Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on clinical effect and treatment compliance in middle aged and aged patients with knee degenerative osteoarthritis (KOA or KDOA). Methods 60 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given the conventional clinical care intervention; on the basis of the control group, the intervention group was given health education nursing intervention. After intervention the clinical effect and treatment compliance of the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results After intervention, the total clinical effective rate of the intervention group was 93.3%, the control group was 73.3%, the difference was significant between the two groups; the excellent and good rate of treatment compliance of the intervention group was 100.0%, the control group was 76.7%, the difference was significant between the two groups. Conclusions Health education can improve the clinical effect and treatment compliance of middle aged and aged patients with KOA, and it is worthy of being popularized.

Objective To investigate the effects of repeated computed tomography (CT) scan on hematological and immunological index in mice,and to explore the related mechanism.Methods A total of 60 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into six groups as control,once,twice,4,6 and 8 times of CT scans,and administered with whole-body scan by 64-slice spiral CT with the pelvis scan mode.Thermoluminescence dosimeter was used to detect the absorbed doses of CT scan,while DNA damage (γ-H2AX),apoptosis,autophagy,cell cycle and percentages of CD4/CD8 in peripheral lymphocytes and bone marrow cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.γ-H2AX was detected 1 h after the last CT scan,and the other indexes were detected 24 h after the last CT scan.Results γ-H2AX increased after more than twice CT scans in peripheral lymphocytes and after than 4 times of CT scan in bone marrow cells (P ＜ 0.05).Apoptosis increased in peripheral blood lymphocytes and decreased in bone marrow cells after more than 4 times of CT scan (P ＜ 0.05),suggesting that lymphocytes were more sensitive while different cell subpopulation in bone marrow showed different sensitivity and response phase.No obvious changes of autophagy level were observed in peripheral blood lymphocytes,while autophagy increased in bone marrow cells after single CT scan (F =81.10,P ＜ 0.05).8 times of CT scan significantly increased the percentages of cells at G0/G1 phase and G2/M phase(x2 =11.29,28.57,P ＜0.05).The percentage of CD4 + T,CD8 + T cells decreased after CT scan,but no effects on the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +.Conclusions Repeated CT scans could induce injury effects on hematopoietic system and immune system,and then the apoptosis.Apoptosis,autophagy and cell cycle arrest might be initiated to maintain genome stability but there is no influence on immune balance.

Objective To investigate effect of Qishen-Qinggan decoction on proliferation and apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cellline SMMC-7721.Methods SMMC-7721 cells were cultivated in vitro.Logarithmic growth phase cells were divided into a drug intervention group and a control group.SMMC-7721 cells were treated with Qishen-Qinggan decoction of 0.135、0.27、0.54、1.08、2.16 g/ml respectively for 12、24、48 hours in the drug intervention group while the control group remained untreated.The inhibition rate of SMMC-7721 cells were detected by MTT assay,cell apoptotic rate were measured by flow cytometry analysis.Results Qishen-Qinggan decoction of 0.135,0.27,0.54,1.08,2.16 g/ml had a significantly inhibitory effect on SMMC-7721 cells in a dose and time dependent manner.OD values of 12 hours were 0.89±0.05,0.85±0.05,0.80±0.06,0.78± 0.02,0.69±0.07,OD values of 24 hours were 0.77±0.07,0.74±0.07,0.59±0.07,0.50±0.09,0.39±0.08,OD values of 48 hours were 0.78±0.05,0.61±0.08,0.44±0.10,0.39±0.08,0.34±0.07 respectively.Each drug intervention group had significant difference compared with control group.Qishen-Qinggan decoction of 0.27,0.54 g/ml could induce apoptosis of SMMC-7721 were 11.19 ± 2.23,15.69 ± 2.51,compared with control group of 1.41 ± 0.22.Apoptotic rates of Qishen-Qinggan decoction of 1.08 g/ml had extremely significant difference with the control group (41.83 ± 7.11 vs 1.41 ± 0.22).Conclusion Qishen-Qinggan decoction could inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells probably by inducing cell apoptosis.

