Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(2):96-98
TROP2 (trophoblastic cell surface protein 2),a cell-surface glycoprotein,is named after its high expression only in trophoblast cells.Recent studies found that TROP2 protein is overexpressed in a variety of human epithelial cancers, and it is associated with the prognosis. However, the mechanism is still not clear.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(1):36-37
Objective To explore the prevalence and related factors of female sexual dysfunction(FSD) in women with diabetic. Methods Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI) was used to investigate the prevalence of FSD in 336 women with diabetes.Logistic analysis was conducted between diabetic women with FSD and without FsD for related factom of diabetic FSD.Results Two hundred and fourty-four patients were found to have FSD.The prevalence was 72.6% .The Logistic analysis showed that FSD was significantly relaed to diahetic course and diabetic neuropathy. Conclusion The prevalence of FSD in diabetic women is significandy greater than non-diabetic women.Diabetic course and diabetic neuropathy play an important role in the development of FSD in diabetic women.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(2):90-91
Objective To investigate the effects of Modifded DaHuang ZheChong Pill on T lymphocyte subpopulation of S180 tumor-bearing mice. Methods The mice were built to the S180 sarcoma model. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups:High-dose Modifded DaHuang ZheChong Pill group.middle-dose Modifded DaHuang ZheChong Pill group,low-dose Modifded DaHuang ZheChong Pill group, model group, and normal group. The proportion of the T lymphocyte subpopulation was detected by Flow Cytometer in the different experimental groups. Results Modifded DaHuang ZheChong pill could control radio of CD4/CD8,especially,in the high dosage group. Conclusion Modifded DaHuang ZheChong Pill could remit and improve the immune function in tumor-bearing mice, showing the best results in High-dose Modifded DaHuang ZheChong Pill group.
4.Efficacy of probucol combined with atorvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease with unstable angina
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(21):2899-2900
Objective To compare the influence of blood lipids and angina pectoris using combination therapy in coronary heart diseases(CHD) with unstable angina. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into the probucol group(A group) 50 cases and probucol combined with atorvastatin treatment group(B group) 50 cases,The treadmill exercise ECG test, lipid and oxidation before and after treatment in two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in group B significantly higher than 64.0% in group A(χ2 =3.841,P<0.05);The total effective rate of ECG was 74.0% in group B after treatment which was significantly higher than the 42.0% in group A(χ2 = 3.981,P<0.05);Treadmill exercise ECG test positive 82.0%,84.0% in two group before treatment, significantly higher than that 48.0%,24.0% in two group after treatment,(χ2 = 3.841,3.791,all P<0.05);Angina pectoris in A、 B group after treatment [(1.6 ± 0.8) times、(1.0 ± 0.5) times]were significantly lower than [(4.3±1.9) times、(4.6 ±2.8) times]before treatment(χ2 =7.584,7.984,all P<0.01).Conclusion Probucol was a safe and effective drug for treating hypolipidemic and reducing angina attack. Its combination with atorvastatin was safe, and the efficacy is more visible.
5.Africa Center for Disease Control and Prevention:analysis of its development strategy
Military Medical Sciences 2016;40(12):999-1002
Faced with huge demand for building public health capacity in the post-Ebola era, Africa Union has planned to establish Africa Center for Disease Control and Prevention ( Africa CDC,ACDC), with headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and at least 5 regional collaborating centers in each region of the continent .The strategic objectives of ACDC focus on building a continental integrated public health system and strengthening needed public health capacity .The current study analyzed the background , plans, development layout and strategy of ACDC , and provided references for China-Africa cooperation in the areas of public health and for the formulation of China global strategies of biosecurity and disease prevention and control .
6.Research progress of postoperative atrial fibrillation
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2013;38(8):863-868
Postoperative atrial fibrillation (POAF) is the most common complication after cardiac surgery, which leads to hemodynamics disorder, prolongs hospitalization and increases mortality. The underlying mechanisms behind POAF are associated with cardiomyocyte injury, sympathetic activation and inflammation. The prediction of POAF is based on correlated index from pre-, intra-and post-surgery. POAF can be treated by rhythm and heart rate control as well as and antithrombotic therapy.
7.Functions of human ADP-ribosylation factor 1 and association with tumors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
In 1982, ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs), a family of GTP-binding proteins associated with Golgi complexes, were initially recognized based on their ability to stimulate the ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of cholera toxin in vitro, and named so. In fact, this pathophysiologic activity has been useful for functionally defining members of the ARF family. However, during last decade, genetic and biochemical studies have shown the physiologic role of ARFs that also play an essential role in intracellular vesicular transport, particularly in Golgi complexes, activate phospholipase D activity as a nod of signal transduction of cells. Moreover, their more functions were revealed continuously recently. Especially, human ARF1 was found earliest, and studied profoundly in human body cell. Therefore, in this article, there is a comprehensive review about its regulators and effectors, functions and its possibilities involved in tumorigenesis, development of tumors.
8.Oxidative stress induced by sleep deprivation: an update
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
Sleep deprivation, as a stress just like starvation and anoxia, can induce the physiological function changes, such as emotion disorders, cognition disorders, and immune disorders. Oxidative stress is common in cells and is closely related to aging, Alzheimer disease, Pakinson diseases, etc. Previous studies showed that sleep deprivation could induce oxidative stress via different pathways, namely, the increase of the metabolic rate and free radicals, the depress of antioxidant ability, and the indirect effects of endoplasmic reticulum stress. In this review we summarize the recent progress on the above fields.
9.Research Advance of Relationship Between RET Proto-Oncogene and Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To review recent studies on the research advance of the relationship between RET proto-oncogene and differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods The literatures in recent years on the structure of RET gene and coding product, cell signal transduction, relationship between RET proto-oncogene and differentiated thyroid carcinoma were reviewed. Results RET gene encoding tyrosine kinase receptor, involving in cell signal transduction, rearrangement of RET gene was frequently seen in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Conclusion Rearrangement of RET gene was closely correlated with the occurrence and progress of differentiated thyroid carcinoma,RET gene may be considered as a new therapeutic target for differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
