After serious-minded analyzing on the former service process,the manager of our hospital found the problems in the old construction and considered more reasonable design in the new service building.The patient-centered new outpatient building was aimed to meet patient's needs,improve service quality,allocate medical resource,innovate new pattern and optimize the work process.It will provide a bright future for the development of hospital.

OBJECTIVEThe demographic characteristics of acupuncture outpatient in China is investigated so as to provide clinical evidence for the establishment of acupuncture indication.

METHODSClinical epidemiological table was adopted to do cluster multistage random sampling in 36 hospitals of 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in 2008. The composition ratios of all indices were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. And trend analysis was carried out on the patient's demographic characteristics and the age distribution of clinical indications.

RESULTSIn the year 2008, 31 858 cases of out patients from 36 hospitals of 6 administrative regions were collected. There were totally 14 411 male patients (45.2%) and 17 447 (54.8%) female. The gender ratio of male and female was 82: 100. The average age of the patients was (50.6 +/- 17.7) years old. The number of patients over 45 years old was more obvious than groups of other ages (P<0.05). Age differences can be found in those 6 regions (P<0.05). Clinical symptoms varied according to different ages of the patients. Different characteristics of age distribution of acupuncture indications were held to exist (P=0.000).

CONCLUSIONAt the present, differences of gender, age and region can be found in out patients of acupuncture clinic. And the result shows that the number of female patients is more than male, with a large proportion of patients over 45 years old. Differences of age distribution characteristics of acupuncture indications still exist, which is considered to have the relation with the dominate indications of acupuncture and aging of the population.

Objective To study and the succession of sarcosaphagous insects and their regular activity on carcass in Xinxiang area. Methods Six rats and five rabbits were sacrificed and placed at the remote grassland of Xinxiang Medical University in July 2015. The main insect species and the decomposition process were observed. The different decomposition stages and the community succession of insects were recorded. Results Seven main species could be identified belonging to 3 families from Diptera, main including Musca domestica, Chrysomya megacephala, Lucilia sericata, Boettcherisca peregrina, Helicophagella melanura. Muscina stabulans and Fannia prisca. And showed regulations of the succession of sarcosaphagous flies community. Conclusion It may be used for estimating postmortem interval in Xinxiang area.

Objective To explore the feasibility and value of preservation of left colonic artery (LCA) in dealing with inferior mesenteric artery (IMA) in laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal carcinoma from April 2010 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed including 32 cases with preservation of LCA (observation group) and 40 cases without preservation of LCA (control group).The blood loss,operative time,postoperative exhaust time,terminal ileum stoma,the number of lymph nodes removed around the root of IMA,the rate of lymph node metastasis around the root of IMA and prognosis were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the blood loss,operative time,postoperative exhaust time,terminal ileum stoma,the number of lymph nodes removed around the root of IMA,the rate of lymph node metastasis around the root of IMA between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).No case in observation group needed to free the splenic flexure of colon and to make the terminal ileum stoma,while 3 cases in control group needed to free splenic flexure of colon because of blood supply disorder in the proximal intestine (P =0.046),and 4 cases underwent terminal ileum stoma following anastomosis (P =0.042).No anastomotic leakage occurred in observation group,while 2 cases of anastomotic leakage occurred in control group(P =0.090).After followed up for 6-48 months,no significant difference was found in local recurrence and liver metastasis in two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal carcinoma with preservation of LCA in dealing with IMA can effectively retain the blood supply of proximal intestine.

