Useful pharmacodynamic changes occur when some Chinese medicine are used together with some Western medicine, namely enhanced curative effect, lowered adverse reactions, reduced dosages, shortened treatment courses, enlarged indications scope, improved compliance of treatment and rational medication, which could be explored to provide scientific bases for further improving diagnosis and treatment levels and rational use of drugs.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of 1.5T MR multiple sequence for atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD).Methods To collect the data of MRI and transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)of 46 patients with ASD/VSD,Among them,12 patients had surgical treatment,27 patientsDSA treatment and 7 patients no surgery or DSA treatment. The biggest defect diameter was recorded which measured by TSE,GRE,PC-MR and TTE,and the main deformity,valvular regurgitation, atrioventricular enlargement,cardiac function,maximum aperture of ASD/VSD were recorded which were confirmed by surgery.Al-so,myocardial delayed reinforcement was recorded.Results Multiple sequence check of MRI found different number of defects in 39 patients(7 patients without surgery or treatment removed );the largest defect aperture of ASD/VSD measured by TSE、GRE、PC-MR had no statistically significant(P >0.05)with TTE measurements,they had good correlation with TTE (r=0.86,0.94,0.99) (P >0.05),and PC-MR had the highest consistency with TTE.The measured results of GRE,TTE,surgical in 14 ventricular sep-tal defects of 12 cases had no statistically significant(P >0.05).the largest defect aperture between myocardial delayed reinforce-ment and not delayed reinforcement had statistically significant in 41 cases of ASD(P <0.05).MRI had more advantage in the right heart enlargement and right heart function than TTE,the differences between the two had statistically significant(P <0.05).And MRI could find intracardiac deformity and outside the heart malformation in ASD/VSD,especially outside the heart malformation. Conclusion 1.5T MR multiple sequence inspection have high diagnostic value for ASD/VSD,which can display ASD/VSD clearly, measure the defect aperture accurately,find merged deformity accurately,and can also show myocardial delayed reinforcement and judge heart function.

Objective To investigate the MRI features of male urogenital diaphragm.Methods A total of 4 pelvic specimens of healthy male cadaver and 15 healthy male volunteers underwent pelvic MRI examination.All MRI scan images were analyzed to approach the urogenital diaphragm structure both in corpse and the MRI images.Results The normal urogenital diaphragm of cadavem connected to ramus inferior ossis pubis and ischiadic ramus.There were three layers inside the urogenital diaphragm,including superior fascia of urogenital diaphragm,inferior fascia of urogenital diaphragm and deep transverse muscle of perineum.MRI imaging showed the coronal was the best location to exhibit the urogenital diaphragm,and all of the structure appeared like sandwich.In the images of the diaphragm of the volunteers also exhibited like sandwich,and the three layers are moderate signal in MRI.Ten volunteers were given the fat-depresstion and high resolution scan of T2WI in small ROI,and the structure could be seen much clearly.Fat-depresstion and high resolution scan of T2WI in small ROI was the best sequence to exhibit the urogenital diaphragm.Coronal location of the structure appeared like sandwich.Conclusion MRI is a good way to show urogenital diaphragm,and high resolution scan of T2WI in small ROI can show the structure much clearer.

AIM: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and tumor necrsis factor-alpha (TNF-?) in synovium of rats with adjuvant arthritis (AA) and the relationship between the pathological score and the expression of VEGF and TNF-? protein. OBJECTIVE To investigate the 16S rRNA methylases gene and AMEs of 30 strains multi-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinic work in our hospital.METHODS Collected 50 P.aeruginosa strains from two hospitals(30 strains of multi-resistant P.aeruginosa from Yantai,Shandong,20 strains of pan-drug resistant P.aeruginosa from Jiangsu),and analyzed 6 kinds of 16S rRNA methylases(armA,rmtA,rmtB,rmtC,rmtD and npmA) and 6 kinds of AMEs gene aac(3)-Ⅰ,aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6′)-Ⅰb,aac(6′)-Ⅱ,aac(3″)-Ⅰ,and aac(2″)-Ⅰ by PCR and sequence analysis.RESULTS Among 30 strains of multi-resistant P.aeruginosa from Yantai,the positive rate of 4 kinds of genes aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6′)-Ⅱ,aac(3″)-Ⅰ,and aac(2″)-Ⅰ was 20%(6/30),46.7%(14/30),36.7%(11/30) and 3.3%(1/30).The other 8 kinds genes were all negative.The total positive rate of AMEs gene was 46.7%(14/30).In 20 strains of pan-drug resistant P.aeruginosa,the positive rate of 6 kinds of genes rmtB,aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6′)-Ⅰb,aac(6′)-Ⅱ,aac(3″)-Ⅰ,and aac(2″)-Ⅰ was 55%(11/20),60%(12/20),35%(7/20),60%(12/20),50%(10/20) and 45%(9/20).The other 6 kinds genes were all negative.The total positive rate of AMEs gene was 95%(19/20).CONCLUSIONS It is the first report that 16S rRNA methylases gene is existed in P.aeruginosa;there is very high positive rate of AMEs genotypes in P.aeruginosa;there are differences in gene existing among two hospitals.

To observe the therapeutic efficacy of electric stimulation on points for children's amblyopia.Method:Ninety children amblyopia cases with ametropia upon correction were randomized into three groups:point electric stimulation,comprehensive conventional therapy and integrative therapy of the above two.And then visual function changes of kids in the three groups were observed.Results:Among the above three therapies,the recovery rates of point electric stimulation,comprehensive conventional therapy and integrative therapy of the two were 83.9%,82.6%and 94.25 respectively,showing no significant difierence(P＞0.05) among the three groups.Conclusion:Point electric stimulation has similar action with comprehensive conventional therapy in the treatment of children's amblyopia,and the combination of the two therapies has better effect,indicating point electric stimulation can speed up recovery of visual function of kids with amblyopia.
