Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing intervention on airway inflammatory reaction evaluation by testing fractional concentration of exhaled nitric oxide in asthma patients. Methods 62 asthma patients were randomly divided into the intervention group(32 cases)and the control group (30 cases). Two groups were performed FENO determination before and after the treatment. The control group was given routine method for determination, the intervention group was given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional methods. The comfortable situation, satisfaction degree, treatment efficacy were determined between the two groups. Results The comfortable situation, satisfaction degree, treatment efficacy of the intervention group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions Standardized nursing intervention can eliminate the adverse interference in the FENO determination and improve the accuracy of the determination. It can also improve the clinical symptoms of patients with asthma and relieve airway inflammation. This method deserves to be recommended.

Objective To discuss perioperative nursing of pediatric patients with tethered spinal cord syndrome (TCS). Methods 35 pediatric patients with TCS underwent surgical treatment. Pre-operative nursing included psychological care for the parents to eliminate their fear and worries, prona-tion position practice and clean of skin for the children patients, post- operative care included monitor-ing of vital signs, maintaining of proper positions, close observation of the wound, skin care and rehabili-tation training. Results After intensive care, all cases went through the perioperstive period without bed sores. During follow- up disappearance of clinical symptoms occurred in 24 cases, 3 cases got allevia-tion,7 cases with no improvement, and 1 case with deteriorated clinical symptom. Conclusions Preopera-tive care for patients with tethered cord syndrome can provide doctors with the diagnosis and treatment reference, and it plays an important role in treatment and rehabilitation of children patients.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of perioperative human serum albumin(HSA)in cardiac surgery in multiple regions in China, and to evaluate the rationality of its clinical application in conjunction with the clinical guidelines,in order to provide a reference for promoting the rational application of HSA.Methods The medical records of patients who underwent cardiac surgery from April to June 2019 in eight hospitals across the country were retrospectively collected. The statistical information on patients'general information, the dosage, course of treatment, and cost of HSA,and the serum albumin level before and after medication was analyzed to evaluate the use of HSA.Relevant evaluation criteria were established, and the rationality of its medication was evaluated. Results Data from a total of 449 patients were included for analysis, the appropriate rate of medication was 81.1%.The course of medication was mostly>2-5 days and the total amount of HSA was mostly 50-99 g.The main purpose of medicaiton were improving colloid osmotic pressure, reducing exudation to improve interstitial edema, postoperative volume expansion. Conclusion Clinical attention should be paid to ensure the rational application of HSA in cardiac surgery during the perioperative period and prevent the abuse of blood products.
