Objective To provide a fixtures and feasible injection method for rat tail vein injection. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into A group and B group, thirty rats in each group.Rats in group A fixed by a simple and practical experimental rats fixtures. And rats in group B fixed by common plastic drink bottles. Then the tail vein injection experiment was conducted respectively. Results It took one people 31.2 seconds in group A and 33.1 seconds in group B to finish the experiment from capture to fix rats, and took one people 68.4 seconds in group A to finish the experiment from capture to finish the injection, while it couldn't finish in group B.It took two people 25.4 seconds in group A and 25.8 seconds in group B to finish the experiment from capture to fix rats, and took 63.7 seconds in group A and 85.6 seconds in group B to finish the experiment from capture to finish the injection. Conclusion The experimental rats fixtures can increase the success rate of rats tail vein injection, and shorten the injection time.It is a safe and effective method.

Background and objective Fast track surgery (FTS) can accelerate rehabilitation and reduce postop-erative hospital stay. It has been effectively applied to several surgical diseases. However, the safety and effectiveness of FTS for patients with lung cancer in China is unclear. hTismeta-analysis aimed to evaluate the effect of FTS undergoing lung cancer surgery in China. Methods Using home and abroad databases to search all documents required. hTe deadline of retrieval was January 31, 2016. hTen the studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3 sotfware. Results 8 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and 5 clinical controlled trials (CCTs) with 1,241 pa-tients were eligible for analysis. Compared with control group, FTS group can signiifcantly shorten postoperative hospital time (MD=-3.61, 95%CI: -5.05--2.16,P<0.000,01) and chest tube duration (MD=-2.62, 95%CI: -3.07-2.17,P<0.000,01), reduce incidence of postoperative complications (OR=0.30, 95%CI: 0.19-0.47,P<0.000,01) and hospitalization costs (MD=-0.92, 95%CI: -1.19--0.65,P<0.000,01).Conclusion FTS can safely and effectively accelerate the recovery of patients with lung can-cer in China, it exhibits important clinical values.

Objective To explore the influence of multidimensional social support system on quality of life and psychological state for myasthenia gravis patients underwent VATS.Methods Phenomenological research design and in-depth interviews were conducted for 12 patients with myasthenia gravis in cardiothoracic surgery department in our hospital. And countermeasures were implemented. Results There were four themes drew from MG including the pressure and pains of patients, the difficulties in treatment period and daily life, social support was a great help for patients, adapting and adjusting to MG.Conclusion The quality of life for MG patients is generally lower than healthy people, and the generalized is worse than the ocular after VATS.Increasing the multi-dimensions social support, especially family and peer support is the key factor for the patient's postoperative quality of life.

Objective To explore the influence of non-drug bundle of care on incidence rate of VAP. Methods Prospective analysis was performed on patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU from January 2015 to December 2016. The patients were assessed daily, monitored for target, and divided into infected group and non-infected group according to incidence of VAP. Relationship between incidence of VAP and measures taken in non-drug bundle of care, with all data statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0 for windows. Results A total of 1 326 cases were collected in this study, with 109 infected cases and 1 217 non-infected cases. It was shown in related single factor analysis that factors influencing incidence of VAP included mode of tracheal intubation (whether with subglottic secretion drainage or not), severity of clinical conditions of the patients (APACHEⅡ score >18 points), time of mechanical ventilation (>7 days), hand sanitation, the patients' compliance to operations like elevation of bed head (>30°), oral care, assessment of tracheotomy cuff pressure, monitoring of gastric residual volume, timely dumping of condensed water, and unobstructed subglottic secretion drainage (P< 0.05). It was shown in Logistic regression analysis that mechanical ventilation time was an independent factor affecting incidence of VAP (OR=30.536, P<0.01). Conclusions According to non-drug bundle of care strategies, daily evaluation should be conducted. Early off-machine and early extubation can reduce incidence of VAP.

ObjectiveTo study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Baxianxiaoyao decoction medicated bath on pressure injury wound in rats. Methods The research was started from April 2016 to February 2017. The experiment was approved by the animal experimental ethics committee and was finished in the basic medical laboratory of Nagano University of Nursing in Japan. A total of 24 rats were divided into 3 groups averagely, and there were the control group(group A),the tap-water bath group(group B) and the traditional Chinese medicine bath group(group C). Group B rats used tap-water bath, and group C rats used traditional Chinese medicine bath, while the rats in group A did not bath. After bathing for 2 weeks, the pressure injury model was made on the rats' skin, and then the average of ulcer area and the maximum- minimum concentration difference were calculated by Image-J ;besides the healing rate, wound center temperature, skin moisture were compared among the three groups. Results For the 12 h pressure injury area after three groups rats model established, the group A was(137.060±18.258) mm2,Group B(123.310±14.969) mm2,group C (92.520±11.159) mm2(F=73.235,P<0.05);Image-J measures the average area of pressure injury picture among three groups and maximum-minimum concentration difference of picture(F=8.13,4.91;P<0.01).The rate of wound healing was statistically difference after the PI model at 12 hours,4 days,8 days,12 days (F=8.058, 12.024,17.360,26.006;P<0.05);however,the skin moisture had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusions Baxianxiaoyao Decoction medicated bath is an effective way to prevent and treat pressure injury wound, and it can promote wound healing.
