Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(12):-
Objective To study the clinical effect of Xianglian in Mixture (Mixture of Nutgrass Galingale Rhizome and Golden Thread) in treatment of premature beat accompanied anxiety disorder. Methods Totally 100 patients of premature beat accompanied anxiety disorder were randomly assigned into two groups. The 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xianglian Mixture and the 50 in the control group were treated with Rytmonorm and Alprazolam for 4 weeks. The TCM symptom scores, premature beats in Holter, scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and the therapeutic effect on all these indices of both groups were observed. Results After treatment, the TCM symptom scores, premature beats in Holter, scores of HAMA of both groups were decreased significantly (P0.05).Conclusion Xianglian Mixture can reduce premature beats and relieve anxiety as well.
2.Evaluation of risks perceived by people using HIV voluntary counseling and testing services
Chinese Journal of AIDS & STD 2007;0(05):-
Objective To investigate and analyze structure of risk perceived by people using HIV voluntary counseling and testing services and related factors.Method Two hundred and sixty eight VCT users were selected from 2 CDCs and 2 hospitals in Beijing and their perceived risks in the process of VCT were assessed by using self-administered question- naires.Factor analysis was performed to understand the relationship between different perceived risks, and risks perceived by different users were evaluated. Results Six factors were obtained from the factor analysis which included:fear of priva- cy disclosure, embarrassment, concern over the reliability of HIV tests, cost & time consumption, the tragic outcomes of HIV positive tests, and potential medical expenditures in the future. And the risks perceived by low and high income users were much higher than those perceived by middle income users. Conclusion There are clear structure of risks perceived by people using HIV voluntary counseling and testing, and people with different incomes have different levels of perceived risks.

Methods Various po wer setting (40 W,60 W,80 W) at increasing exposure time (1 sec,3 sec,5 sec) wer e used during application of APC to different mucosa (gastric body and autrum) o f fresh stomaches gotten from 5 pigs.Histologic appearance and measurement of de pth and diameter of tissue necrosis area were examined through light microscope. Results Under the same power, the depth and the diameter were increased with th e exposure time increasing(P
6.A clinical study of total intravenous anaesthesia in laparoscopic operation
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(z1):38-41
Objective To evaluate the recovery and hemedynamics of total intravenous anaesthesia (TIVA) with propofol and remifentanil. Methods Thirty ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ patients undergoing hperoscopic oper-ation were randomly divided into the TIVA group(group A,n=15) and the combined intravenous with inhala-tion anaesthesia greup(group B,n=15). Anaesthesia was induced in the same manner in both greups:Midazo-lam 0.05mg/kg,vecurium 0.1mg/kg,propofol 1.5mg/kg and remifentanil 1.5 μg/kg.Remifentanil was infused 2.5 μg/ml) in group A or with sevoflurane( 1.3% end-tidal) in group B to maintain anaesthesia. With termi-nation of surgery, anaesthetic delivery was discontinued simuhaneously.Bp,HR at all stages and recovery profiles were recorded. Results (1)Between before inflation and after inflation or between at the end of op-eration and the basic values in group A,there were no significant differences in Bp,HR. (2) Times from stop-ping administration of anaesthetics until full spontaneous respiration and eye opening were similar for two groups.Time for trachcal extubation was significantly less in the group A than group B. (3)The rates of post-operative nausea or vomiting were similar. Conclusion The application of TIVA with propefol and remifen-tanil is associated with better hemodynamic stability and better recovery profile as compared to the combined intravenous with inhalation anaesthesia.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(6):28-31
Objective To explore the relationship between excessive gestational weight gain and the risk of macrosomia. Methods Three databases were systematically reviewed and reference lists of relevant articles from January 2001 to December 2014 were checked. Meta-analysis of published epidemiological studies (cohort and case-control studies) was done. The odds ratio (OR) was used to evaluate the relationship of excessive gestational weight gain and macrosomia delivery. Results Twelve relevant articles were included to analyze, including 4 cohort studies and 8 case-control ones. The values of OR and 95%CI of macrosomia in pregnant women with excessive and non-excessiveweight gain were 1.66 (1.49, 1.83). Conclusion The risk of macrosomia in pregnant women with excessive gestational weight gain is much higher than those with normal gestational weight gain.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To study the best combination of respiratory parameters that can maintain good ventilation with a low airway pressure under general anesthesia and CO2 pneumoperitoneum (12 mm Hg) during laparoscopy, which is important for lung protections. Methods Basic respiratory parameters of anesthesia machine, respiratory frequency (f), tidal volume (VT), and respiration ratio (I∶E), were used as three factors A, B, and C. The there levels were set as f=15, 12, and 9 bpm; VT =8, 10, and 12 ml/kg body weight; and I∶E =1∶2.5, 1∶2.0, and 1∶1.5. L9(34) K=3 was adopted for repeated orthogonal experimental design. The effect of different combinations of respiratory parameters on peak inspiratory pressure (PIP), mean airway pressure (Pmean),and end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure (PETCO2), were analyzed statistically. Results During the laparoscopy, the vital signs of 27 patients were stable under general anesthesia with 9 combinations of the respiratory parameters, the SpO2 was maintained at 100%, and the PEEP was kept at 1 hPa. The effect of the three levels of VT (factor B) on PIP was not significant (P=0.074). While the effects of f (factor A) on PETCO2 and I∶E on Pmean were significantly different among the three levels (P=0.002 and P=0.017, respectively). Conclusion The best combination of three factors-levels respiratory parameters is not small tidal volume with fast frequency or large tidal volume with slow frequency, but is A2B2C2 (f=12 bpm, VT=10 ml/kg body weight, and I∶E=1∶2.0).

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2015;(6):662-665
Purpose To study the c1inica1 and patho1ogica1 features of pituicytoma. Methods Ten cases of pituicytoma were re-trieved. Their c1inicopatho1ogic and immunohistochemica1 features were studied, and the re1ated 1iterature was a1so reviewed. Results The 10 patients aged from 4 to 68 years, with 4 ma1es,and 6 fema1es. The fo11ow-up information of 9 cases was co11ected:a11 of them were survived,whi1e one fema1e recurred 2 years after operation. Histo1ogica11y,the tumor was composed of bipo1ar e1ongated spind1e ce11. Immunohistochemica11y,the tumor ce11s showed strong1y positive for S-100(10/10)and vimentin(10/10),whi1e weak or foca1 positive for GFAP(10/10)and EMA(4/10). CKpan was negative in a11 cases and Ki-67 pro1iferation index was 1ow(1% ~5%). Conclusion Pituicytoma is a 1ow-grade spind1e ce11 tumor,typica11y occurs in the se11ar region. It is most common1y found in adu1ts,especia11y in ado1escent patients. The tumor shou1d be distinguished from pi1ocytic astrocytoma and neurohypophysea1granu1ar ce11 tumor. Pituicytoma exhibits strong1y positive for S-100 and vimentin. Genera11y,this tumor behaves indo1ent1y,but some may re-cur.
