2.Treatment for traumatic optic neuropathy with mouse nerve growth factor:a meta-analysis
International Eye Science 2015;(4):633-635
AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of treating traumatic optic neuropathy( TON) with mouse nerve growth factor.
METHODS: We searched the Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Medline, CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP to collect randomized controlled trials ( RCTs ) of using mouse nerve growth factor for TON. The quality of the included trials was assessed and poor-qualified trials were eliminated before the meta - analysis was conducted.
RESULTS:Seven RCTs with a total of 399 eyes included were retrieved, and OR=3. 78 with a 95%CI of [ 2. 35, 6.06], the difference was significant (P<0. 01).
CONCLUSION:The existing evidence supports that the prognosis of TON is better when mouse nerve growth factor are adopted in treatment, but there is still a need for well-planned, large-scale and multicenter RCTs to verify it.
3.Research progress of the association between PAX6 gene and retinal diseases
International Eye Science 2014;(9):1606-1607
PAX6 gene plays an important role in embryological development, and the mutation of this gene may result incongenital aniridia, retinoblastoma, macula hypoplasia, Peters' anomaly and so on. A brief introduction of the background PAX6 gene, and the association between PAX6 and retinal diseases were summarized in this review.

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To explore the different characteristics of tumor recurrence after liver transplantation (LT)and hepatectomy(HC)in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The literatures about tumor recurrence of HCC after LT and HC were reviewed and their characteristics were compared. Results There are distinctions of recurrence rates, time, common sites between the recurred tumors after LT and HC,and their correlation factors and mechanisms of recurrence are also different. Conclusion Preventive measures should be strengthened and treatments should be more targeted according to the different characteristics of tumor recurrence after LT and HC to improve postoperative life quality and increase the survival rate.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
Phyllosphere and epiphytes have attracted significant interest of more and more researchers by their unique biological characteristics. Progress of research on phyllosphere and epiphytes was summarized in this paper, and the special emphasis was put on the characteristic of phyllosphere, microbial communities, invasion and the location of bacteria on leaf surfaces. Some ideas for further studies on phyllosphere microbes were also proposed.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;39(9):781-784
Objective To study the effect of point electric stimulation for urinary incontinence after postoperative cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty patients with urinary incontinence after postoperative cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=40 case). Point electric stimulation was given to the treatment group, and Oxybutynin hydrochloride sustained release tablets was given orally to the control group. Index of urinary diary and bladder capacity in both groups before treatment and after 3 weeks of treatment were observed. Results After 3 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate(87.2%vs. 65.8%,χ2=4.916) in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The times of voided (10.15 ± 2.21 times/24 hvs. 18.63 ± 3.42 times/24 h,t=12.956), the times of urinary incontinence (2.18 ± 1.04 times/24 h vs. 6.19 ± 2.16 times/24 h,t=10.421), the average voided volume (293.38 ± 16.32 mlvs. 180.82 ± 15.43 ml, t=31.083), the initial sensory capacity of bladder (276.73 ± 20.95 mlvs. 186.43 ± 21.14 ml,t=18.825), the maximum capacity of bladder (492.81 ± 23.72 mlvs. 293.81 ± 24.46 ml,t=36.244), the residual urine volume(13.25 ± 5.83 mlvs. 34.63 ± 6.25 ml,t=15.527) in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions The treatment of point electric stimulation can reduce the symptoms of urinary incontinence.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(10):-
Objective To explore the selection and clinical effects of internal or external drainage for upper urinary tract obstruction complicated with acute renal failure. Methods A total of 25 cases of upper urinary tract obstruction complicated with acute renal failure were treated with double J(DJ) tube internal drainage(12 cases,15 times) or percutaneous nephrectomy(PCN) external drainage(19 cases,23 times).15 cases of obstruction were induced by tumor and 10 cases of obstruction induced by benign disease. Results The drainage treatments were performed successfully in 23 cases, with the success rate of PCN and DJ drainage being 86.9%(20/23) and 60.0%(9/15),respectively.Postoperative bleeding occurred in 1 patient with PCN.Conclusions PCN is superior to DJ in the treatment of malignant obstruction, but DJ internal drainage may be the first choice for non-malignant obstruction.
