1.Effect of Tirofiban on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction During PCI
Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2005;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of tirofiban on patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI)during emergency PCI.Method:80 patients with PCI were randomized into a study group(tirofiban+PCI group,n=40)and a controlled group(PCI group n=40).Their angiographic characteristics before and after PCI were collected and studied. The in-hospital cardiovascular events and the bleeding complications were assessed.Result:The patients in the study group were recovered with a higher rate of TIMI 3 grade flow than in the controlled group. There was a lower incidence of the in-hospital cardiac events in the study group than that of the control group(P
2.Study on the Preparation of PEG-SOD Enteric-coated Capsuls
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the method of preparing PEG-SOD enteric-coated capsuls and quality standard.ME_ THODS:Orthogonal design was used to select the optimal conditions for preparing PEG-SOD enteric-coated capsuls and the relevant quality standard of PEG-SOD enteric-coated capsuls was established according to the China Pharmacopoeia(2000). RESULTS:The optimal conditions were as follows:the content of PEG-SOD per capsule was40000IU;the weight ratio of stabilizer lactose was2.5%;filler was carboxymethyl starch;drying process was at60℃for20min.The preparation was ac?corded with the relevant quality standard.CONCLUSION:The technic of preparation is feasible, the method of quality control is reliable and the quality of preparation is stable.
3.Neoadjuvant treatment for locally advanced esophageal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(8):599-602
Neoadjuvant therapy refers to preoperative adjuvant treatment based on the experiences of successful postoperative adjuvant treatment. The neoadjuvant therapy, which aims at increasing the possibility of cancer resection and improving patients survival, includes neoadjuvant chemotherapy, neoadjuvanl radiother-apy and neoadjuvant chemoradiation. Neoadjuvant chemoradiation may be the preferred neoadjuvant modality to increase resection rate and improve survival rate in patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(28):-
OBJECTIVE:To strength pharmacy management, improve pharmacy stocktaking efficiency and lower the error rate of the stocktaking in outpatient pharmacy.METHODS:Based on "Army No.1" inventory management system, the data were retrieved and adjusted using Excel spreadsheet, and the inter-district small-scale inventory table of the outpatient pharmacy was designed in which certain individuals should be responsible for certain drugs and the order of drugs in the inventory table were in line with the arrangement order of drugs.RESULTS:The new drug stocktaking model reduced the error rate of traditional monthly drug stocktaking by 3%.CONCLUSION:The established drug stocktaking method reduces human and material resources, facilitates a more flexible, convenient and rapid stocktaking, and greatly enhances the conformity rate between drugs and accounts.
5.Grouping Work Model and Management of Central Pharmacy in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the management of central pharmacy in our hospital. METHODS: In daily work, performance score of a job was related with quality evaluation using grouping work model and management method of allocating a specific responsibility to a specific person. RESULT & CONCLUSION: The work process of central pharmacy is clear and plays a great role in economizing on resources relatively.

China Pharmacist 2014;(10):1786-1787
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of viterxin in Stenoloma chusana( L. ) Citing. Methods:A Waters Symmetry C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column was used, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% glacial acetic acid solution (27∶73) at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was at 339nm, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:The linear relationship of viterxin was good within the range from 10. 03 to 90. 27μg·ml-1 . The average recovery was 100. 48%(RSD=0. 98%). Conclusion:The established method is accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility, which can be applied in the determination of viterxin of Stenoloma chusana( L. ) Citing.
9.Influence of some factors on the prognosis of the postoperative stage ⅢA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Purpose:To identify clinical predictors of stage ⅢA-N2 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:From March 1995 to February 1998, 118 patients with pathological stage ⅢA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer who underwent a resection by Shanghai Chest Hospital were analysed. Prognostic factors were estimated from the date of operation using the Kaplan-Meier and log-rank analysis. The Cox regression model evaluated the influence of factors on the survival. Results:The overall of 3-year and 5-year survivals of the 118 patients were 40.5% and 18.4%. Margin, the number of N2 lymph nodes and stations, the cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy were associated with survival. In a multivariate analysis, the number of N2 lymph nodes and the cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy significantly influenced survival. Conclusions:The number of N2 lymph nodes and the cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy were important prognostic factors of stage ⅢA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer.
10.Variation of asthma patient's quality oflife after anti-inflammation treatment
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
Aim To evaluate the influence of asthma and the effect of anti-inflammation therapy on the quality of life (QOL) in allergic asthma patients. Methods The QOL of 45 patients with asthma were investigated by collecting questionnaire before and after three months anti-inflammation treatment , at the same time the serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) level was detected in 20 patients. The QOL questionnaire included 4 domains, they were respiratory symptoms, physical activity limitation, emotional function and environmental stimuli. Results The factors which influenced the QOL in asthma patients ranging from high to low were environmental stimuli, respiratory symptom and emotion function and physical activity limitation. After anti-inflammation treatment, the QOL was significantly improved and the serum ECP was decreased (P
