Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:To elucidate the effect of osteogenic growth peptide(OGP) on the collagen I in cultured rat osteoblast-like cells.Method:Osteoblast-like cells were treated with 10-11~10-7mol/L of OGP for 7d respectively. Then cells were processed for SABC stain and examination of the collagen I.Microscopy and analysis system was used to investigate the changes of collagen I.Result:OGP can promote the expression of collagen I in rat osteoblast-like cells. The most best concentration of OGP is 10-9mol/L.Conclusion:Our results demonstrate that OGP at 10-9mol/L may stimulate the expression of collagen I in rat osteoblast-like cells in vitro.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;23(6):546-549
Objective To investigate the mental health and the general well-being among Hangzhou scientific and technical workers, and the mediating effect of coping strategies in perceived level of stress and mental health status. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method were developed among engineering technicians, agrotechnicians, researchers, health works and teaching staff.510 participants were evaluated with perceived stress of different types,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ),General Well-Being Schedule (GWB),and Self-Reporting Questionnaire 20 (SRQ-20).Results There was significant difference among sub-groups with different educational backgrounds, different occupation, and different age group for total scores of perceived stress (F=5.026,5.637,6.421,P<0.01).Female had significantly higher scores than male on total scores of negative coping factor of TCSQ,total scores SRQ-20 (26.33±6.29,4.36±3.84 vs 24.93±5.68,3.32±3.53) (all P<0.05).Total scores of negative coping factor of TCSQ,total scores of positive coping factor of TCSQ,and total scores of perceived stress were the significant predictors of both total scores SRQ-20 and total scores of GWB (all P<0.001).Both total scores of positive coping factor of TCSQ and total scores of negative coping factor of TCSQ mediated the effects of perceived stress on total scores of SRQ-20 (23.87%,29.33%,respectively) and total scores of GWB (24.29%,23.24%,respectively).Conclusion There do exist the mediating effects between coping strategies in perceived stress and mental health status, the improvement of coping modes of scientific and technical workers can be regarded as a useful intervention strategy to improve their mental health status.
3.Neurodegenerative diseases and endoplasmic reticulum stress
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(2):183-187
Neurodegenerative diseases, which are common nervous system diseases, seriously affect people''s life quality and even lives. So the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases is attracting more and more attention in recent years. People gradually realize that endoplasmic reticulum stress is associated with the pathogenesis of many diseases through studying the function of the endoplasmic reticulum. Neurodegen-erative diseases, endoplasmic reticulum stress, unfolded protein responsewere used as the key words of retrieval performance in the databases such as Pubmed,CNKI and so on. And the papers which closely re-lated with the theme were chosen to investigate the association between alzheimer''s disease, parkinson''s dis-ease,Huntington'' s disease ,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and ERS. It turned out that the expression of mo-lecular chaperone GRP78/Bip was increased in all neurodegenerative diseases, and the phosphorylation of eIF2α increased in most neurodegenerative diseases. However, the expression of some ERS-related factors was completely different in different neurodegenerative diseases. Thus, the study of ERS may be an important breakthrough for the pathogenesis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
5.Investigation and Analysis of Rational Use of Drugs in Outpatients with International Selected Drug Use Indicators as Benchmark
China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the drug use involved in outpatient's prescriptions in a hospital in 2007.METHO-DS: With the International Selected Drug Use Indicators and defined daily dose as indexes, the drug use involved in a total of 5 029 outpatient's prescriptions randomly selected from a hospital were analyzed statistically based on Excel sheet.RESULTS: Of the total 5 029 outpatient prescriptions,60.83% paid the expenses at one's own expense, and the average age of the patiens were 46.9 years. The average number of drugs prescribed for patient's each visit was 2.63 kinds, and the percentages of antibacterial agents, ampuls, and prescriptions of drugs prescribed in generic names were 21.79%,10.44%,and 50.47%,respectively.Quinolones,cephalosporins and macrocyclic lactones ranked at the first three places in DDDs and consumption sum.The drug utilization indexes of cephalosporins and penicillins were on the high side.23.72% of antibacterial agents used in combination and 76.28% alone,20.07% in bigeminy. The antibacterial agents used in trigeminy or more than 3 kinds in combination were all for antiuberculotic treatment.Physician's signature rate after prescription revision was 60.19%,and the rate of prescriptions in which medicines for oral administration or for external use were prescribed alone was 32.88%.CONCLUSION: The drug use for the outpatients in the hospital is rational on the whole, but measures should be taken to tighten control on the drug use by strenthening physicians' consiousness on rational drug use so as to reduce the incidence of irrational drug use.
6.Effect of Proprioceptive Training and Core Stability Training on Lower Limbs Motor Function and Balance in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;20(12):1109-1112
Objective To investigate the effects of proprioceptive training and core stability training on the lower limbs motor function and balance in patients with hemiplegia after stoke. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=20). Both groups received routine rehabilitation and the treatment group received proprioceptive training and core stability training in addition. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) of lower limbs, Functional Ambulation Category (FAC), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Timed Up-and-Go Test (TUGT) before and 6 weeks after treatment. Results The scores of FMA, FAC, BBS and TUGT improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.01), and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Addition of proprioceptive training and core stability training may further improve the lower limbs motor function and balance of the hemiplegics after stroke.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(1):88-90
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on breast cancer related lymphedema. Methods 70 patients with breast cancer related lymphedema were divided into experiment group (n=35) and control group (n=35). Both groups received intermittent pneumatic compression, while the experiment group received comprehensive rehabilitation including manual lymphatic drainage, muscle stretching, expanded the range of motion of shoulder, gradual resistance training, high frequency electrical therapy and health education. They were assessed with Disabilities of Arm, Shoulder and Hand Scale (DASH) and development of lymphedema before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results DASH scores and the development of lymphedema improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and improved more in the experiment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can further relieve breast cancer related lymphedema, and improve the upper extremity function.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(09):-
Along with the advances in interventional therapy, compression methods for arterial closure require prolonged compression or long arterial sheath dwelling period, which in turn would increase the procedural time, complication rates, and patients' discomfort. Under this circumstance, a variety of percutaneous arterial closure devices was invented offering rapid and reliable hemostasis but there are still some controversies concerning, whether it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications or not. This paper reviewed and comprehended many researches and literatures to assess the efficacy and complication rates of device-mediated closure versus the gold standard of manual compression.
