Objective To elavluate the efficacy of pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) on symptoms and quality of life in the treatment of female overactive bladder (OAB).Methods Ninety-one female patients with OAB completed the prospective study and were divided into 2 groups. The study group had PFMT combined with comprehensive health education and tolterodine (n =46),and the control group had comprehensive health education combined with tolterodine (n =45).OAB symptom score (OABSS),King's health questionnaire (KHQ) and modified Oxford scale (MOS) were evaluated at baseline,2 weeks,1 month and 3 months. The patients were followed up for 6 months. Results The MOS and OABSS score in study group before the treatment were 2.87±0.65 and 7.61 ±2.28,respectively,and in control group they were 2.80±0.55 and 7.44±2.41,respectively.There was no significant difference between the 2 grotps (P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in KHQ domains before the treatment between the 2 groups (P> 0.05).The MOS scores were 3.15±0.63 and 3.57±0.58 after treatment of 1 and 3 months in study group, which were significantly improved compared with the values of 2.89±0.57 and 3.09±0.67 in control group (P<0.05).The OABSS score was 1.13± 1.93 in study group after treatment of 6 months, which was significantly improved compared with the values of 2.47±2.18 in control group (P<0.05).The Incontinence impact,Role Limitations,Physical Limitations,Social Limitations and Symptom Severity in study group improved significantly compared with the values in control group after treatment of 3 months (P<0.05).Domains of KHQ scores were totally significantly improved after treatment of 6 months in study group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Long term PFMT may play an important role in the treatment of OAB,and can also improve the quality of life of the patients.

Objective To explore the effect of employee assistance program service on clinical nurses' occupational delay satisfaction and professional identity. Methods A total of 106 clinical nurses were divided into observation group and control group by random number table with 53 cases each. The control group gave general support psychological care through the manner in which the head nurse talked, and the observation group provided employee assistance program services on this basis through group counseling and individual psychological counseling. Before and after the intervention, the occupational delay satisfaction scale and nurse occupational identity scale were used to assess them. Results There were 53 valid samples in the final observation group and 47 effective samples in the control group. There was no significant difference in the occupational delay satisfaction scale and nurse occupational identity scale before intervention between two groups. After the intervention, the occupational delay of the observation group nurse met the total score (24.01±4.57) points, which was higher than that of the control group (16.09 ± 3.65) points. The difference was statistically significant (t=8.543, P <0.05). After the intervention, the occupational identity of nurses in the observation group was (96.46±7.88) points, which was higher than that of the control group (81.05±6.79) points. The difference was statistically significant (t=9.347, P<0.05). Conclusions The employee assistance program service has effectively increased nurses' occupational delay satisfaction and professional identity.

Objective To investigate the modest leadership behaviors of nurses in operating rooms and the status of nurses′work-family gains, and to analyze their relationship. Methods From October to November 2017, a convenient sampling method was used to select 230 operating rooms from 3 tertiary-level A hospitals, 2 secondary A hospitals, and a tertiary A hospital in Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The nurses used the general information questionnaire, the humble leadership scale, and the work household income scale to conduct questionnaire surveys. Results The total score of the head nurse behavior scale of the operating room was (3.16 ± 0.38) points, and the total score of the nurse work family was (2.95 ± 0.46) points; the headroom behavior of nurses in the operating room was humble leadership behavior and the family income of nurses was increased. Positive correlation (r=0.678, P<0.05). Conclusions The humility leadership behavior of the head nurse can play a positive role in the growth of the work- room nurses′ family. The head nurse should pay attention to cultivate the leadership characteristics of the humility leadership behavior, so as to effectively enhance the work-family gain level.

Objective:
To explore the effect of complement C3 a-C3a receptor in the kidney immune inju-ry in trichloroethylene-sensitized mice by using C3a receptor specific antagonist C3aRA and discuss the patho-genesis of kidney injury in occupational dermatitis medicamentosa-like of trichloroethylene (ODMLT) .
Methods:
42 female 6~8 weeks old BALB/c mice of specific pathogen free were randomly divided into blank control group (5) , solvent control group (5) , TCE treatment group (16) and TCE+C3aRA treatment group (16) . The TCE treat-ment group and TCE+C3aRA treatment group were further divided into the sensitized group and the non-sensi-tized group according to the skin sensitization test score. Renal function was detected by biochemical detection kit; expression of C3aR in kidney tissue was detected by qPCR; expression of IL-1β and TNF-α protein were de-tected by immunohistochemical.
Results:
Compared with solvent control group and corresponding non-sensitized group, CRE and BUN in TCE sensitized group and TCE + C3aRA sensitized group were significantly increased (

Objective:
To explore the expression of CD55 in liver tissue of trichloroethylene-sensitized mice and discuss the role of CD55 in the liver immune injury of trichloroethylene-sensitized mice.
Methods:
6-8 weeks specific pathogen free female BALB/c were randomly divided into blank control group, solvent control group and TCE treatment group to establish BALB/c mice sensitized model. According to mouse skin sensitization reaction score, TCE treatment mice were divided into sensitized and non-sensitized group at 24 h after the last challenge. At 48 h after the last challenge, the blood and aseptic livers were collected. The level of serum ALT was tested by automatic biochemical analyzer and pathology of the liver was observed. C5b-9 deposition was studied by immunohistochemistry (IHC) . CD55 protein expression level in liver tissue was studied by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. The expression of CD55 mRNA in liver tissue was detected by qRT-PCR.
Results:
Liver function test result showed level of serum ALT in TCE sensitized group was significantly higher than solvent control group and TCE non-sensitized group (
