1.Treatment for early acute pancreatitis of closed abdominal injury by ultrasound-guided percutaneous tube drainage

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous tube drainage in early acute pancreatitis of closed abdominal injury. Methods The clinical data about fifteen ca.ses of acute pancreatitis of closed abdominal injury in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively. Results By ultrasound-guided percutaneous tube drainage, 11 cases were cured, 2 cases were drainaged by open operation with the complication of pancreatic pseudocyst, 2 eases were transfered to superior hospital with state of an illness sharpened. Conclusion Ultrasoundguided percutaneous tube drainage was effective treatment in early acute pancreatitis of dosed abdominal injury,and avoided open operation.
2.Application of an R-group search strategy into three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship of HEA beta-secretase inhibitors and molecular virtual screening.

The beta-secretase is one of prospective targets against Alzheimer's disease (AD). A three-dimensional quan titative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) model of Hydroethylamines (HEAs) as beta-secretase inhibitors was established using Topomer CoMFA. The multiple correlation coefficient of fitting, cross validation and external validation were r2 = 0.928, q(loo)2 = 0.605 and r(pred)2 = 0.626, respectively. The 3D-QSAR model was used to search R groups from ZINC database as the source of structural fragments. As a result, a series of R groups with relatively high activity contribution was obtained to design a total of 15 new compounds, with higher activity than that of the template molecule. The molecular docking was employed to study the interaction mode between the new compounds as ligands and beta-secretase as receptors, displaying that hydrogen bond and hydrophobicity played important roles in the binding affinity between the new compounds and beta-secretase. The results showed that Topomer CoMFA and To pomer Search could be effectively used to screen and design new molecules of HEAs as beta-secretase inhibitors, and the designed compounds could provide new candidates for drug design targeting AD.

3.Progress of research on pathogenesis and diagnosis indexs of IgA nephropathy

Objective To explore the value of serum IgA,serum C3 and IgA/C3 ratio in the diagnosis and clinical monitoring of IgA nephropathy,which provide new insight for the alternatives of renal biopsy. Methods In the first affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University,60 patients with IgAN,60 patients with non-IgAN and 40 healthy people were detected by blood biochemical indexes and immune indexes,such as the Urea,serum IgA and serum C3,IgA/C3 ratio. According to the healthy condition and Lee grading,we divided all the 160 patients into different groups. By comparing the blood biochemical indexes and immune indexes among these different groups,we investigated the relationship between the serum IgA/C3 ratio and the IgAN.Results Firstly,the level of serum IgA and IgA/C3 were obviously different among the patients with IgAN,patients with non-IgAN and healthy people(P<0.01).Secondly,the serum IgA and IgA/C3 have high specificity and sensitivity when distin-guishing between IgAN and non IgAN. Thirdly,the level of serum IgA and IgA/C3 have significant deference be-tween the patients with Lee Ⅰ-Ⅱ grading and the patients with Lee Ⅲ-Ⅴ grading,while the level of C3 is very similar between different groups in all the three situations mentioned above. Conclusion Our research provides stronge evidence demonstrates that the level of serum IgA/C3 ratio have close relationship with IgAN and they can serve as the reference index when diagnosising and grading IgAN.