Objective To compare the performances of Monaco and Pinnacle treatment planning systems (TPS) for volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) optimization regarding lung cancer.The TPS was compared in terms of dose distributions,treatment delivery parameters and quality control results.Methods For 20 patients,including 10 cases of left lung cancer and l0 cases of right lung cancer,two VMAT plans were generated for each case:one with Monaco 3.0 TPS and the other with Pinnacle 9.2 TPS.Two plans were compared among plan dosimetrie distribution.conformity index and homogeneity index of the targets,the average dose,maximum dose,minimum dose and interested dose volume histograms of organs at risk(OAR,and delivery time and MUs of the therapy plans,the accuracy of treatment plans dose verification.Results Monaco provided better PTV coverage than Pinnacle (t =5.927-12.034,P ＜ 0.05) except Dminof PTV.Monaco had a worse sparing effect on lung than Pinnacle (t =3.545-7.485,P ＜0.05) except V10of diseased side lung and V5of total lung.In addition,Monaco had a better sparing effect on heart(t =2.836-4.011,P ＜0.05).Monaco had fewer delivery time(t =9.780,P ＜0.05)and MUs(t =5.304,P ＜0.05)of the therapy plans,and the pass rate of QA was better than Pinnacle(t =4.937,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions For lung cancer patients,VMAT treatment plans obtained with Monaco and Pinnacle could offer clinically acceptable dose distributions.Pinnacle might have a better sparing effect on lung and fewer delivery time and MUs of the therapy plans.Monaco had a better PTV coverage and heart sparing.Moreover,Monaco had better accuracy of treatment plans dose verification.

Objective:To establish a detection method for ethanol in HuaiShi province Ye. Methods:Ethanol in HuaiShi Ye was determined by GC with a DB-ALC1 capillary column(30 m × 0. 53 mm,3. 0 μm), an FID detector and nitrogen as the carrier gas. The injector temperature was 200℃, the detector temperature was 250℃ and the column temperature was 80℃. The flow rate of N2 was 5 ml·min-1 . Tertbutyl alcohol was used as the internal standard, and 1. 0μl sample was injected by a headspace injector. Results:The solvents were completely separated, and the calibration curve of ethanol had good linear relationship within the range of 3. 177 0-15. 885 0 mg(r=0. 999 6), and the recovery was 98. 7%. The intra-day precision of different concentrations was less than 2. 5%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of ethanol in HuaiShi Ye.

Objective To explore the effect of horizontal beam on IMRT plan for lung cancer.Methods Totally 18 patients were enrolled,including 10 cases of left lung cancer and 8 cases of right lung cancer.Two intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) plans were generated:one was the normal IMRT plan and another was the IMRT plan including a horizontal beam (H-IMRT).MUs,sub-field and the dose distribution of target and organs at risk (OARs) were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences between two plans in D Dminand D of PTV,the V30 and D of the ipsilateral lung,V20 and V30 of the contralateral lung,and V30 of the total lung.When the horizontal beam was added,the PTV heterogeneity index (HI) and conformity index (CI) were significantly increased (t=-9.33,10.88,P＜0.05),the other dose index in lung was inferior (t =-1.55--7.58,P＜ 0.05),whleheart sparing were clearly better (t =1.84-3.99,P＜0.05),the number of MUs and segments were less(t =12.57,3.19,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions IMRT in the treatment of lung cancer can further improve the PTV coverage when the horizontal beam is added.However,the increasing lung volume of low dose irradiation is not conducive to lung protection.

Aim To study of the expression and distribution of four α-synuclein truncations in three cells.Method Four α-synuclein gene truncations were obtained by PCR method,followed by subcloning into the pEGFP-N1 eukaryotic expression vector.Four obtained recombination plasmids were transfected into MN9D cells,PC12 cells and SH-SY5Y cells using Lipofectamine 2000 respectively.The expression and distribution of four α-synuclein truncations were observed by Confocal.Results Distribution of four α-synuclein truncations was discrepant obviously,the truncations,with more C terminal remained,were prone to emerging in nuclei.Conclusion Localization of α-synuclein protein in cells may be related to the C terminal,and the whole C terminal plays an important role in distribution of α-synuclein into nuclei.

Objective:To establish the fingerprints of the best anti-MDR-MRSA components in the combination of honeysuckle and forsythia. Methods:The best active anti-MDR-MRSA ingredients of honeysuckle and forsythia were dissolved in 10% methanol water. A Waters Atlantis T3 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column was eluted with water and methanol as the mobile phase. The optimal chro-matographic conditions were determined by optimizing the mobile phase and chromatographic conditions. The fingerprints similarity of 10 batches of active anti-MDR-MRSA components in honeysuckle and forsythia was studied. Results:The best active ingredients of the combination of honeysuckle and forsythia showed 7 peaks with promising separation. The similarity of the 10 samples was greater than 0. 9. Conclusion:The fingerprints of the best active anti-MDR-MRSA ingredient in the combination of honeysuckle and forsythia are stable, and can be used for the quality evaluation of the components.
