Objective:To explore the correlation between saber-sheath trachea and COPD patient age, gender. Methods:Collection of 2012-1-1~2012-11-07 year with COPD in 348 cases, thoracic axial CT 1mm layer thickness continuous scanning. In 10mm above aortic arch level measurement of tracheal intramural coronary diameter and the sagittal diameter. The shape of the level with coronary diameter and the sagittal diameter ratio (trachea index) to express. Results:Saber sheath trachea in 37 cases, were at the age above 60 emphysema degree without a male patients;endotracheal coronary diameter length range is 9~18mm, the average 13.5mm, sagittal diameter length range is 19~32mm, the average 25.5mm, tracheal index is in the range 0.38 to 0.66, average 0.52. Conclusion:Saber sheath trachea and COPD patients age, sex is closely related to, but there is no significant correlation between the severity of emphysema. Saber sheath trachea formation is due to chronic coughing caused by tracheal cartilage ring damage, remodeling and dystrophic ossification.

OBJECTIVE To study the distribution and drug-resistance status of pathogens in surgically infective specimen in Renmin Hospital of Qichun County and provide the reference for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS The infective specimen were collected to perform bacterial culture.The routine methods were adopted to identify pathogenic bacterium.Susceptibility testing was performed by K-B method.RESULTS Among 322 strains from surgically infective specimen,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,ranking the top three,accounted for 25.2%,15.8% and 13.0%,respectively.The detection rate of meticillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) was 32.1%.And that of meticillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus(MRCNS) was 33.3%.That of extended spectrum ?-lactamases(ESBLs) producer in E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae was 34.5%.Various pathogenic bacterium had been resistant to antibiotics to different extents.100.0% of Gram-positive cocci were sensitive to vancomycin.The sensitivity rate to imipenem in Gram-negative bacilli was 19.0-100.0%.CONCLUSIONS Drug resistance variesd from pathogenic bacterium in surgical infection.The clinician should reasonably choose antibiotics according to results of bacterial culture to avoid occurrence and prevalence of drug-resistance bacterium.

Objective:To examine relationship of postpartum depression with life events and social support. Methods: Thirty patients with postpartum depression and 32 normal controls were rated by a life events scale and a social support scale. Results: The number of negative life events were found to be higher in patients with postpartum depression as compared to normal controls. Social support of patients with postpartum depression was also found to be lower than their normal counterparts. Conclusion: Negative life events and deficient social support were significantly related to postpartum depression.

Nasal NK/T cell lymphoma is a rare type of lymphoma. There is no universal standard for the diagnoses and the treatment of the disease. Our paper summarized the epidemiology, etiology, clinical features, stage, pathology, diagnoses, treatment and prognoses of Nasal NK/T cell lymphoma in order to give some clarification in coping with the disease.

Objective To observe the effect of HuaTanTongLuo decoction on ischemic apoplexy of pathogenic wind and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage. Methods 57 patients of ischernic apoplexy were randomly recruited in to a control group and a treatment group. The treatment group containing 29 patients was treated with HuaTanTongLuo decoction, and the control group containing 28 patients was treated with XiaoShuanTongLuo capsule. Evaluate the effects after being treated for 8 weeks. Results The score of neurologic impairment evaluation in both groups was obviously improved in both groups (P<0.01) , with the results in the treatment group being better than the control group (P<0.05) . The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was also better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion HuaTanTongLuo decoction has effects in treating ischemic apoplexy of pathogenic wind and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage.

Congenital disorders of glycosylation(CDG)are a group of rare inherited metabolic diseases due to defects in the glycosylation of glycoproteins and/or glycolipids.Most of them are autosomal recessive and have multisystemic manifestations, which is characterized by dysmorphic facial features, developmental delay, growth failure, hypotonia, neurological abnormalities, hypoglycemia and multisystem disfunctions.Isoelectrofocusing(IEF)analysis of transferrin(Tf)and mass spectrometry(MS)technology can diagnose some subtypes of CDG, while many currently rely on genomic sequencing technology for diagnosis.A few subtypes can be clinically relieved or even cured by treatment, but most have no effective treatment.Development of molecular, biochemical and facial recognition techniques may deepen our understanding of this disease.

Objective To study the efficacy and toxicity of standard CEOP regimen in elderly patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).Methods The study included 34 previously untreated patients,age 60 to 80 years old,with NHL,through July 2009 to December 2011.The patients with T-cell lyphoma received four to eight cycles of CEOP (cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m2 d1,epirubicin hydrochloride 60-75 mg/m2 d1,vincristine 2mg d1,and dexamethasone 10-15 mg d1-5) every 3-4 weeks.Otherwise,the patient with B-cell lymphoma received R-CEOP,rituximab (375 mg/m2) was administered one day before CEOP.All the patients' clinical materials were collected and used to annalyze the efficacy and toxicity of the CEOP±R regimen.Results Among these 34 NHL patients,17 cases reached CR,9 cases reached PR,3 cases remained SD,and 5 cases appeared PD.The total response rate was 76.5 ％(26/34).The major toxicity was bone marrow restraint.The rate of leukocyte decline with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree was 71.4 ％ (24/34).Conclusion Using the standard regimen of CEOP leads to satisfied efficacy of elderly patients with NHL,and the toxcity is tolerant.

Objective To study the the effect of national free pre-pregnancy health check policy from the view of clinical labora-tory.Methods Couples who accepted pre-pregnancy check were recruited in the study.720 people were recruited.The data of pre-pregnancy health examination and related questionnaire were analyzed.Results In females,the IgG positive rates of rubella virus, cytomegalovirus and Toxoplasma were 80.34%,3.78% and 87.51%,respectively.IgM positive rates of Toxoplasma and cytomeg-alovirus were 0.73% and 1.24% respectively.17.98% females were found suffering from gynecological inflammation or ovarian cysts and other gynecological diseases.Syphilis test showed males positive rate was 0.83%,female positive rate was 0.59%.Ala-nine aminotransferase(ALT)test showed that male positive rate was 13.22%,female was 5.71%.For cognitive health examination surveys,92.33% males and 96.27% females had well known the importance of pre-pregnancy health examination.Conclusion Free pre-pregnancy health examination policy could provide a guarantee for the couple's family planning,and could reduce the incidence of malformation and neonatal congenital disease.