Objective To explore influence of thoracic duct ligation on lipid metabolism after esophagectomy. Methods Seventy-four patients with esophageal cancer received esophagectomy were divided into two groups by their thoracic duct ligation, 39 in ligation group and 35 in non-ligation group. All the patients were fed with nutrients through nasal-duodenal tube placed during operation from the 1 st day to the 8th day after surgery, and started taking liquid diet on the 6th day. Blood specimens were collected from the patients on the 1st day after admission, the 9th day, one month and three months after surgery,respectively for biochemical analysis,including determinations of total cholesterol(TC),triglyeeride(TG),high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C) . Databetween the two groups were compared with statistical analysis. Results No significant difference in plasma levels of TC, TG and HDI.-C was found between the two groups at varied time points. Plasma level of LDL-C in the ligation group significantly decreased on the 9th day after surgery, as compared with that in the nonligation group ( P ＜ 0. 05), and went down to the lowest level one month after surgery. Conclusions Chylomicron was blocked to enter blood stream and production of LDL-C decreased by thoracic duct ligation,which affect lipid absorption and metabolism leading to poor early nutrition in patients with esophagealsurgery due to slower establishment of collateral circulation.

Objective To evaluate the endoscopic managements of acute cholangitis of severe type (ACST) accompanied with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods A total of 122 ACST patients accompanied with MODS from January 2000 to October 2008 underwent endoscopic treatment in two time periods. In critical phase, emergent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) plus en-doscopic naso-biliary drainage (ENBD) were performed to correct critical situation of the patients. After sta-bilization, endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) plus stone removal, EST plus stent placement, or laparoscopy was performed according to the causes of ACST. Results Emergent endoscopic managements succeeded in all patients of critical phase. At third day post-operation, a reduction in white blood cell count, serum total bilirubin, body temperature, and rate of patients with shock, mental symptoms and purulent bile juice was a-chieved. Recovery rate of dysfunction organs was 60.2% at one week after emergent procedure, and 82. 6% at 2 weeks post-operation. Selective EST plus stone removal was performed in 36 patients with a success rate n one session at 91.7%. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in 85 patients with a success rate of 95.3%. Stent was placed in 16 patients with an effective rate of 81.3% at 3 months post the procedure. No severe complication or death occurred during the whole therapeutic course. The 6-month survival rate of 10 cancer cases was 70%. Conclusion Therapeutic ERCP plus ENBD is the first choice for acute severe cholangitis accompanied with MODS, while EST plus biliary lithotomy, or EST plus stent placement, or com-bined laparoscopy are ideal methods for subsequent treatment.

Comparing the patients with type 2 diabetes and the control and using the animal models,the researchers have found some disease related proteins and the marks for disease detection.They have set some new detection methods and give us a special view into type 2 diabetes.We do some primary discussions about recent studies and future development directions in the proteomics study of type 2 diabetes in this article.

To evaluate the efficacy of a variety of lacrimal duct obstruction diseases treated by Nd: YAG laser lacrimal duct forming surgery using Meta analysis.
●METHODS: Relevant database in 1995 - 2012 and other network resources were retrieved by computer and manual, using MetaAnalyst software on the Meta analysis. Analysis of indicators: disease prevalence between men and women, the prevalence of various lacrimal duct diseases and the effective rate of Nd: YAG laser lacrimal duct forming surgery to treat a variety of lacrimal duct obstruction diseases.
●RESULTS: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 38 subjects were selected, the cumulative number of patients included 4638 cases, the men combined prevalence was 23%; the women combined prevalence was 77%; lacrimal punctum occlusion combined prevalence was 6. 0%, combined treatment efficiency was 88. 1%; lacrimal canaliculus obstruction combined prevalence of 17. 9%, combined efficiency was 85. 6%;lacrimal common canaliculus obstruction combined prevalence was 14. 0%, 92. 7% of the combined effective rate; nasolacrimal duct obstruction combined prevalence of was 43. 6%, 93. 3% of the combined effective rate;chronic dacryocystitis combined prevalence was 18. 4%, 76. 6% of the combined efficiency. All study has heterogeneity. Selection of random effects model combined effect size. Model was statistically significant (P<0. 001).
●CONCLUSlON: The prevalence of lacrimal duct obstruction diseases of women are higher than men, lacrimal canaliculus obstruction in the lacrimal duct obstruction is in the lowest prevalence, nasolacrimal duct obstruction is the main type of lacrimal duct obstruction disease, Nd: YAG laser lacrimal forming surgery has slightly efficacy different in various lacrimal duct obstruction diseases.
