1.Clinical Application Value of MSCT & Reconstruction Technique on Budd-chiari Syndrome Diagnosis
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective To explore the clinical implications of MSCT and reconstruction technique of Budd-chiari syndrome diagnosis. Methods Hepatic vein and intrahepatic inferior vena cava vascular morphology were shown by 55 cases of Budd-chiari syndrome with confirmed by ultrasound and clinic in nearly two years, which used the 64-row MSCT exami- nation in upper abdominal and enhanced scan, and reconstruction techniques that is included MPR and MIP etc. Results The compression and narrow signs of hepatic vein and intrahepatic inferior vena cava can be seen by reconstruction imag- ing with post -processing techniques, at the same time, these phenomena that are varying degrees of cirrhosis, splenomegaly, ascites, and esophageal varices can be displayed by Budd-chiari syndrome imaging in plain and enhanced CT images. Conclusion MSCT reconstruction techniques can be used to manifest clearly the appearance of hepatic vein and inferior vena cava, and have important diagnostic value and clinical significance.

3.China's Pharmaceutical Industry:Competitive Features,Marketing Condition and Development Strategy
China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the competitive condition and development strategy of China's pharmaceutical industry.METHODS:Applying the methods of industry economy theory.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Features of pharmaceutical industry competition find expression in different products competition, relative monopolistic competition and scale dominant competition.China's pharmaceutical industry is developing rapidly. But its degree of centralization, profit, scale effect and ability of research and development is low,it is still in disperse and low level competitive condition. In the course of establishing new management system,we need setting up effective mechanism of industry policy, carrying out different competitive strategy, supporting good enterprises and pushing formward intensive development of China's pharmaceutical industry.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2009;36(11):1483-1489
The female sheep reproductive tracts were freshly collected from a local meat processing plant and used as experimental materials. Two antibacterial peptides were isolated and characterized from female sheep reproductive tracts by two consecutive chromatographic steps. The peptide isolation procedures included acetic acid extraction, dialyzed, gel filtration chromatography on Sephadex G-50, and reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Their molecular mass were 4 820.47 u and 4 012.5 u, respectively, analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS. The partial N-terminal amino acid sequences of two peptides were determined as AYVLDEPKP and YDSGA, respectively, by Edman degradation. The antimicrobial activity was tested during each purification step by the radial diffusion plate assay and broth microdilution method. These two peptides showed good antimicrobial activities against reference strains of G~+(S. Aureus ATCC2592 and Streptococcu ATCC55121), G~-(E. Coli ATCC25922) and fungi(C. Albicans ATCC2002). The peptides did not show active hemolytic activity against rabbit blood red cells and had no significant effects on human blood coagulation system. The discovery of antibacterial peptides in sheep reproductive system reveals that antibacterial peptides may play a role in innate immunity against microorganisms in a wide range of animal species.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(20):-
Objective To study disfunction of activated T cell from peripheral blood and explore its role on pathogenesis in patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP).Methods T cell subsets and expression of membrane molecule on activated T cell in peripheral blood were measured in 26 refractory MPP patients by using immunofluorescence and flowcytometry, and compared with those of 18 control healthy children. Results The percentage of CD4~+ cell from peripheral blood in refractory MPP children was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusions There are disfunctions of T cell in refractory MPP patients in acute period, and the abnormal T cell activated disfunction may play an important role on pathogenesis.

Radiotherapy plays a crucial role in cervical cancer.Intensity modulated radiation therapy is widely used gradually, which allows the photon beam within each field to be modulated and therefore improves the dose distribution by maximizing target coverage and minimizing the damage to normal tissue.Concurrent radiochemotherapy plus brachytherapy are standard therapeutic methods for local advanced cervical cancer.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
Objective To explore the surgical diagnosis of pediatric empyema, treatment and surgical operation opportunity. Methods From July 2003 to March 2009, 55 cases were treated , and plcural effusion was punctured in 2 cases. Closed drainage of thoracic cavitythe was done under local anesthesia in rest cases. 21 case fully recovered and 32 cases were taken pleural decortication. One case was taken pleural decortication and thoracoplasty. Results There was no operative mortality. After follow - up of 3 to 24 months, there was no recurrence , no complications such as thoracic deformity. Conclusion Pediatric empyema need timely diagnosis and active conservative treatment. Once fluidify absorbed slowly and there was persistent tendency, operation need to be done as soon as possible. After pleural decortication, we can get satisfied therapeutic effect.

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of low or medium heparinization in porcine model for coronary artery restenosis and investigate the rational dose of unfractionated heparin. Methods According to the doses of unfractionated heparin given to the animal models 24 porcines were randomized into low heparinization group(100 U/kg) and medium heparinization group(150 U/kg).We took blood samples from each porcine and measured the ACT value before intravenous injection of unfractionated heparin and 5 minutes,20 minutes,30 minutes and 60 minutes after heparinization. We compared the effects of anticoagulation, compression hemostasis and the occurance of adverse events. Results Both low and medium heparinization groups achieved the ACT peak value(245.3?93.64 s vs.241.0?37.29 s,P=0.824) 5 minute after intravenous injection of heparin and maintained high ACT value(191.8?53.06 s vs.184.6?42.82 s,P=0.707) within 20 minutes. The ACT value of medium heparinization group was higher than low heparinization group 30 minute later(193.9?58.95 s vs.154.0?28.20 s,P=0.005).The compression time for hemostasis in medium heparinization group was longer than low heparinization group(17.7?2.96 mins vs.14.3?4.44 mins,P=0.042).No peri-operation adverse events were found in both groups. Conclusion Low heparinization can provide adequate anticongulation for a 20-minute-operation and at the same time reduce the compression time for hemostasis in the porcine model for coronary artery restenosis.
