1.Diagnosis of bone cancer by fine needle cytology and needle biopsy
Journal of Practical Medicine 2001;395(3):45-47
From 1/1996 to 10/1997, 126 patients with bone tumor were applied the fine needle cytology and the needle biopsy in K hospital - Hµ Néi. Accuracy of the fine needle cytology was 55% versus 85% of the needle biopsy, sensitivity 52% versus 81%, specificity 70% versus 100%, predictive value of positive test 90% versus 100% and predictive value of negative test was 23% versus 56% of the needle biopsy.

2.Bone scan for diagnosis of metastasis induced bone cancer
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 1999;233(2):54-57
During 1994-1997, the nuclear medicine department of Cho Ray hospital diagnosed clinically 1938 patients with the cancer and implemented the scintigraphy to discover the metastasis. 816 patients with the cancer with the high risk of metastasis including the breast cancer, vaginal cancer, lung cancer, prostate gland cancer and thyroid cancer which arranged as kind of cancer and age. The bone scintigraphy help classifying the cancer with metastaisi and the comparision of the rate of metastasis into bone in this study with this rate reported by the Utrecht University of Ha Lan.

8.Diagnosis and treatment of patellar chondroblastoma.
China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2013;26(12):1059-1062
Chondroblastoma of the patella, rare occurred in patellar,is a kind of an uncommon benign bone tumor. Compared with giant cell tumor, the morbidity of chondroblastoma is lower. Meanwhile, its clinical manifestations are various, and images are very complicated. Therefore, the understanding of this kind of tumors may be limited even to the orthopedist. The differences of patellar chondroblastoma between other tumor in X-ray, CT and MRI is a spot in recent years. Sometimes patellar chondroblastoma coexists with aneurysmal bone cyst, which is a challenge to obtain an accurate pathological and radiological diagnosis. For the treatment, curettage and bone grafting is one the most popular method, but whether to perform a biopsy before surgery still remain controversy. Some new technique still has an unknown prospect for the treatment such as radiofrequency ablation.
