Objective To explore the impact of mindfulness on sleep and the mediating role of resilience. Methods A total of 540 medical staff in a three first-class hospital were assessed by five facet mindfulness questionnaire (FFMQ),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Results The average PSQI scores of medical staff was (6.67±3.20),of which the total score was equal or above 8 accounting for 37.04%.The positive rate of each factor of PSQI (factor score ≥2) was 51.67% for daytime function,37.22% for sleeping time, and 24.07% for subjective sleep quality. The total score of PSQI was (6.67±3.20),the score of FFMQ was (119.55±9.90),and the score of CDRISC was (59.50± 12.77).PSQI was negatively correlated with FFMQ and CD-RISC (r=-0.29,-0.24;both P<0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between FFMQ and CD-RISC (r=0.48,P<0.01).The factors of FFMQ associated with CD-RISC were followed by the description of mindfulness, the action of awareness, the non-reaction and the observation of mindfulness. The multi-linear regression analysis showed that resilience played a part mediating role between mindfulness and sleep quality, with a mediating effect of 20.9%.Conclusion Mindfulness has a positive impact on the quality of sleep of medical staff through resilience.

Objective To establish a quality standard for Ganmao granules of hospital preparations .Methods Radix Scutellariae ,cortex phellodendri and radix bupleuri were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) qualitatively .High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the content of baicalin .The determination was performed on Agilent HC-C18 column (250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) at 30 ℃ with mobile phase composed of methanol-0 .2% phosphoric acid (43∶57) at the flow rate of 1 .0 ml/min .The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm .Results In TLC chromatograms ,the spectra of different test products had spots of the same color at corresponding sites ,with no interference from negative control .A good linearity range of baicalin was 1 .81~72 .40 μg/ml (r=0 .999 9) .The average recovery rate was 98 .55% (RSD=1 .91% ,n=9) .Conclusion The quality standard was established and the method of identification has good reproducibility .The method of determination of baicalin content improved the controllability of formulated quality of Ganmao granules .

Objective To improve quality standard of Fufang Shenghua granules. Methods TLC was used to identify chief components in the preparation, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Salvia Miltiorrhiza.HPLC was applied to identify Amarogentin and to determine the content of Salvianolic acid B.Salvianolic acid B assay was performed on Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (23∶77)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm.Results The spots on TLC were fairly clear with good separation. There was no interference from the negative control samples. However, HPLC was a more accurate, reliable and objective method for qualitative identification.Salvianolic acid B showed a good linear correlation in the range of 1.56~49.92 μg/ml (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.07%, RSD 1.61% (n=9).Conclusion A simple, accurate and reliable method was developed for the quality control of Fufang Shenghua granules.

Objective To improve the quality standard of Taohong Tongmai granule. Methods TLC was used to make qualitative identification of Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Rehmanniae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix; The effective components of the main walnut kernel were identified by HPLC;and HPLC was used to do quantitative determination of Paeoniflorin, the determination was performed on Agilent HC-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column with mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-water(13:87) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results These TLC spots were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference; The paeoniflorin at the range of 1·79-57.28 μg/ml was linear with peak area(r= 0.999 9),its average recovery rate was 99.99% and RSD was 2.05%(n= 9). Conclusion The quality standard of Taohong Tongmai granule had been improved, identification method was better reproduc-ibility,the determination method of paeoniflorin content had enhanced the controllability of product quality.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of high-intensity interval training and moderate continuous aerobic training on patients classified as low risk for exercise rehabilitation after a percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:A total of 43 patients considered low-risk after a PCI were randomly divided into a high-intensity interval training group (HIIT group, 22 cases) and a moderate continuous aerobic training group (MCT group, 21 cases). The HIIT group received high-intensity, but aerobic interval training involving 8 rounds of 3 minutes of high-intensity exercise with 2-minute intervals at 80% of peak power over 40 minutes, 3 times a week. The MCT group trained continuously at 60% of peak power for the same duration. After 12 weeks both groups were given an ultrasound examination and a cardiopulmonary exercise test to assess their cardiac functioning and exercise endurance. The subjects′ life quality was evaluated and compared using some items from the SF-36 scale. Results:Before the training, no significant differences were observed in the average left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke volume, peak power, peak oxygen uptake, anaerobic threshold, physiological functioning, physical pain, general health or social functioning between the two groups. After the training significant improvement in all these indicators was observed in both groups, but compared with MCT group, the average left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke volume, peak power and peak oxygen uptake of the HIIT group were significantly better.Conclusions:High-intensity, aerobic interval training is superior to moderate but continuous aerobic training for improving the cardiac functioning and exercise endurance of patients suitable for exercise rehabilitation after a PCI. But there is no significant difference in their effect on the short-term quality of life.

OBJECTIVE:
To summarize the research progress of surgical technique and immunosuppressive regimen of abdominal wall vascularized composite allograft transplantation in animals and clinical practice.
METHODS:
The literature on abdominal wall transplantation at home and abroad in recent years was extensively reviewed and analyzed.
RESULTS:
This review includes animal and clinical studies. In animal studies, partial or total full-thickness abdominal wall transplantation models have been successfully established by researchers. Also, the use of thoracolumbar nerves has been described as an important method for functional reconstruction and prevention of long-term muscle atrophy in allogeneic abdominal wall transplantation. In clinical studies, researchers have utilized four revascularization techniques to perform abdominal wall transplantation, which has a high survival rate and a low incidence of complications.
CONCLUSION
Abdominal wall allotransplantation is a critical reconstructive option for the difficulty closure of complex abdominal wall defects. Realizing the recanalization of the nerve in transplanted abdominal wall to the recipient is very important for the functional recovery of the allograft. The developments of similar research are beneficial for the progress of abdominal wall allotransplantation.
