Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cefotaxime combined with gamma globulin on neonatal septicemia. Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 88 cases of neonatal septicemia admitted in Jiangyou No.903 hospital from April 2014 to April 2017. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 44 cases. The control group was given symptomatic treatment and cefotaxime, while the observation group symptomatic treatment, cefotaxime and gamma globulin as well. After 7days of treatment, the overall effective rates, case fatality rates, clinical symptoms (body temperature, resistance to milk, neurological symptoms), time for improvement and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.45％, much higher than 72.73％ of the control group (P<0.01). The observation group had much lower case fatality rate than the control group did (2.27％ vs 18.19％) (P<0.05). The time the observation group took for improvement in the condition of body temperature, resistance to milk, neurological symptoms, and hospital stay was (3.25±1.07) days, (4.93±1.96) days, (5.92±1.58) days, and (6.80±1.94) days respectively, all significantly shorter than the time the control group took (P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of cefotaxime and gamma globulin is effective in the treatment of neonatal septicemia. It can significantly reduce case fatality rate and shorten the time for clinical symptoms and hospital stay.

Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of safflower yellow sodium chloride in the treat-ment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI)and its effects on cardiac function and oxidative stress.Methods 110 cases of AMI meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was given conventional drug treatment and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI),while the observation group was given con-ventional drug treatment and PCI in combination with safflower yellow sodium chloride.Then,the curative efficacy, indices of cardiac function and oxidative stress were observed and compared.Results The observation group had a total effective rate of 94.5%,which was significantly higher than 81.8% in the control group (χ2 =4.94,P =0.026).After the treatment,SV (t =3.23,P =0.002),CO(t =3.82,P =0.000)and LVEF (t =3.14,P =0.002) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05 ).As to oxidative stress,in comparison with the control group,SOD (t =8.42,P =0.000)was significantly higher and MDA (t =3.99, P =0.000)was significantly lower in the observation group (all P <0.05 ).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of safflower yellow sodium chloride for AMI was effective,which could significantly increase curative efficacy,improve cardiac function and alleviate oxidative stress.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of ~(125)I seeds brachytherapy in advanced head and neck malignant tumor.METHODS Twelve patients with post-radiotherapy recurred laryngeal cancer with bilateral cervical lymph node metastasis, tongue cancer with bilateral cervical lymph node metastasis or recurred maxillary sinus cancer and so on were operated radically,and ~(125)I seeds were implanted in wound area during operation.RESULTS With a follow-up of 24 to 32 months,no tumor recurred in 11 patients,and only one patient with tongue cancer recurred at 6 month after operation.No local infection, acute radioactive lesion,vessel broken or seeds migration happened.CONCLUSION The ~(125)I brachytherapy can be used as one of the comprehensive treatment method in advanced head and neck malignant tumors,especially in the recurred tumors after operation or radiotherapy or in the cancer which can not be radically removed.It's also an effective method to improve local control in the subset of patients with doubtful positive margins.

Methods:Combined with the characteristics of medical high-cost consumables, design a new high-cost consumables purchase management mode. Based on theArmy No.1high-cost consumables management system, using bar code technology, to realize the full closed tracking management of medical high-cost consumables. Results:Realized the unified control of the whole hospital medical high-cost consumables, timely and accurately mastered the material purchase, storage and usage, and to realize the object of the high-cost medical material management and safe usage. Conclusion:The scheme is feasible, and solve many problems, those are high-cost consumables management denominated in error, cost volatility and unseasonal financial processes and so on. It can become the effective means of hospital high-cost consumables management.

ObjectiveTo investigate employment status of graduate students of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (hereinafter referred to as our academy);To propose suggestions and promote employment.MethodsBased on data from employment dispatch database of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education during 2005-2013, data analysis and SWOT analysis were combined to use in this research to discuss employment characteristics of graduate students, such as education background, majors, genders, and regions.ResultsThe employment characteristics were concluded as follows:education level is high and employment trend is stable;compared to male, females are superior in quantity but inferior in seeking a job;the number of job-hunting students staying for Beijing decreases and increasing students intend to apply for a position all over the country;training target is defined and less students can work in university after graduation;subject advantage is prominent, which is highly regarded by employers. ConclusionIn order to help graduate students find jobs successfully, first of all, students’ ability with more professional skills should be improved;moreover, their sense in searching job should renewed through training courses, job services and personal instructions;in the end, more job information should be provided by establishing service network.

Metabonomics is a new member in the omics field following the development of genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, with its research object being the collection of metabolites-metabolome, the downstream products of life. Even with the development of past decade, there are still many problems to be solved in the area of experimental techniques, data analysis and results annotation. Any xenobiotics would cause the disturbance of homeostasis of organisms, resulting in the changes of metabolites. Consequently, toxicology is one of the major application areas of metabolomics, and is the earliest one. Metabolomics has been widely used in the early toxicological screening of leads, preclinical and clinical toxicology of drugs in animals and human, as well as in surrogate models such as cell lines and zebrafish. Annotation techniques for metabolic data have also been developed. In this paper, the development of metabolomic techniques and its application in toxicology are reviewed.

Objective: To analyze the application value of radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging in the localization and diagnosis for stable angina pectoris in clinical practice. Methods: A total of 70 patients who had been diagnosed with stable angina pectoris (SAP) were enrolled, and all patients underwent ATP-loaded ATP-99Tcm-MIBI (99Tcm-MIBI) myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and coronary angiography (CAG) were used to compare the accuracy of MPI imaging in localization and diagnosis for SAP. Results:In the 70 cases of patients with two methods of examination: ①In MPI diagnosis, positive patients were 50 cases, and the positive predictive value of SAP, sensitivity, negative predictive value and specificity were, respectively, 92.0%, 90.2%, 75.0% and 78.9%. There were 45 patients were consistently diagnosed as SAP by the two methods and the total compliance rate was 90.0%. ②in 70 patients, 51 cases were diagnosed as SAP by CAG examination, the positive rate was 72.9%; ③in 50 MPI positive patients, 46 patients were consistent with the results of CAG diagnosis, and the positive rate was 92.0%. The difference between the two methods was statistically significant (x2= 5.72, P<0.05). Conclusion: 99Tcm-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging can be used as a gatekeeper in patients with stable angina pectoris, and has high application value in the location and diagnosis for stable angina pectoris. The diagnosis and treatment links of stable angina pectoris can save costs and provide a reliable evidencet for clinical practice.
