Objective To determine the minimal clinically important differences ( MCID) of chinese version of the Fugl-Meyer( FM) motor scale for evaluating the motor function of the stroke patients ( upper extremity, lower ex-tremity and total) . Methods The research used anchor-based methods and distribution-based methods together to determine the MCID of chinese version of the FM motor scale. Results The intra-rater retest reliabilities of chinese version of the FM motor scale of motor functions were 0. 997, 0. 989 and 0. 997 for upper extremity, lower extremi-ty, and the total. The inter-rater retest reliabilities were 0. 993, 0. 952 and 0. 990 respectively. The MCID of chi-nese version of FM motor scale were 4. 58 , 3. 31 and 6. 0 . Conclusion The MCID of chinese version of the FM motor scale which could be gained in this study can help both clinical and research staff to identify whether the im-proved effect of motor function, which assessed by chinese version of the FM motor scale, made sense or not in clinical trials or in clinical practice.

Background and objective Artesunate, an anti-malarial drug, elicits an inhibitory effect on pulmonary carcinoma. However, the mechanisms of artesunate activity on pulmonary carcinoma have not been completely elucidated. hTe aim of this study is to investigate the effect of artesunate on the invasion of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. Methods hTe inhibitory effect of artesunate on the proliferation and invasion of A549 cells was determined in vitro by MTT assay and transwell chamber invasion assay, respectively. A nude mouse model of human lung A549 cell xenogratf tumor was established. hTe inhibitory effect of artesunate on the tumor of the mouse model as well as ICAM-1 and MMP-9 protein expressions were determined by Western blot. Results A low dose of artesunate ranging between 1.25μg/L and 5μg/L did not signiifcantly inhibit the proliferation of A549 cells in vitro. By contrast, 1.25μg/L artesunate inhibited the invasion of A549 cells in vitro as determined by transwell chamber invasion assay (96.33±6.41 vs 75.43±4.37, P<0.05). Although 10 mg/kg artesunate did not signiifcantly inhibit A549 xenogratf tumor proliferation (P>0.05), artesunate decreased the ICAM-1 and MMP-9 protein levels in the mouse model (P<0.05). Conclusion Artesunate could inhibit the invasion of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells by possibly downregulating ICAM-1 and MMP-9 expressions.

This paper explores the logic of scientific research management system of public hospitals in the new era,i-dentifying its connotations, principles, and pathways. From a value perspective, the system underscores the integration of effi-ciency and equity. In terms of governance logic,it advocates a shift from a single government-centric approach to a collaborative model that includes both government and market operation logics. The principles guiding transformation advocate for combination of ethical and market considerations, balance of rights and responsibilities, and integration of individual self-efficacy and organi-zational support. In terms of pathway selection, the paper proposes a comprehensive strategy that begins with forging a unified sci-entific research vision, serving as the foundation for creating a pedagogical organization to foster continuous learning, and the im-plementation of performance assessments based on core value. These strategies aim to modernize and enhance the efficiency of the scientific research management system in public hospitals.

Abstract
Oral health problems is one of major public health problems that threatens children s overall health. Children s oral health is closely related to family parenting styles. Currently, grandparenting is becoming increasingly common in China, and its impact on children s oral health should not be underestimated. This article reviews the impacts of the oral health knowledge level, behavior habits, gender, socioeconomic status, and other factors related to grandparenting on children s oral health, in order to reduce the negative impact of grandparenting involvement on children s oral health, and to provide theoretical basis and guidance.

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of ledipasvir/sofosbuvir (LDV/SOF) and elbasvir/grazoprevir (EBR/GZR) in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC).Methods:The clinical data of 143 patients with genotype 1b CHC treated in Huzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, including 74 cases treated with LDV/SOF and 69 cases treated with EBR/GZR. The virological response after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment and 12wk after drug withdrawal was determined; and the serological and liver inflammation indexes before and after treatment in two groups were compared. SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. Results:The virological response rates of the LDV/SOF group and EBR/GZR group were 97.30% and 98.55%, 98.65% and 100.00%, 97.30% and 98.55% after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks after the end of treatment, respectively (all P > 0.05). At the end of treatment, the liver inflammation indexes ALT, AST and GGT in the two groups were significantly lower than the baseline levels ( Z=-7.470 and -6.974, -9.757 and -6.832, -3.578 and -4.054, P<0.01). Adverse reactions in both groups were mild, and no serious adverse events occurred. Conclusion:Both LDV/SOF and EBR/GZR have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of genotype 1b CHC patients. And the patients are well tolerated.

Objective To explore and analyze the impact on the delivery quality of the midwife accompanied. Methods One hundred and twenty puerperal from November 2012 to November 2013 in the thematernity department of our hos-pital were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, the control group were given the normal maternal care personnel shift system, while the experiment group ma-ternal were given the one-to-one accompanied by midwives , assisting in childbirth puerperal. The women complica-tions and two modes of nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The pain, bleeding, abnormal labor, fetal asphyxia probability and negative emotions in the experiment group were significantly lower than that of the con-trol group, while the maternal satisfaction rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implements of the one-to-one for maternal the whole nursing model can effectively avoid the maternal complications and more beneficial to the health of the fetus birth and improve maternal satisfaction ,it is beneficial to the improvement of the overall quality of care for maternal and infant and worty of proper clinical promo-tion.
