Objective To investigate the differences in dosimetry between conformal radiotherapy (CRT),field-in-field intensity-modulated radiotherapy (FIF-IMRT),and intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) after breast-conserving surgery for left-sided breast cancer.Methods A total of 31 patients who underwent breast-conserving surgery for left-sided breast cancer were randomly selected,and the plans for CRT,FIF-IMRT,and IMRT were developed.The dose-volume histogram (DVH) was used for self-control study,and the non-parametric test was used to compare the differences in target volume and doses to organs at risk (OARs).Results All the three methods met the requirements of the prescribed doses.The CRT group had a higher V105 of the target volume and higher heart V30 and Dmax (P=0.000,0.000,0.000).The IMRT group had higher V5 and Dmean (P=0.000,0.000),as well as a higher lung V5 and a lower lung V40 (P=0.000,0.000).The FIF-IMRT group had the lowest Dmean (P=0.000),and the IMRT group had significantly higher Dmean and Dmax of the right lung and the spinal cord than the other two groups (P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000).The FIF-IMRT group had a significantly lower single hop count than the other two groups (P=0.000).Conclusions CRT has a good dose distribution in the target volume,but greatly injures the surrounding tissues.FIF-IMRT can well protect OARs and cause less damage to the device.

目的探讨运动想像和促进技术对偏瘫肩痛的康复疗效。方法31例脑卒中后偏瘫患者被随机分成运动想像和促进技术组(治疗组)18例与一般康复治疗组(对照组)13例。采用Partridge方法进行疼痛程度的评估。结果治疗后两组疼痛程度积分均明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运动想像和促进技术对偏瘫肩痛的康复治疗有一定的疗效。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of team-based learning (TBL) combined with flipped classroom in the teaching of physiology.Methods:A total of 70 medical students were selected and randomly divided into two groups, experimental group ( n=34) and control group ( n=36). Both groups studied digestion physiology by different method. In the experimental group, the students were taught by TBL combined with flipped classroom. The control group was given traditional teaching. The students studied and discussed problems in a team, and shared the answers in the flipped classroom. The effects of teaching were evaluated by the final test scores and the self-made questionnaire. SPSS 17.0 was used for t test on data comparison between the two groups. Results:The test scores of digestion physiology in the experimental group were (5.47±1.02) points, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (4.42±1.63) points, with significant differences ( P=0.020). A total of 34 questionnaires were issued and 34 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 100%. The questionnaire results showed that TBL combined with flipped classroom was accepted and approved by about 82% of students in the experimental group who agreed that the teaching model helps enhance students' initiative and interest in learning, develop their sense of cooperation and comprehensive application ability. Conclusion:TBL combined with flipped classroom is feasible and effective in the physiological teaching, and it can be popularized in medical courses.

Objective To study the effect of lower limb muscle strength on balance.Methods One hun- dred eighty elderly subjects were divided into six groups by sex and muscle strength level.There were low,moderate and high muscle strength groups for males and females.The static standing balance of these subjects was performed u- sing a PH-A computerized stabilometer with their eyes open and closed.Sway index,covered area,rectangle-area, length and length/area of the destabilizing locui were assessed.Results When standing with the eyes either open or closed,sagittal and lateral sway index,covered area and rectangle-area were significantly larger in the lowest mus- cle strength groups when compared with the others.Length/area was also significantly less.There was no significant difference between the moderate muscle strength group and the highest strength group.Conclusion Lower limb strength affects balance.

In this study, UPLC-MS/MS was adopted to determine the contents of five ephedrine alkaloids (Norephedrine, Norpseudoephedrine, Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, Methylephedrine) in plasma and urine in rats after the combined administration of Ephedrae Herba-Gypsum Fibrosum and calculate relevant pharmacokinetic parameters, in order to discuss the effect of the combined administration of Ephedrae Herba-Gypsum Fibrosum on plasma pharmacokinetics and urinary excretion characteristics. According to the results, after being combined with Gypsum, the five ephedrine alkaloids showed similar pharmacokinetic changes, such as shortened t(max), accelerated absorption rate, but reduced AUC(0-t) and V(z)/F, which may be related to the increase in urine excretion. Besides, Gypsum was added to enhance C(max) of Pseudoephedrine and prolong MRT(0-t) of Methylephedrine, so as to enhance the anti-asthmatic effect of Ephedrae Herba and resist the toxic effect of Norephedrine and Ephedrine. This study proved the scientific compatibility of Ephedrae Herba-Gypsum Fibrosum and provided a reference for studies on the prescription compatibility regularity and relevant practices.

