1.Study on the Problems of Medical Informationization in the View of Ethics
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(6):723-728
This paper summarized the problems of medical informationization from the perspective of ethics. While medical informationization brings about the benefits of the enhancement of information mobility and interac-tion,its negative impacts also cause the indifference of doctor-patient relationship and the leakage of privacy infor-mation.At the same time,to ensure real and effective information data is the basis for the development of informa-tionization.Finally,this paper put forward to save time using informationization,to improve the doctor-patient re-lationship with the advantages of convenient communication,to protect patients' privacy through information super-vision and encryption, and to establish data quality standards.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
In recent years the loss of humanity spirit in medicine has been the undeniable fact, which accordingly pro-vokes criticisms from patients and media. To reshape the perfect image of medical circle,it is pressing to transcend theutilitarianism of medical education , enhance the humanity education and develope the spirit of humanity.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(20):3184-3189
BACKGROUND:Basic fibroblast growth factor is a pluripotent cytokine that can promote the proliferation of mesodermal and neuroectodermal cells.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor in human periodontal ligament cells cultured in vitro.
METHODS:Human periodontal ligament cells at passage 5 were inoculated into the 96-wel plates at the density of 1×108/L, and were randomly divided into four groups. The cells were cultured inα-MEM containing 15%fetal bovine serum and 0, 1, 10, 100μg/L basic fibroblast growth factor, respectively. At 1, 3, 5, 7 days of the culture, the cellproliferation was determined, and the activity of alkaline phosphates was detected at 1 and 7 days.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:There were significant differences in the proliferation of human periodontal ligament cells among the four groups (F=6.586, P=0.024). As the increase of the basic fibroblast growth factor concentrations, the absorbance value was gradual y increased and reached the peak in 100μg/L basic fibroblast growth factor group (P<0.05). The alkaline phosphatase activity in basic fibroblast growth factor groups was lower than that of the control group (P=0.000), the higher the concentration was, the lower activity was (P<0.05). Results show that basic fibroblast growth factor can promote the proliferation of human periodontal ligament cells and inhibit the activity of alkaline phosphatase, and the effect is concentration-dependent.

Colorectal cancer is a common malignancy in China. The incidence of it showed an increasing trend with the economic development, living standards improvement and lifestyle changes. The traditional treatment methods include surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In recent years, hyperthermia has become a method for treating tumor.Hyperthermia kills tumor cells by thermal effect and no-thermal effect. Not only does it have a direct therapeutic effect on tumor cells, hyperthermia also has some synergy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Hyperthermia combined with conventional therapy can improve the local control rate and extend survival for patients. In this paper, the efficacy of hyperthermia has been reviewed, combined with a variety of treatment methods for colorectal cancer in China.

Objective To explore the difference of the clinical effect and changes of neck’s curvature after different pulling treatments on cervical spondylopathy between two groups. Methods Seventy eight patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Therapy group(39 cases) were treated with traction and counter-traction manipulation of Chinese massage in supine position, and control group(39 cases) were treated with conventional traction in sitting position . Results After first period of treatment, the rates of cure were 79.5% in therapy group and 43.6% in control group . There was significant difference between the two methods(P

20?109/L in 12 to 19(median 14)days after transplantation.Complete chimerism was achieved in all the patients at one month after HSCT.Two patients had acute GVHD and one had chronic GVHD.With a median follow-up of 31(19~37)months,8 of 9 patients were alive and disease-free.Conclusion The intravenous Bu/Flu conditioning regimen may reduce transplantation-related toxicities and can achieve full chimerism and high long-term disease-free survival.Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation using intravenous Bu/Flu conditioning regimen is a safe and effective option for the patients with myeloid hematopathy.

Objective To establish a method for determination of Icariin in Yishengling granules (Sucrose-free) by HPLC. Methods Using a column packed with C18 and mixture of acetonitrile-water (30∶70) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Result The linear range of Icariin was 4.1~20.5 ?g (r=1). The mean recovery was 102.90% and RSD was 1.72%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and rapid, and can be applied to the quality control of Yishenling granules (Sucrose-free).

International Eye Science 2009;9(7):1224-1225
·AIM: To study the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for traumatic cataract.·METHODS: Seventy-three cases(73 eyes) traumatic cataract were performed multi-operation combined cataract extraction, including insertion of a capsular tension ring(CTR), vitreoretinal surgery, ocular foreign body extraction and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation.·RESULTS: Of 73 patients, twenty-seven cases were blunt trauma, while 46 cases were penetrating injuries. Three months after surgery, the final best spectacle-corrected visual acuity(BSCVA) in 5 patients (7%) were 0.05 or less, seventeen(23%) 0.05 to 0.3, while 49(67%) 0.3 or more. There were 93% cases relieved from blindness. Atrophy of eyeball occurred in two cases(3%). Mean follow-up time was 7.8(range 3-15) months.·CONCLUSION: Useful vision can be restored in a proportion of traumatic cataracts after prompt and rational surgical intervention as well as appropriate treatment of sight-threaten complications.
