Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(10):43-45
Objective To explore the management mode for mother and child care service among floating population. Methods Nursing process was applied for assessment, diagnosis, plan, implementation and evaluation of management mode for mother and child care service among floating population in Shiqiao street, Xiacheng district, Hangzhou city. Results Compared with those three years before implementing the nursing process, themanagement of mother and child care was enhanced, for example, the record rate of pregnant woman increased by 208.82% and the systematic management rate increased by 32.70%, the record rate of child care increased by 931.73%, the systematic management rate of child care increased by 31.85%. Conclusions If used properly, nursing process can help to promote the management of mother and child care among floating population greatly.
3.Determination of Seratrodast Concentration in Human Plasma by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 2005;0(14):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of seratrodast concentration in human plasma.METHODS:The sample was determined on Lichrospher C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(containing 0.1% triethylamine,pH=5.0)-acetonitrile(70∶30)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The column temperature was 30℃ and the detective wavelength was set at 268 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of seratrodast was 28~5 600 ng?mL-1(r=0.999 5)with the lowest detection concentration at 28 ng?mL-1.The recovery rates of seratrodast at low, middle and high concentrations were 102.9%,100.4% and 99.7%,respectively;and both intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were all less than 6%.CONCLUSION:The method developed in this study is applicable for the determination of plasma concentration and pharmacokinetic study of seratrodast.
4.Regulation Effect of Shengmai Injection on T Helper Cells Balance in Patients with Graves Disease
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To explore the changes of Th1/Th2 cytokine in patients with Graves disease(GD) and the regulation effect of Shengmai Injection on its balance. Methods The patients with GD were randomly divided into 2 groups, the Shengmai treated group and the Methimazole treated group,30 cases per group and 30 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. The serum concentrations of their Th1 cytokine(IFN-?) and Th2 cytokine(IL-10) were assayed by ELISA before and after treatment. Results The serum levels of INF-? and IL-10 in patients with GD were significant higher and the ratio of INF-?/IL-10 were significant lower than healthy subjects(P
5.Supervising Drug Resistance Status of Infections in Urinary System
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate distribution and drug resistance status of infections in urinary system and offer scientific basis for reasonable usage of antibiotics. METHODS Totally 258 isolates collected from urinary infection specimens were identified and drug susceptibility test was performed. RESULTS Escherichia coli rated the top one,73.3%.The isolates were susceptible to imipenem and amikacin. The resistant rate to other 6 antibiotics were above 50%. CONCLUSIONS The drug resistance rate of isolates collected from urinary infection specimens goes upward,so we should pay attention to.
6.Protective effects of allicin on acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(07):-
Aim To study the protective effects of allicin on acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods The model of cerebral ishemia-3 h/reperfusion-24 h was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) in SD rats. Allicin(10,20 mg?kg -1) was administered once daily in rats:at 0 h of reperfusion. After 24 h reperfusion, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),GSH and myeloperoxidase(MPO) in brain tissue, the content of NO in plasma were measured. Results Compared with vehicle group, the activity of SOD was increased from 205.87?16.52 to 259.77?19.65 and 284.54?21.79 by allicin 10,20 mg?kg -1; the MDA content was decreased from 38.69?0.10 to 28.68?1.37 and 20.97?0.44 respectively; the GSH content was increased from 28.31?0.64 to 36.19?1.12 and 47.96?0.44 respectively; the NO content was decreased from 29.7?0.49 to 27.38?1.46 and 23.00?0.71 respectively; the MPO content was decreased from 0.29?3.06?10 -2 to 0.26?2.13?10 -2 and 0.23?7.52?10 -2 respectively. Conclusion The protective effects of allicin on acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury may be related to increasing antioxidase activities, decreasing lipid peroxidative damage and inhibiting inflammation reaction.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(4):259-260
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of superselective arterial infusion chemotherapy(SACT) and embolization in advanced cervical carcinoma patients before surgery. Methods 26 previously untreated patients with stage ⅡA-Ⅳ cervical carcinoma admitted from January 2004 to March 2008 were enrolled into the study, patients underwent SACT of the internal iliac artery(dose of the drug: CBP 80 rag, VCR 2 rag, MMC 16 mg) by Seldinger technique in the surveillance of DSA, the obvious branches of the tumor blood supply were embolized by gelfoam particles. Size of tumor before and after chemotherapy was measured by gynecological examination combined with B ultrasonic examination and CT, then calculated the percentage of tumor regression. Radical hysterectomy was administered one month after chemotherapy. Results 24 patients were evaluated as PR, the reaction rate of chemotherapy was 92.3 %. Conclusion SACT before surgery can effectively reduce tumor volume, decrease lymphatic metastasis and subclinical dissemination and enhance the opportunity of radical hysterectomy, and to improve the quality of life and OS of the advanced cervical carcinoma patients.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic operations of ovarian tumors in children. Methods A total of 24 children with ovarian tumors treated laparoscopically from January 2000 to March 2005 were studied. The laparoscopic operations(tumor enucleation or unilateral adnexectomy) were conducted under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.Electrocoagulation of the capsule was performed alongside the borderline of the lesion for tumors 5 cm in diameter. After blunt dissection of the tumor and capsule, the lesion was completely enucleated.Hemostasis of the residual cut surface was accomplished by using electrocoagulation, with no need of suture. For large ovarian cysts disturbing laparoscopic visualization, the aspiration of hydatid fluid was conducted before the enucleation. Results All the operations were successful completed under laparoscope, including 24 cases of tumor enucleation and 2 cases of unilateral adnexectomy. The operation time was 50?20 min,the amount of hemorrhage was 30?10 ml,and the postoperative hospital stay was 2~4 d.No surgical complications or wound infection occurred.Follow-up in the 24 cases for 1 year found no recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic operations for ovarian tumor in children is safe and effective.