Objective To investigate the effect of growth hormone replacement therapy on life quality of patients with growth hormone deficiency after sellar tumor surgery.Methods The data of 13 patients undergoing sellar tumor resection and suffering postoperative hypopituitarism from Jun.2009 to Dec.2010.were collected.Each of them was given daily 0.5 units growth hormone (about 0.17 mg) as replacement therapy.The life quality of patients at different time points was evaluated with QoL-GDHA scale.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 1,3,and 6 months after treatment,QoL-GDHA score of the patients was 3.91± 2.29,3.38 + 2.43,and 3.23 + 2.28 repectively,significantly lower than before ( 8.69 ± 2.66).The difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion Growth hormone replacement therapy can significantly improve the life quality of patients with hypopituitarism after sellar tumor surgery.

OBJECTIVE To establish and validate a multiplex real time quantitative PCR method for cyto megalovirus(CMV)pro moter nucleic acid sequence detection.METHODS Probes and primers were designed according to CMV pro moter sequence and mouse β-actin house-keeping gene,the a mpli-fication specificity was analyzed using SYBR Green I dissociation curve.The reaction syste m was opti-mized,the sensitivity,linearity and reproducibility of the method were validated.RESULTS Forward primer sequence for CMV pro moter sequence were 5′AGACTTGGAAATCCCCGTGAGT3′;reverse prim-er sequence were 5′CGTATTAGTCATCGCTATTACCATGGT3′;probe sequence were 5′AACCGC-TATCCACGCCCATTGATG3′. Forward primer sequence for β-actin gene were 5′CCTGAG-GCTCTTTTCCAGCC3′; reverse primer sequence were 5′TAGAGGTCTTTACGGATGTCAACGT3′;probe sequences were 5′TCCTTCTTGGGTATGGAATCCTGTGGC3′.Reaction efficiency of the CMV standard curve reached 100%, correlation coefficient reached 0.9978, quantification margin was between 1 .5 ×102 and 1 .5 ×107 copies,and sensitivity of the reaction reached 30 copies.CONCLUSION The multiplex method that could absolutely quantify the copies of CMV pro moter sequence is established.

Objective To explore the protective effcets of Schisandra chinensis extract (SCE) in paraquat (PQ)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice ,and its intrinsic molecular mechanisms thereof. Methods A total of 108 mice were randomly allocated into six groups (n=18):control group, model group, low concentration of SCE group (200 mg/kg), medium concentration of SCE group (400 mg/kg), high concentration of SCE group (800 mg/kg) and vitamin C group (100 mg/kg). Except control group, mice were given by intragastric administration with PQ (100 mg/kg) and administered with SCE and Vitamin C once per 24 h after PQ modeling. Mice were sacrificed at 7, 14 and 21 d after modeling. Six mice were executed at different time points. The degree of lung tissue inflammation and fibrosis were observed by HE staining and Masson staining. The mRNA and protein expression levels of transforming growth (TGF)-β1, interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-17 in lung tissue were determined by RT-PCR and ELISA respectively. Results (1) Compared with control group, the lung tissue of model group showed a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, space congestion, and its inflammation scores increased at 7 and 14 days after modeling (P<0.05). At the same time, compared with model group and vitamin C group, inflammation scores were significantly decreased in medium concentration of SCE group and high concentration of SCE group (P<0.05). (2) Compared with control group, collagen fibers and the degree of fibrosis were significantly increased in model group ,while pulmonary fibrosis were decreased in medium concentration of SCE group and high concentration of SCE group at 14 and 21 days after modeling (P<0.05). (3) With the extension of modeling time, both mRNA and protein expressions of TGF-β1 were obviously elevated, IL-6 decreased and IL-17 reduced after the first increase in PQ group. Compared with PQ group, levels of three cytokines mRNA and protein expression in medium concentration of SCE group and high concentration of SCE group changed as follows:IL-6 level was markedly decreased at 7 and 14 days after modeling;TGF-β1 level was markedly increased at 14 and 21 days after modeling. However, IL-17 level was markedly decrease at three time points(P<0.05). Conclusion SCE can relieve PQ-induced lung inflammation and fibrosis by suppressing TGF-β1, IL-6, and IL-17 expressions.
