarrhea was evaluated by efficacy, clinical symptom, immune function changes and adverse reactions during the treatment period. Results After treatment, the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the fever time, correcting dehydration time, and antidiarrheal time of observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the serum IgG,IgA,and T lymphocyte subsets of CD3+,CD4+ levels were significantly increased in the observation group (P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance on CD8+ before and after treatment. In contrast, there were no statistical significance on the serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment in the control group.During the treatment period,no adverse reaction occurred in two groups. Conclusion In summary,Montmorillonite combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablet had a good effect on AAD.They could quickly improve the symptoms of diarrhea and immunoglobulin levels in children. It was worthy of clinical use.
9.Physiological Mechanism of Thermal Comfort and Its Relations With Human Health
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
The developing process of thermal comfort was analyzed based on physiology and psychology and the relationship between thermal comfort and human health, environment was discussed in this paper. It suggested that the thermo-stable and thermo-comfortable environment, which might decrease body's adaptability to environment, were not necessarily good for human health. It might have some impacts on human's physiological and psychological adaptabilities also to live in the environment with a great difference between the indoor and outside temperature simultaneously and alternately.
10.Study on Quality Standard of Codonopsis lanceolata
China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Codonopsis lanceolata.METHODS: C.lanceolata was identified by TLC and the content of ginsenoside in C.lanceolata was determined by HPLC.RESULTS: The TLC spots of syringin and echinocystic acid were clear and easy to identify. The linear range of ginsenoside in C.lanceolata were 2.176~21.76 ?g (r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 96.54%(RSD=1.2%,n=9).CONCLUSION: Established quality standard can be used for the quality control of C.lanceolata.
