1.Mierosphere internal iliac arterial embolizrtion therapy in cases of late pelvic malignant tumors

Transcatheter bilateral internal lilac arterial embolization therapy (TAE) using CDDP-mierosphere was performed in 19 patients with advanced or recurrent pelvic malignant tumors. The complete response (CR) of turner to the therapy in one patient, partial response (PR) in 12, miner response (MR) in 5, and no changes (NC) in 1, thus the response rate (CR+PR) reached 68% (13/19). The colporrhagia, pain of vulva and lump of buttock were evidently remitted. In the present survived 13 cases, with 1-year for 4 and half-year for 6. The important complications after embolization including mild lower limb paresthesia and hypodynamia in 10 cases, severe lower limb dyscinesia and sensory disturbance in one, pain of buttock in 16, erythema of buttock in two, pain of hip in one and hematochezia in one. The complications have been crucially discussed.
2.Analysis of Composition Regularity of Prescriptions for Hemoptysis Based on TCM Inheritance Support Platform Software

OBJECTIVE:To provide idea and reference for TCM therapy for hemoptysis. METHODS:The prescriptions for hemoptysis included in TCM Prescription Dictionary were screened,summarized and logged in TCM inheritance support platform software(V2.5). The medication frequency was analyzed statistically. Apriori algorithm was used to analyze combination of medicinal materials(the number of support degree was 12)and its association rules(confidence degree>0.7)statistically. Correlation coefficient of 2 different medicinal materials(related coefficient of 8,penalty coefficient of 2)and core combination of 3 and 4 ingredients were analyzed statistically by complex system entropy clustering method. Core combination and new prescription were extracted by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method. RESULTS:Totally 105 prescriptions for hemoptysis were screened and included 198 ingredients,among which 39 ingredients were used more than 6 times;there were 30 common couplet medicines(including 15 ingredients)and 11 correlation regularities;48 core combination of 3 ingredients and 5 core combination of 4 ingredients were obtained. Each 6 core combination 1 and 2 were extracted for new prescription clustering to obtain 6 new prescriptions. CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of each ingredient of the prescriptions for hemoptysis mainly include clearing heat and cooling blood,nourishing Qi and blood,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough. The efficacy of couplet medicines for hemoptysis mainly include clearing heat and cooling blood combined with nourishing Yin and blood,tonifying Qi and Yin. The composition of new prescription shows diverse characteristics,and pay attention to cooling blood to stop bleeding, nourishing Qi and nourishing Yin,or clearing heat and eliminating phlegm.
3.Analysis of 25 (OH) D levels in children aged 0-12 years in Quanzhou area

Objective To study the serum level of 25 (OH)D in children aged 0-12 years in Quanzhou,Fujian Province.Methods The clinical data at serum levels of 25(OH) D in children aged 0-12 years old in Quanzhou Women and Children's Hospital were analyzed retrospectively from January 1,2016 to May 31,2017.The nutritional status of vitamin D in children at different genders,age and seasons were analyzed.All the subjects were divided into <1 year old group,1-3 years old group,> 3-6 years old group,and > 6 years old group.Results A total of 5 830 children aged 0-12 years were included in this study.The serum 25 (OH) D level was (68.85 ± 22.53) nmol/L,and among them there were 4 682 cases (80.31%) of vitamin D abundant,723 cases (12.40%) of vitamin D insufficient,425 cases (7.29%) of vitamin D deficiency,and 0 case of both vitamin D overdose and poisoning.The levels of vitamin D in children in different seasons were different,and the levels of serum 25 (OH) D in summer[(76.20 ± 22.25)nmol/L] were significantly higher than those in other 3 seasons [vitamin D in spring,autumn and winter was (68.35 ±22.08) nmol/L,(62.35 ± 21.88) nmol/L,(66.13 ± 21.78) nmol/L,respectively],and the differences were all statistically significant (all P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the serum levels of 25 (OH)D in children of different genders in both < 1 year old group and 1-3 year old group [(88.45 ± 28.20) nmol/L vs.(82.60 ± 20.33)nmol/L,(79.28 ± 18.98) nmol/L vs.(78.68 ± 21.80) umol/L] (all P > 0.05),while the levels of which were higher in boys in both > 3-6 years old group and > 6 years old group than those in girls [(64.63 ± 19.53) nmol/L vs.(59.78 ± 17.88) nmol/L,(57.63 ± 16.65) nmol/L vs.(51.00 ± 15.58) nmol/L],and the differences were all statistically significant (all P < 0.01).The levels of serum 25 (OH) D decreased gradually with age [vitamin D in < 1 year old group,1-3 year old group,> 3-6 years old group,> 6-years old group were (84.08 ± 26.93) nmol/L,(78.43 ± 22.50) nmol/L,(64.43 ± 19.55) nmol/L,(59.20 ± 19.00) nmol/L],and the differences were all statistically significant (all P < 0.01).Conclusions The serum levels of 25 (OH) D in children aged 0-12 years in Quanzhou area are comparatively fine.Vitamin D supplementation in children over 3 years old should not be ignored.
4.A food poisoning incident suspected to be caused by proteus in a city of Dehong Prefecture,Yunnan Province

Objective To Investigate the cause of a food poisoning incident in a city in Dehong Prefecture, determine the scope of the incident, and to formulate effective prevention and control measures. Methods Field epidemiology and case-control study methods were used to formulate case definition; carry out case search; find suspicious food combined with clinical manifestations, dining history and other information; and collect samples from the suspicious food, cases and environment for laboratory testing. Results A total of 160 cases were found and the incidence rate was 26.02% (160/615). The main clinical manifestations were diarrhea, leukocytosis, vomiting, nausea and abdominal pain. The average incubation period was 10.89±5.09 h, with 2 h as the shortest and 28 h as the longest. The epidemiological curve suggested the point source exposure mode.
